The flowers arrived, and the guy began to congratulate me, but the sight of the bouquet made me uneasy, to put it mildly. I was very upset, the holiday was ruined. The flowers were pinched, some were not fresh, and they were not very beautifully assembled. We decided to write to have the money changed or refunded, but we barely agreed. We arrived there, we were shown another bouquet we had collected, but it turned out to be even less for 200 rubles than the first time..

I ordered flowers for my mother's birthday, they sorted the price, but they didn't indicate that the variety I chose from the availability was different from the one I sent, they didn't indicate that the number of buds was significantly different, they said that I should have guessed it myself. The flowers arrived badly squeezed, some buds were damaged, and they refused my request to provide a document stating that the flowers were fresh, explaining that they were not going to prove anything to anyone.
