Попросила сделать букет при мне и оставить его в холодильнике магазина до завтра. Мне отказали, заверив, что завтра с утра они сделают букет к моему самовывозу из свежайших роз.
Результат: приехал мой супруг забирать малюсенький букет, который состоял из половины увядших карликовых роз. Он не обратил внимание, а когда букет доехал до меня-времени ехать разбираться уже не было. Вставила топпер в букет (хоть как-то украсила его) и пришлось дарить краснея!
Фотографии на сайте не соответствуют тем букетам, которые вам сделают или просто достанут из холодильника немного похожий букет на выбранный вами по фото.
Позорище! Огромное неуважение к клиенту, невнимательные сотрудники «салона» этих тухлых кветок, а кассирша-это отдельный персонаж всего этого цветочного цирка!
Не рекомендую обращаться в это заведение, если не хотите краснеть перед человеком, которому этот букет адресован.
