never! Never order delivery from this service! They do not call in advance upon delivery, they do not ring the doorbell when arriving. They ask for 5 rubles for a second attempt. And they blame you for not asking to contact the recipient in advance. And if you repeat, you ask to contact 30 minutes before delivery, but they say that this cannot be done))))) The service is below the baseboard. Not another foot.

I bought roses on July 20 closer to the store's closing. By the middle of the next day, the buds had fallen at half of the bouquet (10 roses).
I did everything on the recommendation of the florist who collected the bouquet: I cut the stems at home and put them in water. I didn't put the sun near the window either. It is very unpleasant to see such a picture the day after purchase

They don't even deserve one star! The guy presented a bouquet of 51 roses. When I was sorting through it, I noticed rotten stems and aching buds, but I let it go.. Two days later, the roses can be thrown away........ They just all dried up, the buds drooped and shrunk.. just money and a gift to waste! There was no information from the store about the absence of colors in this range in advance.

28.04.2023 делала заказ на сайте магазина, в комментариях оставила дату и время доставки 30.04.2023 с 10 до 12 дня. Отсутствие необходимых цветов подтвердили телефонным звонком НОЧЬЮ в 02.23 (29.04.2023), далее в 05.34 в вайбер и закрепили свой результат телефонным звонком в 8.12. Несмотря на условия публичной оферты, подтверждать заказ, который необходимо доставить по истечению 2 суток НОЧЬЮ считаю НЕ НОРМАЛЬНЫМ, График работы КРУГЛОСУТОЧНО не означает, что Вы можете звонить своим клиентам в любое время суток, есть какие-то нормы приличия. И такой НЕНАВЯЗЧИВЫЙ сервис перечеркнул мое хорошее впечатление о ваших магазинах.

Заказала доставку букета на день рождения дочери, так как сама живу в другом городе. Продавец-консультант по телефону посоветовала какие лучше розы заказать. Поверила! И зря! Букет доставили вовремя, дочь была рада. А сегодня она приехала домой и рассказала, что розы в букете уже были подсохшие и через день завяли. Очень обидно, что мы доверяем Вам, а вы так поступаете.

Покупал сегодня 04.04.2022 около 9.00 розы на проспекте Дзержинского, 127, был мягко говоря разочарован отношением продавца Татьяны, мало того, что она после моего прихода продолжала фотографировать букет, так после этого с очень недовольным лицом пыталась мне продать явный неликвид, и только после моего замечания принесла другую пачку цветов из которой удалось выбрать цветы для букета. Я являюсь постоянным клиентом сети магазинов Розы бел, но с таким негативным отношением сталкиваюсь впервые.

Здравствуйте. Пару раз брала розы и мне приходила доставка через неё. Плюс это оперативность от размещения заявки до связи с менеджером.
Единственное не всегда цветы могут простоять больше недели. Прошлый букет подвял на следующий день
