I ordered a bouquet of roses, and there were two rotten roses among them. We discovered this the next day when we began to prune. I contacted support, to which they replied - this is because you did not cut it right away. They are not confused by the fact that it rots from a lot of moisture.
I highly recommend not buying flowers here. I tried so many shops and only here I came across rotten roses. It's just a terrible store

I bought a bouquet ready and fresh from the words of the consultant, I hoped that it would stand for at least 3-4 days, in fact, less than 24 hours later it turned into a broom. They offered a 20% discount for this incident, that is, in order for me to compensate for something, I need to make another purchase from them. Funny. I'll buy it somewhere else.
I cut the flowers, changed the water, and followed all the recommendations. It is written that the management does not refer to this, because this is their standard answer, apparently.

My husband bought a large bouquet worth more than 100 rubles, one of the most tenacious flowers - chrysanthemums. A day later, the bouquet completely withered. They were cared for properly. For some reason, flowers behave this way only from there. I hoped that everything would be OK this time, but alas. What to say.. the gift is ruined, the money is thrown away. They offered a 20% discount on the next purchase... that is, come and buy these flowers again, but at a discount. It's funny and sad. I do not advise you to buy anything there, either to your friends or to you. Unless, of course, you want to run into the same situation.

We bought balloons, after 3 minutes 2 out of 7 burst, after an hour they just deflated. When pumping in the store, their balloons also burst. They waited 40 minutes, they don't know how to inflate, and they're also low-quality. They refused to make a refund. I do not recommend it!!!!

I bought hydrangeas yesterday. I asked the consultants if it was fresh. I didn't get an answer for the "freshness", but they said "it should stand for a long time". The result - today dried up like a herbarium (( upset and disappointed, honestly. I often bought flowers from you both for the house and for holidays. I won't do it anymore. It is better to overpay, but get a quality product.
