A young man gave gorgeous beautiful red roses for his birthday
4 days and had to throw them in the trash (with the condition that the water was changed twice a day, the ends were cut off as the seller said every day )

Yesterday, 08/28/2024, there was an order for 18.00, from the store on Pushkinskaya, 15 peach roses 40cm. The name is Yuri.
I asked for fresh flowers.
They did not stand for a day and wilted.
They stood in a lot of water and the ends were cut off by 2 cm before being placed in a vase.
And is this the bouquet offered by the company for the anniversary?
And what opinion can there be about such a "service"?
I am extremely disappointed in the service and the company.
I want the money back for the bouquet.

19.11 at about 14-00 I bought a bouquet of flowers. The girl packed them for me and everything was fine.
I came home ( I live in 10 min . from this store) picked up a bouquet to my wife, she liked everything, we put it in a vase with water on the table and it pleased the eye. But on 20.11, at 12-00 percent, 50+ flowers from the bouquet simply wilted (i.e. they stood for about a day and it's not hot in our square. we have no batteries, only pipes in the wall, an old house)
I immediately dialed the number that is in Yandex,
the girl said send a photo to the number that was dialed. I took photos and videos and sent them, as well as described the whole situation. until the evening (19-00), I think no one answered or called. I then typed again and described the whole situation. I was told to make a request through the website (write through the website to any social network)

to which the staff replied to me that it was allegedly your fault and the goods are not exchangeable and refundable . At the same time, I did not ask for either a refund or a bouquet or a new one in return. I was just told that this is your problem. the photo shows that the center of the flower is green, so they are fresh. and the most important thing is that they write that it was not a delivery and you saw what they took at the checkout. but the problem is that the flowers did not stand for a day.
and chrysanthemum, as everyone tells me, is not a very whimsical flower and it can and should stand for a long time. I gave 70+ rubles for a bouquet , it 's not very cheap , but no one even wanted to consider the problem .even a discount of 5 percent was not offered, not to mention something more substantial.
Think before you buy something in this store (chain stores), it's better to buy from your grandmother in the transition and it will be cheaper and you will do a good deed to your grandmother. photo attached

Terrible flowers! I bought a bouquet for 75 rubles on February 14, gave it to a girl, and the next day it was already wilted. I cut everything, put it in a vase, in general everything is as usual, standard care. And in the morning, the girl throws off the photo and writes that I did not give this bouquet with love. To which the manager replied: all our flowers are fresh, non-refundable and non-exchangeable, and we give you a 10% discount.
1. If the bouquets are in the refrigerator at night, and you take them out every day during the day, this does not mean that the flowers are fresh.
2. If there is no exchange and no refund, then a discount could be made at least 50%, and leave a 10% discount for yourself, because it is unlikely that I will buy them from you again.
3. I see in the comments that people have already had such problems and the next day they were sluggish. So there are questions about your colors.
Conclusion: This network does not work for reputation and not in favor of the client, but stupidly for earnings!
Do not take risks and do not dig flowers there, in the end it is better to buy next to the transition for 10-15 rubles from grandmothers and then they will stand longer.

I am very disappointed with the quality of the roses bought at the Rose store.It is located at 43a Pushkin Avenue. The roses were sluggish, dry and fell off the very next day after purchase. I think this is unacceptable for a product like roses. I contacted the seller with a claim, but he refused to satisfy my demands for a replacement or refund. He announced to me that I saw when buying what kind of flowers and in what condition they are, that is, all buyers must be florists when contacting this office!
I do not recommend buying roses in this chain of stores, since they do not correspond to the declared quality and are not worth their money, as well as no one will competently consult you there, they will only sell what they have lying around and ask for the trash. My mother loves this store, she often buys flowers there. Therefore, on March 9th, when we needed flowers, we went to this one. We had a very sad occasion, and the staff "added" to our mood. There were three florists working, because we bought three bouquets, one was made for us by one girl, and the other two were made by another. When the first one found out that we were going to pay together, for some reason she rolled her eyes and said: so you would say that you are together. Even if we did something wrong, we could at least say it in a normal tone. It didn't stop there, because we said that we were together, we passed the information to the cashier that we would also pay everything in place. But we were going to pay separately (2 bouquets together and 1 bouquet separately). When we announced this at the checkout, the cashier also, too obviously, did not like it. I do not know what the difficulty is in accepting payment from the buyer in any sequence.
P.S. It was in this store that I also used to buy flowers and there were no problems with either sellers or cashiers. Only on this strange day. But the sediment remained.
