I bought bush roses yesterday. I drove them home with air conditioning in the car, arrived, cut them off, put them in cold water. After a couple of hours, the flowers put the heads. I changed the water again, hoping that they would come to life. Before going to bed, I changed the water for the third time. Nothing helped. As a result, money is wasted, and ROZABEL replied that flowers are not exchangeable and refundable and gave me a 10% discount on my next purchase. I will never contact this chain of stores and I will tell everyone I know about it.

The guy orders flowers from you for the second time, the second time half of them died the very next day. I think everyone understands that flowers should stay in a vase for at least two days. For some reason, yours are not up to the task. A certain part of the flowers have already outlived their usefulness, they crumble and look very sluggish, but it is not clear why they were stuffed into this bouquet. Most likely, the leaves of the initially blooming flowers were stripped off, because some flowers are half the size of others and no longer open. The bouquet did not look particularly fresh upon receipt, but the seller assured that the flowers should look like this and everything is fine with them, they will stand well. There are two bouquets in the photo for comparison-one of them is yours, and the other (pink roses, although I think it's not worth explaining) it was presented a day earlier than yours, and looks more than presentable. They said to my complaints that it was not clear why the flowers behaved like that and all the flowers are individual ((Thank you very much, your apologies helped to revive the flowers given to me for my birthday! And the offered 10% discount on the next order is even more so!

Заказала цветы парню, чтобы он потом отвез родителям. На сайте написано уточнять наличие у менеджера. Ну, лумаю, может быть перед оплатой меня перенаправят к менеджеру или он сам мне напишет. В итоге после оплаты парею пишут, что букета нет в наличие для доставки и предлагают забрать самому. Полбеды, парень согласился, хотя всё равно странно.
Я вежливо написала предложение о том, что лучше не передавать заказы на оплату до согласования наличия. В других магазинах обычно заказ передаётся оператору, он пишет заказчику, обсуждает заказ и присылает ссылку на оплату. Особенно в случае, если не уверены, что он будет в наличии. Это всем упрощает жизнь. На что мне ответили "На сайте написано уточнять у менеджера". Ни извините за неудобство, ни спасибо за ваше обращение, никакой клиенториентированности. А потом меня начинают учить, что нет возможности на сайте указывать наличие, и на сайте указано писать менеджеру. А я и не говорила ничего про "указывайте наличие на сайте", без вашего хамства понимаю прекрасно, что это невозможно)) А потом финальное, когда я сказала, что в случае даже грубых предложений или претензий от клиента, не говоря уже про моё максимально доброе, обычно благодарят и берут в расчёт. На что мне пишут "Спасибо за ваше предложение, передадим руководству, всего хорошего"
Лучше доплатить более компетентным людям и повысить цены на 5 рублей, чем вот так обслуживать. Любой, кто с таким опытом столкнётся, больше никогда не закажет. Это вообще не клиенториентированный подход...

Быстрое обслуживание. Даже в пиковые дни. Тактичный, терпеливый персонал. Приемлемый ассортимент цветов, в основном розы. Что собственно и соответствует названию организации. Адекватные цены, даже в праздничные дни. По необходимости, стараюсь пользоваться услугами именно этой фирмы. Спасибо.

Отказались собирать букет за 40 минут до закрытия, хотя никого из посетителей в это время уже не было. Сказали выбирать с витрины из того, что уже отстояло день и посоветовали приходить раньше. Не совсем понятно, по какой причине сотрудники отказываются выполнять свои обязанности в рабочее время и даже не за 5-10 минут до закрытия. Магазину стоит поработать над мотивацией сотрудников качественно выполнять свои должностные обязанности.

Покупал розы 14-го октября на день матери супруге. Девушка продавец сказала, что розы, которы я выбрал, метровые, будут стоять до 2 недель. Что всем прям очень нравятся. Я взял те, что были на витрине. Продавец сказала, что они сегодняшние и поэтому так распушились, а мне было очень важно, чтоб они были в моменте красивыми. Я уточнил, они не завянут завтра, раз они такие красивые и распущенные? Она уверяла, что нет. Купил, привез домой, подрезал. На завтра они завяли. Сложилось впечатление, что они "подгулявшие" и мне их просто "втюхали"… Очень обидно было их видеть с утра такими. Первые 3 фото сделанные вечером 14-го, вторые 3 15-го утром. Очень хотелось привезти их той барышне, что мне продала.

Обслуживание персонала супер, а вот с доставкой проблемы, что бы заказать в определенное время стоит 10 р, ну это ладно
От этой доставки может еще отказаться курьер, потом доставка более 5 шаров не осуществляется, больше 5 приходиться забирать самому, в общем неожиданный сюрприз сделать не получится(((

Заказ не привезли. Сказали что отдали хотя нет, после этого час не могли дозвониться, когда наконец дозвонились убеждали что заказ отдали, и через пару звонков сказали мол курьер перепутал квартиру (хотя в заказе верно указан номер телефона, адрес и т д ). Очень разочарованы

Самый отвратительный магазин сети. Ранее покупала здесь розы, простояли ровно 2 дня. Но, сейчас не об этом. Сегодня - 1 сентября! Приехала рана утром в магазин, купить хороший, свежий букет. Итог - букет собрали, 5 белых роз, 1 Жизель и ещё что-то похожее на молюцеллу, давно умершую. Стоимость букета составила более 30 руб. Букет получился страшнее страшного, то ли у флориста руки кривые, то ли молюцелла болталась как червяк в бумажке. Ужас. Ребенок расстроен. С таким букетом страшно на улицу выйти, не то, чтобы учителю подарить. И отсутствие декоративной зелени в магазине очень удивило и разочаровало. Не посещайте этот магазин, если не хотите испорченного настроения. Занавес
