Yesterday, 10.02, we bought a bouquet of roses here. The condition for today 11.02 is visible in the photo and is extremely upsetting. The roses didn't even last a day!!! The photo was taken at 11 a.m. There are two types of roses in the bouquet. They were in the same vase, but the light ones are fine, and the purple ones look terrible. Obviously, they were not fresh. It was a gift, and the situation is extremely unpleasant. Magashchin does not want to solve the problem! The store does not want to refund money for low-quality roses, or make a replacement! Their only solution is a 10% discount on the next order! Disgusting service.
