I understand everything, it's a holiday, the prices are higher, but at least you would sell normal flowers!!!! I always buy flowers in Roses.bel, they cost at least a week and a half, or even more, so it's not necessary to say that I did something wrong with them, didn't trim them, etc. I bought 21 roses at Sharangovich 25 in the Magnit shopping center on 02/14/2025 at about 14:00, after 5 minutes the flowers were pruned and in the water, at 20:00 three flowers hung their heads, all the others are on the way!! Many thanks to the seller, who assured me that they are the freshest and I wish you to always receive such flowers!!!! Business in Belarus to raise prices on a holiday and squeeze in everything that is stale!!!

On 02/23/2025, at 10 a.m., flowers (15 peach roses) were purchased at Sharangovich 25. By lunchtime, there was nothing left of them. Everything is rotten and sluggish. I didn't even think that such a thing could happen. We drove from the store to the house for 2 minutes by car, the flowers were packed. The seller is deliberately misleading about the freshness of flowers, I am not a florist to understand the quality of flowers!!! That's what store clerks are for, to help and sell high-quality goods.The flowers didn't last a day! The store passes off flaccid/ rotten flowers as fresh! Using the Consumer Protection Act as a cover, you are not selling high-quality goods. It's a shame and a pity for the money spent. There have been so many complaints about you lately!It's time to complain further!And how ashamed I am in front of the person to whom the flowers were intended. In response to the claim, they offered a 10% discount. Should I attach this discount and give rotten flowers to a person? Let it be on the conscience of the store. And all your holidays, dear management, may they pass with the same rotten flowers!!!

Pros: low price tag.
Cons: they work catastrophically slowly. There are 3 employees who do anything, but do not serve customers promptly: they chat with each other, collect bouquets in reserve, while the buyer is standing and waiting for him to finally be served (the bouquet is not made for him), walk-wander back and forth, etc. I.e. if you come there is no queue to go to their store, be prepared that you will leave there in at least 7-10 minutes. I have not seen analogues of such service yet. In the same subway, roses can be bought in 1-3 minutes, while 1 employee works, not 3.
P.S. I am writing, because it has already boiled over, maybe they will at least read it and change something in their work. Similar service every time without exception. I guess I'll have to look for another flower.
