I recently visited a store on the street.Vostochnaya, 131 and I was very pleased with my experience. The flowers were fresh and well decorated, which indicates the professionalism of the staff. I was especially pleased with the choice of ready—made bouquets and compositions - here you can find bouquets for every taste and occasion.
The service is at a high level: the girls are friendly and always ready to help.
The prices, in my opinion, are quite adequate. The store also offers delivery services, which is very convenient, especially if you need to congratulate a loved one while away.

I regularly buy bouquets in this store. The service is excellent, the roses are fresh, and there is a wide range of bouquets. Even if there is a queue, you can wait for the bouquet in an adequate time. There are discounts for regular purchases. Nearby there is a parking lot with free spaces. It is possible to order a ticket by phone. This can probably be done on the website, but I haven't used it.

I don't buy flowers very often, and mostly I order delivery. But recently there was a special occasion and I visited the RozyBel flower shop. To be honest, I was impressed by the professionalism and attention to detail (although I read different reviews). The florist helped me choose the perfect bouquet for my girlfriend, taking into account her preferences and my budget. The bouquet was more than worthy!!!!!! I bought it several times before, in the same place.There were no questions about the roses.But not this time.I bought 17 roses at 9:00, at 14:00, four wilted, by 20:00 2 more wilted and 5 roses were already wilted.That is, half of the bouquet has wilted in a day.What kind of quality can we talk about?The holiday experience is ruined.I contacted the administration via telegram.Separately, I want to say that the feedback is very fast.
I explained the problem, and they offered a 10% discount on the next order, but that's ridiculous.That is, they spoil the holiday and value their reputation at 10%. They think that this discount will be attractive to a person and he will once again risk buying a bouquet that may wilt in a few hours. You need a discount of 100% or 90%, but no less.The flowers cannot be exchanged or returned once.
Will I buy more flowers there?

On Tuesday evening, my husband gave me flowers. We arrived home, cut it off properly, put it in the water. (I immediately noticed that the flowers were not fresh, but I did not attach much importance to this)
On Thursday, I notice that a couple of petals have fallen off, well, it happens ... after all, short roses do not stand for a cosmically long time. On Friday, I noticed that I had even more petals dropped when I picked up the vase to inspect the flowers. 3! Three! A bud! They fell off! Because they rotted away. And this is not the first time. Here they surprisingly stood for a couple of days, since last time they did not stand for a day, the buds also fell off because of this reason. But last time, as soon as we arrived home, I saw that the flowers were rotten. And these roses do not cost 0.15 k per rose, and not at grandmothers on the street, but in a specialty store. If you say it's my fault, I won't believe this nonsense. In other stores, roses always stand well and for a long time, and dry up, not rot! The mood is ruined. We will no longer buy roses in THIS store!

On February 14th, the man presented flowers. They wilted that evening. The management offered a 15% discount. They said they were not exchangeable or refundable. The holiday is ruined, and the store's attitude is also customer-oriented to the minus of infinity.
There is such a thing in marketing as "customer value for life." At the moment, you refuse to exchange an obviously low-quality product to a customer who had previously bought 10 times, and then you simply lose thousands of rubles that I could spend on flowers in your store during my life.
But here, judging by the comments, the management has chosen the position of "sacrificing the interests of units for the sake of millions)", not realizing that it is these units that make your revenue. I also saw similar flowers with exactly the same problems in the comments.
I do NOT advise anyone to buy flowers here, even just because of the attitude, not to mention the quality of the product

We were presented with flowers from this store, they stood overnight and half of them wilted. We wrote to their official Instagram to somehow resolve this situation, as a result, they said that the flowers could not be exchanged and offered a 15% discount on the next order. Excuse me, but I'm definitely not going to buy with these colors next time, and I'm also not too lazy to tell my friends not to buy here. It's definitely not my fault that the flowers wilted so quickly, half of the flowers just died in a couple of hours, and the whole bouquet died in a day) draw your own conclusions, but I definitely won't buy here next time.

One of the big disadvantages is parking. I was in the daytime, and apparently the staff of the offices of the nearest buildings occupied everything. If you do not pay attention to a few extra minutes spent on parking, then everything is fine and without complaints!
But it's better - order online earlier, and they will bring you to the address and at the appointed time.

I really want to express my gratitude to the Rose shop.Bel. I did it earlier in 3 days, an order with delivery on March 8 to two addresses. The girl who took the order immediately warned that due to the huge load of the store before the holiday, there will be no such moments:
- the order is not accepted for the search;
- color selection;
- an order is not accepted for a terry tulip.
I warned the girl that I would not have any complaints, and I asked her very much to deliver pink tulips to one address, and white ones to the other, if possible. What a delight I was when I saw on March 8 that my request was heard. The flowers are always fresh. Couriers deliver on time. On the same day, I made an order by bank transfer for 57 bouquets, the order was day to day. Everything was received on time. THANK YOU VERY MUCH!
