On Tuesday evening, my husband gave me flowers. We arrived home, cut it off properly, put it in the water. (I immediately noticed that the flowers were not fresh, but I did not attach much importance to this)
On Thursday, I notice that a couple of petals have fallen off, well, it happens ... after all, short roses do not stand for a cosmically long time. On Friday, I noticed that I had even more petals dropped when I picked up the vase to inspect the flowers. 3! Three! A bud! They fell off! Because they rotted away. And this is not the first time. Here they surprisingly stood for a couple of days, since last time they did not stand for a day, the buds also fell off because of this reason. But last time, as soon as we arrived home, I saw that the flowers were rotten. And these roses do not cost 0.15 k per rose, and not at grandmothers on the street, but in a specialty store. If you say it's my fault, I won't believe this nonsense. In other stores, roses always stand well and for a long time, and dry up, not rot! The mood is ruined. We will no longer buy roses in THIS store!

One of the big disadvantages is parking. I was in the daytime, and apparently the staff of the offices of the nearest buildings occupied everything. If you do not pay attention to a few extra minutes spent on parking, then everything is fine and without complaints!
But it's better - order online earlier, and they will bring you to the address and at the appointed time.

I really want to express my gratitude to the Rose shop.Bel. I did it earlier in 3 days, an order with delivery on March 8 to two addresses. The girl who took the order immediately warned that due to the huge load of the store before the holiday, there will be no such moments:
- the order is not accepted for the search;
- color selection;
- an order is not accepted for a terry tulip.
I warned the girl that I would not have any complaints, and I asked her very much to deliver pink tulips to one address, and white ones to the other, if possible. What a delight I was when I saw on March 8 that my request was heard. The flowers are always fresh. Couriers deliver on time. On the same day, I made an order by bank transfer for 57 bouquets, the order was day to day. Everything was received on time. THANK YOU VERY MUCH! Хороший выбор готовых букетов, цветы держаться в среднем неделю, самые демократичные цены на километр в округе.
Насколько хорош магазин, настолько же трешовая доставка, о задержках не предупреждают, воспользоваться возвратом средств описанном на сайте невозможно, получить букет не из ближайшего магазина при отсутствии нужных цветов тоже. Получить внятный ответ при звонке по номерам с сайта -удачи друг, только успокоительные речи, что вот-вот, даже если звонишь по пятому кругу. Мой вывод, не можешь забрать букет лично, не связывайся с доставкой.

Уже не первый раз происходит ситуация, что цветы тупо гнилые. И это не потому что у них был не правильный уход. Дело в самой организации и специально подобранных цветов (бутонов). Больше заказывать там ничего не буду. Розы и трех дней не простояли. Розы обычно стоят у меня неделя + и бутон не разваливается он того что ты розу взял чтобы подрезать. 0/5 звезд, фу. Так же курьер опоздал на час!!!!!! Это уже просто край как по мне
