We were in July 2022. The promise that my husband and I would be given a room with a double bed was ignored. At the entrance, they took 150 cars per day for a parking lot - a shock! We got lost.... We call the owner, we say that 2% of the battery is running out, but we can't find his house, we told him where we were, I didn't even move to meet him. The shared kitchen is unsanitary. If there are difficulties with other residents, the owner tells them to decide for themselves ((((

Then please borscht.. They answer us.. .. No. We stopped at their soup of the day. They brought boiled water, threw a cube and put breadcrumbs. Voila!!! The most interesting thing is that this product costs 220 rubles. The order included Caesar salad, salad leaves and pieces of chicken fillet were thrown 350 rubles. I should have given it up right away when I was asked, huh... Maybe let's have another salad) The kebab cradle was never brought. While we were sitting and waiting for our magic soup, the guys came up and took a look at the menu, and they got it... Good evening! I do not recommend this hotel to anyone.
My husband and I stayed for 3 days in this hotel, a double room. The hotel itself is not bad, good location 10 min walk to the beach of Ldzaa, there are shops, cafes. The double room with a bed, shower, TV, refrigerator and air conditioning is generally cozy, but there were no toiletries in the room (except for a small soap). I liked the room, but the price is clearly too high (3500 rubles / day and without breakfast). The owner of the hotel left an unpleasant impression. From the very first minute he behaved boorishly. I booked a hotel a week before arrival for 8600 rubles for three nights, wrote questions in the chat, but I did not receive feedback. And only when we arrived there, it turned out that we could not be accommodated for this price, since it was above 10,500. The owner put it this way that if you don't like it, go look for another hotel. Of course, it was very unpleasant to hear, as we were not warned about the price increase in the chat, without calling back to confirm the room reservation. This is the first time I've encountered such irresponsible disorganization. He also said that he would give us 500 rubles if we cancel the reservation and live according to the essence without registration and a contract. We had to agree to his terms, as we were very tired from the road. On the penultimate day, the hotel owner demanded to cancel the reservation in front of him, and almost tore my phone out of my hands, exerted moral pressure. All this left an unpleasant aftertaste for us after visiting the Rosemary Hotel, so I do not recommend it to anyone.

Cleaning. During the week of stay, the trash can was taken out of the toilet twice. It's all. The floors were not cleaned, bed linen and towels were not changed. Household garbage needs to be taken out by ourselves on the way to the sea. And what? It makes sense.
There is a smell of sewage in the bathroom.
Laundry. There is a paid washing machine. There is no basin.
TV. He is there. It shows two programs. Some kind of TV shops.
Cafe. We ate at the cafe once. We had enough. It's long, expensive and tasteless. The communal kitchen is crowded. You need to take a queue to fry your own eggs.
Electricity. It may turn off for 10 minutes, or maybe for several hours. And several times a day. As a result, the refrigerator is leaking and you are with it, because the air conditioner is not working. WiFi is very slow, takes only in a certain place, and then only when there is electricity.
Yes, also be prepared for the fact that you may be required to have a passport upon check-in. My passport was returned to me only on the third day.
There are plenty of places in the area where rooms are rented. There are ads on almost every house. And let them not promise WiFi, delicious breakfast, etc., but there will be adequate hosts.
The description of the "hotel" does not correspond to reality. Messages in Tvile are ignored. The saddest thing is that people who come to wonderful Abkhazia for the first time can get to such "owners" - malicious, greedy, boorish misanthropes.

We had a rest in July 2021. We found the hotel on the advice of the driver. More precisely, the driver got a paw for us. When we wanted to look at the room options again (the second time they offered a little different) the hostess demanded money from us, which she gave to the driver. But of the three hotels that were offered to us, this one seemed the best outwardly and we really got tired of looking, we agreed. We rented a room on the 3rd floor of the house for 2 thousand rubles, where there are 3 shared bathrooms (2 of them with a shower). So that you understand, the bathrooms are designed for the entire floor and it would not be a problem if they were serviced.
The room looked decent, but under a layer of dust. The chest of drawers is more for the view, the shelves do not slide out. At night, water, lights and Wifi are turned off, which was difficult to catch. Even at night, you can expect a surprise in the absence of toilet paper (it was brought only in the morning, strictly 1 roll per toilet). And as a rule, in the morning you can still hear from the cleaner about the fact that all pigs. Although the owners do not realize with their heads that they themselves turn off the water for the night.
The air conditioner was working fine.
Upon check-in, we were treated to sour wine. We had lunch at the cafe at the hotel, the portions are large, I tried delicious khinkali. The prices are restaurant prices. One evening we wanted to have dinner at the hotel cafe. I specified the price of the kebab, the price on the menu and the cook's words differed. For which they took away my menu and threw a new one in front of me. I said that it was possible to be more polite, to which I received an answer that I did not like to eat elsewhere and in general we were tired. It turned out that the owner of this house was rude to me, which was very upsetting.
The garden at the hotel is beautiful. The kitchen is shared outside, open with a mosaic table. So that you understand the seams between this mosaic in the fat layer.

Nails in the wall for hangers. The only plus is a private bathroom. There is no place to rest on the territory, there are cars. There is no sound insulation . They forgot warm clothes when leaving , called the owner , said they had not found anything . We moved out three days later.

The hotel itself is very beautiful externally, everyone who passes by is photographed against the background of the hotel. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, the terrace is especially pleasing :) The bed linen is snow-white, towels in sufficient quantity, I was also pleased that this year they provided 2 pillows, one less, the other more, everyone was able to choose a comfortable one for themselves. The work of the chefs in the cafe is still at its best. They are cooked at home, very tasty and only from high-quality products. The owners themselves keep an eye on all this. From all the guest houses that are located in the district, they come here to eat, including with small children (1-3 years old) and there has never been any poisoning or indigestion, everything is always fresh! You can write a lot and for a long time and only good things! We really really liked everything! Thanks to the owners and staff of this paradise place for the hospitable welcome and the opportunity to relax in such a wonderful place. We will be happy to come back more than once :)

There was simply no desire or energy to stay in such circumstances and waste my time in this miserable place. I wrote to the hotel that I was withdrawing my reservation... Pay me for the remaining days I haven't lived... So they started playing football .. And they just decided not to give anything for their dirt and attitude towards the guests .
We left the hotel in the morning... Giving them a gift for 3 nights .
There was one desire ..... To run away from there ..... and get rid of everything.
