We went on a family vacation to Turkey in April 2025. The impression of the tour company's work leaves much to be desired. The departure time was constantly changing, and information about the time change had to be constantly clarified on its own. Initially, the flight was scheduled for 4.50 a.m. and by about 14.00 we had to check in, but in the end the flight was at 15.00 and we checked in at 00.20, the day and half the night were lost. At the same time, they were evicted from the hotel as expected at exactly 12.00, although the return departure from the hotel was at 14.00. When asked that we checked in much later than we should and could we check out later, we were told to contact our tour operator for any questions! There was a transfer from the airport to the place of rest accompanied by representatives of the tour company, a very exciting trip. You haven't come on vacation yet, and you already have to pay everyone. The transfer was paid for in both directions, however, the escorts asked to leave a tip to the driver for taking the time and bringing/ taking us away. When choosing a hotel, they promised an all-inclusive service, but as soon as we arrived at the hotel, a surprise awaited us!!! Wi-fi is paid € 2 per mobile device, Turkish coffee is paid € 2, fresh juices are paid. There is a spa area on site, and it is subject to a charge. Representatives of the tour company also offer excursions and promise that the rest will be organized at the highest level, the cost is 1.5 times higher than buying an excursion at a kiosk near hotels, and in the end you go on an excursion with people on the same transport, you visit the same excursion, only for different prices.
I was pleased with the visit. They quickly found me a tour from Moscow to Egypt. It turned out very well indeed. They gave me coffee and a load of chocolates. It was very pleasant and delicious. I advise and recommend everything. Thanks a lot to the girls!!!
