The hotel is for unpretentious tourists, only to spend the night, very shabby, requires repairs, but it is located near the metro and a lot of shops at different price categories, near Nasser Square where you can find anything. The hotel staff is polite and responsive, cleaning and linen change is regular. The staff is 5+. Downstairs there is a cafe selling alcohol and every night a show with screams until 4-5 in the morning.
Vacationed with my husband in February of this year, I will say this: the hotel is not for picky people! I deservedly put 3* and not 2, cleaning is carried out at your request, the bed linen is clean, the towels are snow-white and not washed, soap and shampoo were brought with each cleaning, refrigerator, TV, hair dryer, air conditioning all worked properly, when we checked in, lunch was immediately brought to our room, although it was already time 17:00, the hotel itself is of course budget and a little old, but everything is clean, the staff is friendly, especially Fahid or Farid (I don't remember the exact name) from India who works as a bartender in the kitchen, thank you all very much for your hospitality, we really liked everything, we will come to you again!!!
we were from 02/28/2020 to 03/05/2020, we are very satisfied, 2 stars, and you will not stay hungry and in the center, wherever you want to go, I would advise friends who do not bother with the service!
I would advise you to choose another hotel, the bed is like a stone, the sheet is dirty, and burned with a cigarette butt, there is no hot water, but what is hot, even warm with .. no! It feels like you're in an old Soviet hospital, not a hotel!!!!
