I ordered in mid-July a front fence, a pair of swing gates, a pair of gates.
I was bribed by the portfolio, the website with catalogs and a calculator is well done.
I'll start with the pros: manager Pavel. In general, the project went well, I answered / solved questions in the messenger. There were no questions about working with the client here.
In principle, this is where the advantages ended.
Minuses:
1) Strange and inconvenient payment system. I ordered only materials: FaBrick blocks + gate/gate frames + filling of the "Line" ranch + automatic swing gates. As a result, I have 5 accounts for all this. Separate prepayments for blocks and metal, separate surcharges before delivery. You can also pay online, but the amounts are large, I think most, like me, go to the office to pay for sure and there was a check on hand. Even if the production of blocks / lamellas for the client is launched, it is still possible to somehow ease the fate of the client at least up to a couple of payments using the company's working capital. In general, the payment system is annoying.
2) The stage of pouring the foundation. They offered their subcontractor, because they do not perform monolithic work themselves. I agreed. I had only one requirement, to leave embedded pipes for cables in the foundation (gate automation, intercom, lighting). Everything was agreed in advance, several times I also reminded about it. Just in case, Pavel asked the manager to also coordinate the embedded pipes with the monolith. I was not there on the day of filling, and when I returned, there were no embedded pipes. They just forgot and that's it, as if this is the norm. As a result, holes were drilled with a perforator, and then the wrong diameter. Then I had to drill holes of a larger diameter myself, because not all the cables got through (although all the automation was agreed in advance). In general, you offer turnkey fences, but in fact monolithic works were not controlled by you in any way, the client himself needs to solve issues with a third-party monolith.
3) Blocks. FaBrick Onyx, localized production. They look beautiful, but there are nuances. The height of the blocks in one pallet differed by 2-3 mm. At the very end, already at the stage of laying, 2 defective blocks came across. Yes, they could have been changed, but still it is not clear how such a marriage was missed. Upon delivery, no documents are given.
In general, weak control of the products sold.
4) I immediately wanted to do the installation of the blocks with them, but after the delivery of the blocks for a couple of weeks we could not agree: then the weather, then the queue. As a result, I decided to put blocks on my own with a partner, while the weather is good, than to wait for who knows how long. On the plus side, we managed to save quite a bit on the estimate of materials without sacrificing quality. Yes, if you take materials from them, then you need to take cash to the office. Installation is also only for cash.
In general, there was no certainty with the timing of installation, it was postponed several times.
5) Gate frames / gates + lamellas. Here, with the deadlines, everything stretched out again. The frames arrived a month after the measurements, the lamellas in one and a half (initially there were terms of 2-3 weeks). In principle, I was ready to put up with these deadlines if everything else was fine. The frames came in stretch film. It's good. But almost all are wet. It's bad. After unpacking, rusty smudges were found in places inside the profile pipes, rusty spots in some holes. After the voiced claim, I was told that this is condensate and this is the norm. Well, I've never seen such a large amount of condensate before. My version is that it was raining in those days, and the frames were well soaked under the warehouse canopy. Well, okay, not critical. There was a small jamb with a gate post, they forgot to cut a hole for an electric latch - they took it away, finished it, well done.
In general, incomprehensible storage conditions, I did not expect to see the corrosion process even before the installation stage.
Lamellae... I ordered different widths, double-sided, polymer painting. They arrived folded in 10 pieces, the bundles are wrapped with stretch film. There is no protective film on the front side. As a result, on many lamellas on the front there are small scratches, somewhere small chips to the metal, on the reverse side there are even more of them. So far, I have selected 4 lamellas for replacement, there are scratches and a dent that nothing can hide. They offered to give a color corrector for small scratches. And it's no use to me, I can buy it myself. The usual Euro-picket fence with polymer comes in a protective film on the front side, each picket fence is in a film. And it costs much cheaper than your lamellas. Yes, you bend rolled metal sheets, make lamellas, insert them into each other, transfer. But, is it really impossible to do it somehow more carefully?! And is it difficult to somehow protect the front part? Upon delivery, you won't really have time to check anything, because the driver is in a hurry and will help unload himself. There are no acceptance certificates, and the entire amount has already been paid in advance.
In general, the price does not correspond to the quality, there is no product quality control, there is no normal protection during transportation, there is no protective film on the front part, the stretch film is torn in places with chips and scratches. Except as a hack, there are no other words.
As a result, the blocks have one plus - a beautiful color. Lamellas - generally looks like handicraft production. Either I was so "lucky" with the workers at the factory, or something else, but I don't set foot here anymore.
P.S. I described everything as it is, any representative of the company can come and check / measure everything personally.

Решила себе установить новый красивый дорогой забор, обратилась в РоялРок и выбор пал на на камень Joniec. В целом, выглядит очень стильно , никаких нареканий , будто бы крепость стоит , очень классно выглядит.

Спустя неделю после финального срока монтажа забора нет ничего - ни забора, ни актуального срока. Менеджер Дмитрий несколько дней не снимает трубку и не перезванивает.
