I'll just write about my experience, and you can already think for yourself whether it's worth contacting them!
I decided to install HBO, called them and agreed on a specific set: Zenit PRO OBD control unit, Tomasetto gearbox, OMVL injectors, a cylinder made in Poland or Italy. Initially, they offered Turkish ones, but I said that in no case would I put anything Turkish. I arrived, asked everything again, left the car. Upon arrival, interesting things were discovered:
instead of OMVL injectors, the cheapest and slowest Valtek were installed. At the same time, they told a story that nothing is supplied under the OMVL brand anymore and they installed the model that I ordered, and Valtek bought the OMVL trademark. And it's not scary that they have a different manufacturer listed everywhere, but there is no branded box, as well as any mention of OMVL. In general, they were talking nonsense designed for a fool. We agreed that I would arrive in a week and they would deliver to me what I ordered. With the balloon, too, it turned out to be not so simple. When they gave me the documents for him, I noticed that his passport was in Turkish and Turkish websites were indicated.
The manager, making round eyes, said that he thought it was a Polish brand... Well, what can I say? He asked to replace the balloon too. While I was driving for the first week, problems were immediately discovered - the engine was wildly tripping at idle and during downtime in traffic jams and at traffic lights. The speed of the tachometer jumped in the range of 500-750 revolutions! The car was just shaking and "dieseling". Game!!! The fuel sensor level was also set up crookedly and it did not work.
A week later, I arrived to replace it and I was supplied with the very nozzles that I originally ordered and which allegedly are no longer available. We set up our brains and the engine problems disappeared. The fuel sensor level has not been adjusted.
When I asked if it was possible to put a replacement cylinder, I was told that there are only Turkish ones available and no one will change anything for me, and if I want to put a non-Turkish one, then there is only a larger volume and I still have to pay for the work! Just a super service!
In addition, I decided to turn to an auto electrician at this service station because the air conditioner was not cold. The electrician checked the pressure and it turned out that all the freon was out. At first I just wanted to pump freon, but I objected that maybe I should first identify the problem and check the air conditioner system for leaks?! They connected me to a pressure test device and I waited 20 minutes, after which the electrician said that the pressure was not falling and it was possible to pump. I took 800 (!) UAH for the work, despite the fact that it costs 400-500 UAH for others.
A few days later, the air conditioner stopped working again and I arrived with the question "what's wrong?" I was asked to refuel the air conditioner again! When asked about the warranty, the boorish electrician answered me that no one had done any diagnostics for me and in general I was to blame for everything, but they only recorded in their computer that I ordered refueling without diagnostics! It's just great! I can only call it a scam. The administrator of the service station also gave me a lecture at parting that "you do not need to get in with your questions and interfere with the work of professionals," and I am to blame for all my problems because I do not understand anything and ask too many questions. He turned around and drove away from this ill-fated service station. I went to the other guys, where they conducted a diagnosis and said that the radiator was broken and needed to be changed before refueling, they were very surprised at the disregard for the problem on the part of the Royal Gas electrician. The problem has been solved.
Moreover, during the diagnostic process, pliers were found under the hood, which the installers at the Royal Gaz service station forgot... my
foot will no longer be there!!!
