The staffs do not smile. They all seem tired. Kazahstan people do not smile which I am very aware of after travelling for one week here but the truth that the staffs in this kind of the hotel all seem tired makes me feel it is waste of money. I think people from Almaty have some kind of their own standanrd of manners that is very different from that of other countries.

Good hotel with specious rooms. Polite staff members. Breakfast offers various products, including juices, dairy products, etc.
