The hotel is a fairy tale! Rooms, restaurant, beach, service - everything is great! All staff members are extremely polite and attentive. The sea is clean, warm, and affectionate. The bottom is sandy. You don't have to go to lunch - there are wonderful cafes on the coast, where there are meat dishes, salads, and fruits.
Immediately at the exit from the hotel towards the sea there are two beautiful swimming pools, next to sun loungers with umbrellas.
Despite the fact that Europeans mostly rest in this hotel and therefore at first there was excitement about the language barrier, my husband and I decided that we would definitely visit there again. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

I am very surprised that the hotel is not very popular with Russians! He's gorgeous! The beach is sandy, wide, the entrance to the sea is gentle. Vacationing with children is perfect. There are enough sun beds, when the hotel is fully loaded, there was always enough free at any time, there is no need to occupy at 6 a.m. 😀
Walk 3 minutes to the beach (1 line, you have to go through the promenade, as in the whole Side).
A very decent luna park and water park, bars are just a delight. The cocktails are incredible, the alcohol is imported in all the bars (mojito on bacardi rum, which has been missing for a long time).
Delicious ice cream is made in balls and brought to the beach in packages (all Algida companies, this is our "Tycoon" for a moment)
The food is awesome, everything is delicious. And there were langoustines, and mussels, red fish daily, there was even a lamb on a spit once, but I can't appreciate the taste, I don't eat mutton)
There are shopping malls, ATMs, 15 minutes by minibus to the ancient Side.
Suuuper's staff is customer-oriented, no fraternization, your question is solved as quickly as possible.
At the reception, 1 Russian-speaking employee Eleanor, for $ 50, settled us in a stunning room with a huge terrace instead of a balcony overlooking the sea (family rooms with such terraces are not available for sale in Russia)

A great hotel!We were there in 2024 from June 26 to July 5. Excellent warm sea, nice clean beach and shade that protects from the sun. The rooms are in good condition, the two-storey room with a balcony is excellent, there is everything you need. There are several bars on site (1 near the beach and 2 near the pools), as well as a buffet with a varied menu. There is children's animation, as well as night shows with performances by national dancers or, for example, modern and classical dances.The hotel has a wonderful water park and a lunopark. I really liked the hotel, I want to come there again and again

A gorgeous hotel. I'm on vacation in January 2025. It's not the season here, so there aren't many people, which I personally really like. The temperature outside is +20. In the outdoor pool, I swim like in an ice font after a sauna, and it's so cold. No one swims in the sea either, but there is something to do here in winter. There is an indoor swimming pool, a warm, aeromassage area in the pool. Two good saunas with wet steam and dry steam and a hammam. There were days when I swam alone in the pool, or 3-4 people, on weekends the locals came to relax and it was already crowded. Every evening there is an entertainment program, live music, or karaoke, or dancing, or a disco. Darts games in the afternoon, scheduled aqua aerobics in the pool with an instructor, a huge gym with a trainer. Buffet tables full of delicious food. Good service, cleanliness, comfort. Luxurious interior. The summer cafe from the hotel on the beach is open, people are lying sunbathing, drinks are freely available. The rooms are clean, cozy, daily cleaning, snow-white linen. The staff is friendly. You start to get attached to people over the course of a week, because they use their first names and wonder how they're doing, if everything's okay. It's a pleasure.

Everything is fine, everything is fine, and the rooms and the food and the service, but I took off one star because there were no heated pools, we went in December and since we don't swim in the sea, I would like to swim in the pool. The pool was inside the hotel, where you could swim. The hotel also had few animators and entertainment programs, compared to other hotels. Otherwise, everything is fine .

- we had a large, quiet two-storey room and very warm for a winter holiday. The room was perfectly cleaned.
-convenient location: first line, near the river ( turtles swim there in summer and autumn )
-excellent cuisine : there is absolutely everything. We have been vacationing with a child in Turkey for a long time and this hotel is better in cuisine than the other five
-a large Hammam , but there is a minus - the pool opposite the entrance and on the ground floor and in winter it is very cold to go to the pool along the corridor

The restaurant has a large selection of dishes, there is always meat and fish, a lot of fruits and sweets. The service is fast, the waitresses are friendly.

It's just a bomb hotel. Everything is at the highest level. There is everything, a private beach just a stone's throw from the hotel. There are several swimming pools on the territory. One indoor pool, spa, gym, sauna and steam room.
The food is at the highest level, the buffets are simply bursting with variety and quantity of food. Desserts for every taste-both Turkish baklava and pudding, biscuits, puff pastry, ice cream and more pomelochi.
The rooms are clean, we had a view directly to the sea.

BEAUTY !!!THE HOTEL is super, we really enjoyed our stay. It's a pity that only a week is not enough, the time passed quickly. We had a family room, replenished drinks and cleaned every day. Everything is clean, well done!!! Everything is included. The food is varied, delicious, there was everything you want.Eyes ran away from such an assortment of food. The sea is warm, like fresh milk, the water is clean. The beach is clean. There are a lot of pools. The sun beds are new everywhere, clean, nice to lie down and relax. There is a water park. Animators are present everywhere with smiles, what good fellows. How great, fun, beautiful, interesting it was. There were contests for children, concerts, performances every day. The foam show in the pool is an unforgettable feeling . The animators and all the staff at the hotel are just great!!! Very friendly. Everything is fine. There are no minuses. People spoke different languages, but we understood each other.

Well, so-so hotel. It's time to carry out repairs, there is one fast food in cafes /bars - sorry, but this is not ultra all inclusive! In ordinary hotels, everything is included a lot more fruits, vegetables, a normal coffee shop. Cocktails are disgusting everywhere. There is trouble with sun beds on the beach, from 7 a.m. they are occupied and go where they want, and everyone else has no place to lie down, and if there are sun beds, then the uncle on the beach swears so that the sun beds are not moved, I have not seen ads anywhere on the beaches, like here, so that the sun beds are not moved. There is no animation in fact, sometimes there are boring parties.
In short, to give more than 300 thousand for such a vacation - well, it's not worth it!
If it cost a maximum of 180 thousand, then you could ignore all this, but sorry, there is no desire to come here again.

The hotel is definitely suitable for families with children and the elderly. There are Russian-speaking people at the reception, one of them is a nice girl named Eleanor. The territory is quite compact, it has 3 swimming pools and 1 children's pool. They are fed to slaughter, the choice of food is solid 4+, desserts are not tasty like almost everywhere in Turkey, but this is a matter of taste, of course. A comfortable beach, especially for small children, the entrance is sandy and gently sloping. On the beach, I didn't like that there were shades instead of umbrellas. But maybe it will be a plus for someone, but I love umbrellas, because they more or less provide privacy. There are umbrellas by the pools. There is a water park and an amusement park on the territory, I think it will be interesting for children. I had a room with a sea view, so my view was beautiful (I'll attach it in the photo). They clean well for my taste, replenish the minibar and put some water on. There is a kettle in the room, although considering that I ate and drank 24 hours a day, I didn't really see the need for it. The territory is cozy, although not large.

The hotel is aimed at Germans and Turks. Few people from the Russian Federation rest. Accordingly, the service is different. Be prepared for a different quality of alcohol, instant coffee instead of grain, and so on. In general, a good hotel, cleanliness everywhere, the territory is not large, like the hotel itself, drinks for every taste in the bars, the menu is varied, there is a large selection of fruits. The beach is clean, the sea is gorgeous. For children there is a water park and a lunapark, a children's room with animators. The animation is good. Every evening there are some shows or parties on the beach.
I lowered the star for the ants in the room, crawled in the middle of the rest, and overcooked food.

I had a vacation in July 22 years before that I was in port natura in 2018 and 2019, so there is something to compare it with. The lobby is hot, the lobby bar is open until 24 hours and everything is fine, if you arrive on a night flight you will drink water from the toilet until the morning, alcohol for three. The animation is weak and close to zero. The repertoire and DJ of the disco seem to be from another planet. Ice cream for children is strictly by the hour. They handed over the children to the children's miniclub, which works from 14:30 to 17 hours for 6 years, 10 years the eldest said at the exit, "prison for children." Receiving towels for up to 18 hours in one place, we managed to change 1 time in 7 days. The restaurant "a la Card" is 10 euros per person, we went to the fish restaurant, there is no menu in Russian, they brought us everything from the dining room, what did I pay for? The only plus of the Taj Mahal is the Aqua Park, and then it works from 10 to 12 and from 14 to 16 hours. In general, everything seems to be on, but strictly on time. There are still many disadvantages in small things. If we compare the Taj Mahal and the Port of Natur on a five-point scale, then the first is 3, the Port of Natur is 5, although they are the same in price. This is the first time in my life that I am writing a review, I sincerely hope that I will help someone with choosing a hotel.

A standard Turkish hotel in its price category. The food is no different from other similar hotels, the animation is also purely Turkish. What can attract here are the numbers. They are really big with comfortable beds. The view from the window, of course, is not very good, but it's how lucky you are. And of course the gorgeous beach and the sea. It is worth noting the water park and the luna park. It is a joy for children and adults. They work at certain hours.
Now about the cons. We have been resting for ten days since October 5th. There were clearly not enough sunbeds on the beach. Unless you take them up before breakfast. The pools have the same picture. And for me personally, 90% of them are German tourists!!!! Arrogant and arrogant. Accordingly, the entire staff is set up to work with them. Turks speak German very well. Separate words in English and Russian.

Good afternoon! I decided to leave my review about this "wonderful" hotel. We arrived in the morning, at 11 o'clock, of course there are no rooms, wait... Next, the girl at the reception says, if we pay 50 dollars extra, we will be given a family room with a direct view of the sea (we are 3 people: me, my husband and my son of 6 years), we agreed, went to breakfast, paid extra, waited another half hour and that's it, we are already being taken to the room. There was no small money, only 2 euros, we give the suitcase porter, he starts haggling and begging for 5 euros, they say they gave you such a number, the result was with difficulty he was escorted out.. And then the disappointment, the room turns out to have a side view of the sea, but family, very tired of the trip, did not go to figure it out. And now about the hotel by points: - the room was cleaned every day: the woman changed the towels and made the bed, that's all, I left her a couple of thanks, but the quality of cleaning did not change.
- the food is terrible, not tasty, there is no variety, I didn't even want to go to the dining room for the last few days, I didn't really eat anything from sweets, a lot was instructed, there was little edible... Straight budget 3* - we were just shocked, although the hotel was considered very good before the pandemic. And we've been wanting to get into it for 2 years. Animation - as written below is just zero, and for children it is practically not there..
The sea and the beach are a little dirty (glasses, cigarette butts, diapers - but people here are pigs, of course), but somehow tolerable.. Sun beds can always be found free without taking up space in the morning. I really liked the large pool, next to the slides, in the morning it's quiet, nice, clean, you can lie down and sunbathe ...
The water park works by the hour, despite the fact that it serves 2 hotels and a Dragon standing next to it - there was never a queue, in principle everything is decent and good. In the evening, the Lunopark was also free to enter all the attractions.
Bottom line: our family would never return to this hotel again👎

After the outbreak of the pandemic, he stopped meeting the requirements for 5 stars. The rooms, the beach, the territory have preserved traces of former luxury. However, the service dropped sharply - apparently most of the staff had to be cut. The quality of the restaurant's food and work is simply disgusting: long rows of racks with sticky pasta, everything is overcooked. It takes special efforts to spoil the products like that. Of course, it is correct that in a pandemic, guests should not approach the food stands themselves, but the problem is that there are no waiters at the counters. That is, in principle, they exist, but one or two for a long row of food stands. So it's not so easy to get his attention.
There is practically no animation, but in the conditions of a pandemic, you can still put up with this, but not with the lack of lifeguards and staff at all on the beach.
Sadly, there was a great hotel a few years ago. I won't go anymore

It's not worth the money ...
As they wrote in another review, the animation is not very good. She doesn't have anything to talk about. I walked and looked through the force. For one day, only beautiful girls danced. The rest of the days the humor is vulgar.
There is only 1 in the main building!!! elevator to the 6th floor! How is it??? Even in fours there are at least two! We had to wait for a very long time and stop at every floor. As a result, we walked along slippery granite steps.
Because of the pandemic, this is my first time in Turkey and therefore it can be everywhere, but I just couldn't eat in this restaurant... You stand there, waiting for the waiter to come up to you and put exactly the pieces that he sees fit. And he is responsible for a dozen dishes, but there are a lot of people and it all turns into some kind of nightmare. The food is not delicious, at the end of the rest I only ate soups and French fries, and of course desserts, they were good enough for me. There are almost no fruits and it is impossible to eat them. Peaches are like raw potatoes, watermelons and melons are not tasty at all. I thought bananas would be nicer than in Russia, but it turned out the opposite.(
I don't see any point in taking a buffet in this form at all. Moreover, there is not a single name in Russian. Only Turkish, German and English. Well, they serve in the same order.
The beach is good, the entrance is great. But the large number of bulls in the sand was depressing.
The girls in children's animation do their best, I can't say anything bad here. But the club itself is just very small, on the side of the hotel. There's a lot more in the next one. My daughter did not want to go, saying that he was small. But that's because there was a water park. She was stuck there. If it weren't for the water park, it would be sad to be in a hotel at all.
And more: this is not ultra all inclusive)) there are no fresh drinks at all, only for an additional fee) foreign alcohol is hidden under the counter so that no one, God forbid, sees it. When I asked them to pour, they made round eyes, but they poured it anyway). Although in normal hotels, foreign alcohol, on the contrary, is displayed at the back of the counter, in plain sight.
Juices from vending machines, like Cola fanta. A taste of yuppie.
And yes, the hotel is aimed at Germans and Turks. There are 90% of them there.
Therefore, the show is in their languages. Words in Russian rarely slipped through.
As a result, I do not recommend the hotel. Maybe the next one will be better, by the way, you can go to the water park and lunapark from it.

For the loss of a towel, the fine is 10 €, I said let them call the police and watch the cameras, I will not pay the fine in principle. They also could not extend the check-out for a fee, they said that the child could sleep in the lobby. The hotel is aimed at a large flow of people, do not expect an individual approach. I think the hotel's motto is: "Something doesn't suit you - go through the forest."
