It's beautiful in the photo, but in fact: the construction site is under the windows, it's impossible to open the window during the day, the terrible roar of jackhammers and excavators from 9 to 20 o'clock, in the evening the nightlife begins in the park on the embankment-music to the fullest, fireworks. The neighbors smoke in the rooms and on the balcony, everything pulls into the room. Non-smokers and children will be very uncomfortable. The doors in the rooms are cardboard, people walk along the corridor until 3-4 in the morning and you can hear slamming doors, all conversations, neighbors turn on the music very loudly at night. The apartments are suitable for young people who came for club entertainment and those who sleep soundly, the rest of the sleepless nights are provided. It is unrealistic to relax in such conditions. The room itself is well furnished, the furniture is new, very few dishes, there is no microwave in the kitchen, the refrigerator is very small even without a mini-freezer and does not cool at all. Just below room temperature.
