They refused to return the prepayment (reservation May 1-3, 2020), after negotiations through booking.com they offered to postpone the dates until 12/29/2020 (while Italy, for example, offers vouchers for 1.5 - 2 years!!!). The booking's request for confirmation of prepayment was not even answered. Thank you for the guarantees from booking.com They returned the money themselves. I do not recommend contacting you.
