One of the best hotel in Armenia
With very good staff and a good attitude

The hotel's location is excellent, clean, and the staff is generally friendly. All locations are easily accessible on foot, grocery stores and cafes are nearby. However, I booked a room above the level through Yandex. Travel, as a result, for some reason they did not find this reservation at the hotel and checked into a room first, even without a window, and then into another room, but in a lower class than was paid for. No one returned the difference in price, I'm deducting a point for this.

Upon reaching the place, I was simply surprised by the hotel, its chic appearance, and its location within walking distance of everything that tourists of all categories need: from attractions and parks to atmospheric local restaurants and cafes.
Upon arrival at the hotel, Alice's manager will not leave you unattended, offering you fresh, freshly brewed coffee, and while you enjoy this gorgeous drink, Alice, who is also the "Queen of the Royal Renaissance", will arrange your stay and then escort you to your room, telling you everything you are interested in about the hotel.
Residential rooms cannot leave you indifferent, as they create a feeling not of a resort hotel, but of homely comfort, which you want to return to again and again.
