I really liked the hotel.
Good location.
There are many convenience stores nearby and a beautiful promenade.
The entire infrastructure is close to the hotel.
Tram stop. A little further there is a metro stop.
There is also a free beach 10-15 minutes walk away.
The hotel was nice.
They cleaned every day.
We really liked the cleaning.
Every time I was surprised that they were folding my T-shirts scattered around the room. It's so cute!
The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful.
They always help, they let you through.
They also helped us a lot and fixed the suitcase.
The room was beautiful, with a stunning view.
There were compliments from the hotel in the form of chocolates and sweets.
They also brought a lot of water for free, which is just amazing for guests in July.

A great hotel with a great location. Very polite staff at the reception. The room category was raised for free. They gave us a 2-room Deluxe suite on the 19th floor with two bathrooms. There were 4 of us. We booked 2 rooms. For 2 rooms, a deposit of 20,000 was taken if translated into rubles. Gazprom Union Pay was debited from the card. 5 days after the refund, the money was returned back to the card. By the way, the Gazprom card was accepted everywhere. The beach is 10-15 minutes away. The advice is not to go through the big intersection, but after the bridge go to the left, through the tram stop. The traffic light switches faster there.
The food is decent, the views from the window are gorgeous. The pool is shaded after lunch, but in the August heat this is more of a plus than a minus.
The reception is being renovated on the 1st floor, but this did not interfere in any way.
In general, I recommend the hotel.

Great hotel. We are currently resting in it. Convenient location- close to the beach- 10-15 minutes on foot and the metro, also 10 minutes. Near the Marina Mall, near the promenade for walking, a lot of cafes. The hotel has a free shuttle to the Dubai Mall Outlet. The food is delicious. We only have breakfast- but it's enough, because we always go somewhere. I recommend the hotel to anyone who is interested in the combination of price and quality.

The location is convenient 70 meters to Marina Bay , 100 meters to Marina shopping center , 20 minutes walk to the beach along beautiful streets , the view from the hotel in all directions is good. We came across the Marina and the metro with a balcony, the room is large, comfortable, clean hair dryer, iron, ironing board, full kitchen with all utensils , two bathrooms , panoramic Windows , 6 elevators are not waiting for them , the rocking room is not big but everything is there , the pool of course with a view of the metro and Tamoshny Avenue , the observation deck on the top floor , the restaurant went only for breakfast , they were normal juices fresh pancakes and so on, generally a great option 👍

The wonderful hotel is perfectly located. Upon arrival, we were upgraded to a room category for free. The room has two rooms, a kitchen, 2 bathrooms, 2 balconies. The kitchen has a washing machine, kettle, refrigerator, hob and all necessary kitchen and serving utensils. The room has 2 large TVs, Russian channels, safe, iron, ironing board. The breakfast at the hotel pleasantly surprised me. The friendly staff solved all issues promptly. Thank you.

Cozy, convenient location, excellent staff, wonderful cuisine!
I forgot my AirPods Pro headphones by the pool, caught myself a day later, turned to the reception (rhyme) 😁 3 hours later I brought security, kindly handed it over! It's nice that there are no ends!
The room was given an excellent, two-room, with a kitchen (instead of the usual one ordered for two). I liked everything: clean, quiet, sincere!
It's a long way to the sea, though.. 15-20 minutes. But, for that MarinaMoll is two steps away!! We will definitely come back! There are no complaints👌🏼

On excursions, the guide comes to the hotel.
The room is spacious, we have two rooms: two bedrooms, three toilets, 2 showers, 1 living room with a large sofa and a large round table. Everything is clean. We have a beautiful view
We were charged a deposit of $ 100 upon check-in and a vacation tax of 20 dirhams per person.
Water in 1.5 liter bottles is given free of charge 1 time. Further, for an additional fee, it is better to buy in the store for 2 dirhams (about 50 rubles for 1.5 liters)
Water for breakfast is free (as much as you want)
By the way, there is a small selection of fruits for breakfast, the coffee is cool, and the porridge is very tasty. And everyone liked the cheeses and pastries.

A good hotel in the center of Dubai, near the Dubai Marina shopping center, where you can buy groceries and clothes, a 15-minute walk to the beach. The hotel is great. Convenient location, the promenade along the bay for walking and the Dubai Marina shopping center across the street, two metro stations in 10 minutes, tram, walk to the beach with beautiful views in 15 minutes.
The shallow pool is ideal for those with children. Heated in winter, it helped us in early February, we were even able to swim and sunbathe.
The staff is generally super! There are Russian-speaking guys at the reception around the clock, they will always help, tell us, they even made us a room of the best category with an insanely beautiful view for free (photo attached))). Cleaning every day.
The breakfasts are quite good, everything is fresh, there is enough choice, you will definitely not stay hungry)

Everything is perfect in this hotel

First of all, we were greeted by polite and smiling staff. Every employee is attentive and responsive. I was very lucky to meet the receptionist Jeren, she is a sweet and polite girl who often speaks Russian. It was very pleasant and convenient to communicate, because my English is from veri bad😁🤭
The location of the hotel is perfect. Exit from the hotel to the Dubai Marina Wolf embankment. After passing one intersection, you get to the Dubai Marina embankment and everything you need for a vacationer in Dubai opens up in front of you - a cafe, a beach, all entertainment and beautiful views.
Everything is clean and clear inside the hotel. The room was provided on the 13th floor, the views from the window are enormous. We woke up with a view of the Dubai Marina and skyscrapers, and fell asleep in the lights of the night Marina😍
The room (studio) itself has everything you need to relax after busy walks and excursions. Everything is clean and there are no faulty furniture and appliances. The room has a hairdryer, ironing board, TV, good Wi-Fi, etc.
The only thing is, there was no place to dry the swimsuits, but this is not critical.
We had breakfast included, we have everything basic and necessary, we have sweets. I don't understand why some people swear. If you want to eat something from the restaurant level, then you have all the restaurants and cafes of Dubai Marina within walking distance
I recommend this hotel to those who go for hiking, as well as with children👍

Nice hotel. For those who want everything to be perfect and at the highest level, there may be something to be dissatisfied with.
We lived in a premium apartment with a balcony and the only thing that didn't look super premium was the bathroom, and then everything was neat. And the balcony looked not at the marina, but at the highway. But hanging out on a balcony in Dubai and in the heat is hardly interesting to anyone)
The food was not bad, I often took an omelet, the choice is large, every day something new appears.
You can sunbathe in the pool only in the morning, it is located on the third floor and in the afternoon the sun sets behind the hotel building.
The location is great, the area is pleasant. In five minutes there is a marina mall with an endless number of different shops, a supermarket and catering establishments + a food court.
The beach is a 15-20 minute walk away, across the bridge overlooking the marina, along a very pleasant street, which is located on the second line with palm trees and cafes.
Tours are sold on the ground floor.
It's better to catch a taxi on the street, it's cheaper than ordering it, or go with drivers who hang out in suits at the hotel.
And there is also a van with delicious food next to the hotel, it seems to work at the hotel.
And you can order this food in the room.
The room is cleaned almost every day.
According to the photos, the tiled floor seemed uncomfortable, but it was absolutely not embarrassing on the spot.
The subway is close, but we rode once, got into rush hour and there were a lot of people.
I recommend going to aquaventure (water park), the old town (there is a large and beautiful starbucks market, attached a photo) and motiongate (amusement park)

A wonderful, new hotel! We had a rest with the children. We were given a 3-room suite with two bathrooms and a huge balcony! Everything was clean, tidy, and the bathrooms had everything you needed! We are staying at the hotel at the moment, there are still 10 days of accommodation ahead. The room was given, as it were, a Deluxe category with a balcony-an apartment on the 5th floor! Upon check-in, they take a deposit (500 AED) and tax! The food was taken by NV. The food for 4* is very modest, if breakfast can be said to be Average for 4*, then dinner is very modest! In 3* hotels, dinner was much more varied! Today there was 1 type of Soup (fish)- too salty that it is impossible to eat! Hot dishes made from semi-finished products from supermarkets, there are almost no desserts, fruits are cut into small cubes-all are not ripe! The reception is undergoing repairs, dust, dirt! The entrance is on the back side. The beach is 2km away, 20 minutes on foot in the heat of 42*-there is no transfer! There is 1 bottle of water in the room upon check-in, and it is 4*. You can order 1.5 liters in the room, but for 5 AED, in the market opposite it is 1.75 AED. It's a small thing, but not pleasant. When choosing a hotel, the advice is not to take HB, extra expenses! And the cherry on the cake.. expensive massage glasses were missing from our room, when we went to the reception they didn't care at all, this is the first time I've encountered this in Dubai hotels. To the statements, glasses were missing from the room, the administrators shrugged and said this could not be, as a result, it turned out that they were not responsible for the things in the room at all. We left very upset. The hotel and its staff have the lowest star. I do not recommend it.

A great hotel in the heart of Dubai Marina district. DMCC metro station is a 15-minute walk away, Marina Mall is a large shopping center 7 minutes away. The hotels were greeted very warmly. We provided an excellent two-room room on the 7th floor with a balcony and a gorgeous view. The hotels have a swimming pool on the 3rd floor. They came at any time of the day and there were always places where you could lie down and relax after swimming. The pool is not deep, but it is enough to swim. There is a gym, a restaurant. I can't appreciate it, they took it without power. For any question, we addressed the staff. They fulfilled requests immediately, and not during the day. The rooms are spacious, the service is not intrusive but timely. The hotel is perfectly located in a five-minute walk from the Marina mall, 10 minutes to the metro and 15 minutes to the beach.
Of the minuses: the pool seemed dirty, but we didn't need a person, so it didn't affect the assessment.
Breakfast is over for three, very monotonous, sometimes not very tasty, but you can always order fresh scrambled eggs or an omelet, which frankly helps out.
In general, we are happy with everything.

In Dubai for the first time... Fun&Sun worked clearly. And they met me and took me back to the airport. The staff at the Royal Regency Suites Dubai Marina is polite, they were treated to juice upon check-in. We rested in the room-premium studio marina view & balcony. Gorgeous! View from the window to the Marina, a balcony on the other side of the building with a view of the highway. There was no extraneous noise. The bed is just a marshmallow that wraps around. Super soft! We had breakfast included. Buffet. Fruits and orange juice are very tasty. We were not hungry, although we missed the soup... The location of the hotel is convenient, everything is nearby. Thanks to the "Fairy Tale of Wanderings"! Everything was great! We will definitely come back!!!

We made a free upgrade of the rooms, the rooms are spacious, the air conditioners work perfectly, the cleaning is on the level, there are all the necessary accessories, a good location right by the Dubai Marina. The room has a kitchen and a refrigerator. The staff is very polite and friendly.
The relative disadvantages include the Dining Area, where breakfast is served. The zone is very small, there are a lot of people almost at any time. The food itself is generally not bad.
