A nice and cozy hotel, located not in the city center, but it was convenient for me because I came to a concert and the concert venue was within walking distance from the hotel.
There is a mini bar, good European cuisine, pleasant staff, the room was extended without any problems, the flight was postponed twice.
I removed one star for the smell from the sewer, maybe everything was fixed, I was there during the New Year holidays in 2023.
The room has shampoo, soap, all towels, bathrobes, Wi-Fi

A normal hotel with a convenient location. But it turned out that he has a very big disadvantage, there is no luggage storage. I fly a lot and for the first time I meet a hotel where you can't leave your suitcase for a few hours after check-out. Personally, this came as a big surprise to me, which is why the whole working day went to the smart. Because I had to think about where to put my suitcase after discharge, and then take it to this place. In general, this hotel is not suitable for business travelers!

It's time for me to write my point of view... Since the Grandpark across the street was needed for work, it is very convenient to live here in terms of location. It's good that there are breakfasts to choose from. And everything is decent as for me. That there is a cafe on the ground floor (my personal comment is that there is no description of the weight of the dish and its ingredients on the menu. It seems silly to me. If you don't know each dish, you have to specify it for understanding. I sympathize with the waiters)The price tags are above average. It's more expensive here than in Kausar and Zhanplovlagman, and it's not as tasty.But the taste and color are as they say.
There was a moment that surprised me as much as possible - there is no luggage storage and they say you can not leave your luggage before check-in. And this is in the 21st century....
But this is not the main disadvantage. The main disadvantage is smoking in the rooms. We were not warned about this. They said it was extremely hot to live on the 4th floor, but the 2nd floor was the best. But they didn't say a word about smoking. I wish I knew what it means to live on the 2nd floor.....I'm a smoker. But I NEVER do this, either in the car or in the apartment. I don't understand why they put people in a smoking room.
In general, read, weighing for yourself all the PROS and CONS. I cannot recommend or dissuade. Personally, I'm not moving in here anymore because of smoking. Although my friends said that they lived on the 4th floor and everything is fine.
