I'll tell you about the advantages first.
1) the location of the hotel.
2) The rooms are quite large.
Here are more pluses coming to an end.
Now the cons.
1) the bed is the most uncomfortable I've slept on. The mattress is so hard that it feels like you're sleeping on a pallet.
2) in the room, the refrigerator and air conditioning are working so loudly that it's hard to sleep. You have to turn everything off. But you can hear everything from the neighbors too.
3) the sound insulation is terrible, you can hear absolutely everything, both the neighbors and the street.
4) every morning the maid talks so loudly to someone that she doesn't let you sleep!!!
5) the price is not justified.
6) Before booking, I asked for one large bed. I checked in and in the room two small ones were attached to each other !!
In a word, a terrible hotel!!!!! I do not recommend it to anyone!!!!

In general, the hotel is ordinary, although it does not pull at 4 *. The walls and furniture are shabby, the windows only open wide, there is no hanger for outerwear. There was no hair dryer in our room, however, it was brought after the request. They cleaned and put water on every day. There is no declared lobby bar, there is no one, only a breakfast restaurant. The location is good - everything is within walking distance.

The price and quality do not match at all, the service is zero, during the week of arrival at the hotel they did not change the bed, although they asked at the reception several times, we had a junior suite, everything was old, as if they got into the early 90s, only toothbrushes and cotton swabs and cheap shower gels from toiletries,there is no shaving machine, no bathing cap, breakfast is not delicious at all, in general, the city center and such junk, for this money I just have no words.

Do not buy a link to the location and photos in the Booking. This hotel is a scam and a deception. You will be offered a destroyed room for your money, but they refuse to make a refund. Such a business. The staff just stares at the floor in shame and "calls the manager." At the same time, you will be reminded "the room is not ready, we will remove it now" and when you are tired from the road you will receive a number so that you are compliant.

An incredibly dirty murdered room. A thick layer of unwashed dirt on the windows for months. There seems to have been a flood in the bathroom - the plaster is hanging in layers. And, of course, long black hair and nail clippings are everywhere. The carpet is unrealistically dirty. The furniture is broken, for example, there was simply no bottom in the drawer, it was broken, the switches are hanging on the wires. I have not seen such a condition of the room since my youth.
I went up to the reception and said about it. A young unhurried man reacted without much interest to the news about the nails "oh, they didn't clean up" and, without doing anything, went about his business. That is, this is the norm. They left, they thought that they would restore order. We came in the evening - he didn't put things in order after our request, the nails are in their places.
We decided to leave earlier for the night, pointing out problems with the room. The hotel refused to refund the money, the man at the reception began yelling at me, "what are you threatening me with?" That is, with such a condition of the room, I still have to live on in it and I am guilty of something. As a result, we agreed, he went forward, but the impressions remained extremely unpleasant.

In the center, next to cafes, it was noisy in the evening, the shower was faulty, gushing in different directions. There was only a stand from the brush, the staff said they didn't have any brushes. We asked for tea in the room: they brought us a kettle in 30 minutes and told us that we could buy tea bags at the store :)
