For several years now, I have been refueling exclusively in the Royal Petrol gas station network and it cannot be said that there are absolutely no complaints about the operation of this gas station network. The only thing is that they are constantly trying to pour gasoline "under the neck" of which, sometimes, and it really happened to me, I drove for 2 weeks due to the negligence of the tankers without the lid of the gas tank hatch, which (the lid) simply either did not tighten, or "rolled up", because It was necessary. 2 weeks after the discovery of the loss, it was too late to rush around, but an unpleasant aftertaste remained. As for this particular gas station, the devil knows what is going on here. Not only that, throughout the Almaty region in this network of gas stations there is a price tag of 152 tenge / l, but not in the city of Zharkent. Here, apparently, they thought that they were special and put 154 tenge per liter of the same gasoline. Well, okay, if only the gasoline was of high quality. After the last refueling, my car just stopped "pulling". 50-60 km/h. How do you like this maximum? But I only added 20 liters. But that was enough for me. After such a refueling the next morning, my car first stalled 3 times, then at least started up, but at the same time began to shake so much, as if I had not filled up gasoline, but diesel fuel and I did not have a car, but a tractor. Perhaps someone will say that I am talking in vain about this particular gas station, but I will allow myself to disagree with these opponents, because after this unsuccessful refueling, after suffering for a couple more days and having used up almost all the gasoline, I refueled at another Royal Petrol gas station, filled a full tank and specially checked the performance of the car for the next the morning after refueling...to make everything "fair". The car started up "with half a kick" and is still running on this gasoline.
If this argument is not enough to give the Royal Petrol gas station in Zharkent such a low rating, I can provide a couple more arguments that forced us to put 2 stars at this particular gas station. After refueling with donkey urine, I wrote to customer support in the Almaty region, which includes this gas station, but no one answered me a day or a week later, and did not apologize for their employees. Well, okay, let it be on the conscience of all employees of this gas station network.
If you want more, please. Today, 08/15/2020 - accordingly, the quarantine regime has not yet been lifted. And what does it mean? That wearing masks, especially in public places, is not our right, but our duty. What can you see at this particular gas station - of all the visitors to the gas station, only I and both cashiers were wearing a mask. Neither the operators nor the visitors even held masks in their hands. I am already silent about the social distance of 1 - 1.5. And with all this, not a single gas station employee made remarks to motorists who came in to refuel. Although there was a notice on the door about the mandatory wearing of a mask.
The absence of a queue at this gas station is already the norm. You can keep a social distance and at the same time you will wait indefinitely until the local population unceremoniously wedges into the queue, does not wait, but just brazenly refuels your car, and you stand like a fool and wait for them to run out of impudence. Here again, the question is to the cashiers, who are "up to one place", what kind of lawlessness is going on at their gas stations.
And finally, the most delicious. At my last gas station, I get up behind a black SUV that fills a full tank. The operator on the machine inserted a pistol into the neck of the fuel tank (the SUV was on the 11th column...this is important) and left. I did not immediately notice what the operator had done, namely, he blocked the flicking mechanism when pouring gasoline using the gas tank hatch cover. Can you guess what happened? The car refueling went on as usual, there is no operator next to the car, the driver is sitting in the car and waiting for the weather from the sea, and the gun is blocked. And so, when the gas tank is full, the gun tries to snap off, but...That was not the case. And, as in good Hollywood movies, gasoline begins to gush through the neck of the gas tank and directly onto the ground under the car. The devil knows what can happen in such a situation, especially when the car starts up and one spark will be enough for everything to start burning. What did the operator do? He ran in, turned off the gun, wiped the car, closed the gas tank and "wished the last one a safe journey." At the same time, a puddle of clean gasoline remained lying on the asphalt. It was not treated in any way to avoid ignition, nor was it swept aside, nor was this column fenced off for the duration of the emergency, but simply invited me to stop at the gas station. After this incident, I will never refuel a full tank at this gas station again. I'd rather pay the required amount right away and control the refueling of my car myself than entrust it to such handsy operators. 2 stars is still divine!
It is the only one in the city of Zharkent, there are other gas stations, kazmunai and helius, also one each in the city, prices are like in Almaty

The only normal gas station before entering Zharkent, where you can refuel! The next normal gas station is only in Taldykorgan! (There is still one in Kirovsk (Balpyk bi))
