Geographically, the hotel is located in a very beautiful place: a pine forest on one side and a river on the other. The hotel itself is modern, but fits into the landscape. On the territory of the hotel there are covered gazebos with and without barbecues, just tables with chairs. Everything is conducive to evening gatherings. Inside, the hotel is clean, all made of glass (so it seems airy). The rooms are clean and cozy. There is a TV, a kettle. But there are some minor drawbacks. The front door and the bathroom door are made of frosted glass. That is, when you sleep at night, and someone went to the bathroom, he turns on the light and you wake up to the fact that the light is shining directly into your eyes. And when you go out into the corridor, the light on the movement is triggered and the light shines in your eyes again.
And it is also very interesting to have a bathtub installed. We lived on the 4th floor under a sloping roof and it was under the slant that the bathtub stood. That is, standing up to your full height and rinsing in the shower is not realistic.
But otherwise the hotel is very good. I recommend you to visit. Room prices are average

Gorgeous!!! A new, chic and not expensive hotel in the forest, everything is new, stylish, beautiful, nature is fascinating.... the restaurant also has excellent prices, and the serving of dishes was pleasantly surprised-for the first time in Belarus we were served dumplings with three types of sauces, while the portion was large, and the dumplings themselves are delicious, excellent and a new spa-we had a rest with the whole family, thank you very much, we will come to Belarus - we will definitely visit you. A pleasant hotel in a very good location. Not far from the city, but the feeling that you are in an eco-zone is a lemu, near a pond, fountain, gazebos. I was very impressed with the interior, just Wow. The rooms are comfortable, each has air conditioning. Delicious cuisine, pleasant and courteous staff. It was hot outside, and we were offered a choice of soft drinks. When I am in Mogilev, I will definitely stay here.

We checked in with my wife there in the simplest room , for 4000 rubles . At first glance , the room seemed small and cozy , immediately confused by the stuffiness , the room was on the 4th floor ( attic ) . We went for a walk and went to the city . We returned back after 23 , going into the room , we were shocked ) the thermometer showed the temperature in the room at 29 degrees , although it was already quite cool outside , we did not dare to open the windows , since there are pine trees , a pond and a lot of mosquitoes , respectively . The air conditioner was turned on to maximum , it was blowing pretty well . An hour and a half has passed ( the air conditioner has been working all this time ) The room temperature dropped from 29 to 27.5. It was already quite late , they went to bed , it was simply impossible to sleep because of the heat , they opened the window ( which was without mosquito nets and without curtains . We slept for exactly an hour , woke up from the stuffiness and from the fact that we were simply eaten by a swarm of kamars . It was just unbearable , we packed up and left the hotel at 3 a.m. And yet there is not a single cooler with water and water after 23 is not for sale....

A great place for a relaxing holiday alone or with a family! The cost is quite affordable (both accommodation and services - meals, saunas) by republican standards (in other areas it is more expensive). Some rooms have a bathtub rather than a shower, but these rooms do not have panoramic windows - choose what is more important to you. There are pine trees and a forest around. The food is delicious. Very pleasant. The rooms are clean and beautiful. Slippers, toothpicks and pastes, shower gel are provided. There is an air conditioner.

A very ambiguous hotel. What I liked: very beautiful park area, clean. The interior of the hotel is not bad, but it is completely not thought out. A good restaurant, panoramic, delicious dishes, excellent service. The staff is polite and pleasant to talk to. And now what discouraged any desire to return here: zero noise insulation, zero, from the word at all. You'll hear people blowing their noses, coughing, chewing, having sex, and so on in the next room. The floor throughout the hotel is glossy porcelain stoneware. There can be no such floors in the hotel. It feels like you live in a stable. The click of heels is 24 by 7. The suites do not correspond to their category. A suite is not the presence of a sofa in the room. This is an extremely comfortable living condition. The audibility of music from a restaurant is worse than in a nightclub. It is not possible to stay in the room until eleven in the evening. After 11 p.m., the music is turned off and then you will hear the screams and screams of drunken guests. And you'd think that the rules of the hotel prescribe not to make noise after 11. It's written on the fence too. The staff is not able to calm the drunken guests. There is no security service as such. In any decent hotel, for such behavior, they are evicted immediately. But not here. Here your night will turn into a nightmare. We stayed for three nights and never got a good night's sleep: drunken shouting, showdown, songs, dancing all night. And not only… Room cleaning is so-so. They asked to replace the towels, for some reason they did not change them. The next day it was replaced, but only one set. It seems that they came to clean, but for some reason the floor was not very clean. Speakers are hidden in the Christmas trees in the park area. For some reason, music is playing all day, the playlist is peculiar. If there are no events, why turn on music in general? There is one conclusion: the hotel is suitable only for celebrations, but not for a relaxing holiday in nature.

Hello everyone. We were celebrating our wedding and decided to celebrate our wedding anniversary, we rented a room with superior comfort.2.
Everything was very pleasant, it was quiet, calm, but we were lucky because there were no weddings and no celebrations. The staff (guys) are polite, always happy and ready to help, they will consult on any issue. We had dinner at the restaurant and were satisfied. As a lover of Caesar salad, I can say that they had the most delicious of all that I tried, apparently there are some secret ingredients there.
We also visited the SPA, again we were there just the two of us for two whole hours and didn't even want to leave there. Everything is super-cool too. I don't think it's worth talking about the nature around, because it's clear what causes separate admiration.
About the cons:
The light bulb in the room burned out, they couldn't even turn it on. The bed linen was a little dirty, the bathrobes too, on one passage to the balcony the curtains hung crookedly and did not work from the remote control.
We, as smokers, certainly could not go out to smoke on the balcony in the evening, as there is a sea of all kinds of living creatures. But this is still a normal place in the forest.
Overall 4/5. We will definitely come back for the next anniversary)🤍

We spent a weekend here in early April. Great location, beautiful nature, but there are drawbacks.
The first impression according to information on the Internet is a quiet and peaceful country hotel with a restaurant and spa.
But, unfortunately, we did not find peace and quiet here. There were no events, banquets, weddings during our visit, but gazebos with mangalas are rented on the territory, in which at least one noisy company with loud music for the whole forest rested. The staff has no way to influence the situation. It is a pity that the owners put additional earnings above the comfort of the guests who paid for the room, pay for the spa and eat at the hotel restaurant. I also didn't like the presence of music on the territory from the speakers.
The room is clean, bright, and quite spacious. There was no cleaning, because we were at the hotel almost all day, and no one coordinated the cleaning time with us. We have already described everything about sound insulation in colors.
Because of which it would be possible to put 5 - staff and a restaurant. The food is delicious, the prices are reasonable.
We did not visit the spa area, but we signed up for a massage. Important: you need to sign up as early as possible, because the masters come to the session from the city. I liked the massage itself, but was confused by the lack of a separate room - massage tables were in the billiard room. At least no one was playing at this time))
Perhaps we will return one day, but only on weekdays and in the absence of celebrations on the territory.

It's a beautiful place. The service, the Food, the Atmosphere - everything is at the highest level. Very friendly staff and receptionist. We celebrated an important event of our family with you and we were offered the most ideal conditions for us both in the kitchen and in the settlement. The receptionist seemed to be living with us that day and planning everything as if she was doing it for herself. The cuisine is very tasty, the portions are large. We also celebrated corporate parties more than once and just came to spend the evening - everything is always on the level)The area is gorgeous. The rooms are cool, the only disadvantage is audibility - all conversations can be heard through the bathroom through the wall, and if the balcony is open, then everything can also be heard. But we've been back there more than once anyway. I highly recommend it!

We came to this place to enjoy nature and relax. We left as broken and sleepy as possible. First things first:)
The hotel grounds are really nice, even though we were in November. But the transparent gazebos, like the furniture inside the hotel, are stained and dirty already.
The place is designed for events, but definitely not to come to a quiet place to relax. On this day, there was a wedding in a separate room, and a corporate party in the building of the hotel itself. Since the sound insulation in the hotel is zero, the Queen could clearly be heard to our room on the top floor (4th floor), and karaoke could assess the vocal abilities of each participant of the corporate party.
The front door to the room is translucent - when someone passes in the hallway, the light turns on automatically - it gets in the way at night. As well as the fact that absolutely everything that happens in the corridor can be heard: the doors to the neighboring rooms were slamming loudly, it was impossible to fall asleep because of the sound of studs on bare tiles, conversations behind the wall - as if someone was in your room.
The rooms themselves are not cozy: tiles on the walls and floor, furniture - only a bed, two cabinets and a table. It feels like I went into a massage room or a medical center.
There was no drinking water in the room (standard), which is strange for any hotel, especially one that considers itself to be a 5-star class.
There were no curtains in the room.
On the plus side, I would note that the room itself was quite clean. There were jars of shower gel and shampoo in the shower, as well as toothbrushes.
We were asked what time we would go to the SPA - so that everything would be prepared for this moment. When we went down to the hotel reception to be escorted there, we were asked if we had brought towels and slippers from the room. (??? 🤯). In the SPA, this is not issued separately. Because we would not be able to use the same towels after that, we asked to bring another set of towels to our room - we did it.
In the SPA complex, the water has a bright characteristic smell of chlorine / chemicals - after it, the skin on the face began to burn, and the skin on the body was very dry. Did you like the sauna: there was a comfortable temperature and a delicious smell of wood. The water in the pool was too cold for us - we didn't want to swim there. But the Jacuzzi was very comfortable.
There was no one from the staff at the SPA - they took us there and left us, showing us which buttons to press to turn on certain modes in the pool or Jacuzzi.
As mentioned above, there was a corporate party in the main hall of the restaurant of this hotel, but there was also a small separate room with tables for hotel guests. That evening, tables were also set up there and a large company was sitting celebrating something - it would look like we would be clearly superfluous at their celebration of life if we went there to have dinner. When we asked the hotel staff what to do with dinner, we were advised to order it in our room.
After going up to the room, we did not find the restaurant menu, as well as the hotel's internal phone number - we called them on their mobile to find out where to find the menu. They replied that they were not on the site. When we went to the site, we found the menu, but we did not find the prices (they were not indicated there), so we called again for clarification. We were kindly told that there were no prices there - "they are only on the paper menu," which was then brought to our room.
We selected the dishes and ordered by phone. Desserts have already been eaten at weddings by this point :)
The hot dishes were not bad, they were brought quickly.
The staff are young guys, friendly and smiling, but they lack experience and professionalism, and the system in the hotel itself is not established.
Of the advantages of this place, there could be brunches: they are there from 9 am to 14. To "sleep it off". But you won't be able to sleep there, so this plus can't even be called an advantage.
The breakfasts themselves are good there: it was satisfying and delicious (we had accommodation + breakfast included in the price). We could choose 2 items each from the list of breakfast menus + coffee/tea to choose from.
When we had breakfast, the next guests of the new wedding began to arrive - the staff did not care about us - it is clear that the main focus there was on events, which they did there.
If I had read such a review before going there, it would have greatly influenced my decision to go there. Would I like to go back there again? Definitely not.

The distance from the city is small - and as a bonus - you get to a place of unity with nature: the noise of the forest, the singing of birds , cars - you can't hear traffic - a fairy tale .
The territory of the hotel is a harmonious combination of park convenience for a person to stay outside in connection with nature , a small but very nice lake is another star to this hotel.
Service - for my short stay - I liked everything, all my requests were fulfilled, settled, as I wanted, in a room far from the banquet hall where the event was taking place.
Minimalism style and cleanliness of the room, bathroom (by the way!!! The bathroom!!!Thanks a lot for that!) I was completely satisfied
I haven 't tried the kitchen - I left early !

I am incredibly sorry that I fell for a beautiful picture from Instagram and spent a valuable day off here. Our reservation was for Friday, and 3 (three!!!!) took place in this "quiet peaceful place for country relaxation" weddings at the same time. I had to go to the city before 23 so as not to listen to the endlessly banging music from the wedding tents. Upon arrival, we really hoped for a quiet rest and sleep, but it was not there. Until 2 a.m., drunken vacationers staggered along the corridor and sang songs, but because there is simply no sound insulation, and for some reason the door itself is translucent (with every movement in the corridor the light turns on) and you will definitely wake up if not from the sounds, then from the light through the door. At around 5 a.m., your three-hour light sleep will come to an end - THERE are NO CURTAINS in the room, sunlight will already be hitting the windows. How can a living room be without curtains?!??? Especially the hotel. When checking in, they did not pay attention, they were tired and almost immediately left so as not to hear the sounds of the wedding passing through the floor down. It was at 5 a.m., in a completely bright room, that I lay and wrote this review, incredibly angry. I was sleepy, broken and already anticipating how I would wash in the bathroom of the room SITTING tomorrow, because it is located in the corner of the attic room, and it was not possible for me to straighten up there, not like my husband. The worst night in a hotel in my life. And we have a long drive in the morning. They wanted relaxation and peace, it's called. One of the advantages is the amazing breakfast and the cool staff, very nice. But the inability to sleep in a hotel (it's not easy) negates all the advantages for me personally

My boyfriend and I recently visited your establishment and, unfortunately, were extremely dissatisfied with the level of service. We came to relax and celebrate our birthday, but we faced a number of problems that significantly spoiled the impression.
1. **Quality of service at the reception**: No one met us upon our arrival. We waited at the reception until an employee ran out, who just led us to the room without providing any information about its features.
2. **Problems with the room door**: The room door would not close, and we repeatedly tried to lock it. We contacted the reception, but the problem was never solved.
3. **Air conditioning and floor**: We couldn't set up the air conditioner, which turned out to heat the room for about an hour. No one informed us that the floor also heats up for a long time.
4. **Spa treatments**: We booked into the spa in advance, but the pool water was cold and the chlorine caused me an allergic reaction. The baths were not working properly, and the TV that we were offered to use was not functioning.
5. **Restaurant and payment**: When paying for dinner, we were charged more money than we expected. After our clarification, the money was refunded, but the situation left an unpleasant aftertaste.
6. **Breakfast**: We ordered breakfast in the room at 10:00, but it was brought only at 10:45. At the time of our waiting, there was only one other couple in the hotel, which indicates that we were not forgotten due to the heavy workload.
7. **Individual approach**: We celebrated a birthday, but not a single word of congratulations from the staff was heard, although I informed them in advance.
Overall, the place is beautiful, the cuisine is delicious, but the level of service is completely disappointing. We hope that you will take measures to improve the service in your complex.
And yes, as we wrote earlier, there is NO noise isolation! Every "sneeze" is heard

Красивое уютное место для встречи с друзьями в в беседе или для празднования вашего торжества. Основной зал выполнен в белой гамма обилием зеркальных и хрустальных деталей. Все официанты одеты по форме, вежливы и тактичны. Важно, что в зале не пахнет кухней, что говорит об уровне заведения. С самого утра как пчелки трудятся рабочие, чтобы территория была ухожена. Подача блюд ресторана, на хороших дорогих тарелках. Приборы как и бокалы натерты. Пожалуй одно из лучших заведений для празднования торжества.

Of the minuses, the eviction is at 12.00 and already at 11.55 they will persistently knock on the door to get out, and there are also no staff at the reception most of the time while we were there.
