It's a terrible hotel! Been a long time! In 2009-10
Visitors are not fed, they ask for extra charges for checking into better rooms. There are cockroaches in the room, the air conditioners are not working. The food is so-so and little, alcohol is not very good everywhere. The sea is good.. Well, that's it. The staff is unfriendly.

In 2011, I had a vacation there (my first Egypt), the sea remained, and the most positive, the hotel is super and the sea and the beach. Now I saw bad reviews and took another hotel, of course, I wanted to have a rest!

We rest in the neighboring Safir. And this hotel is abandoned. There is a dump and a wasteland between the hotel and the sea. The entrance from the street is closed, every evening men sat at the entrance to the building and probably drank, because there is nothing else to do in this former hotel. Although they could probably rent for a very modest budget, a la hostel.

Hello. I'll tell you if you're asking. We arrived a day late due to weather conditions. And at the reception they say that breakfast is not allowed for us, only for payment. Then the other manager came, they discussed and reluctantly gave permission. Ukrainian tourists heard the conversation and say that someone arrived without any problems and silently went to breakfast. When they came to the cafe, the food did not go down their throats, because the floors were dirty, they probably had not been washed for a week, the tables were dirty, everything was in an unkempt state, there were not enough dishes, slicing salads was not by the cook's hand, carelessly in large pieces. All the staff are men, recruited from the street, are not trained in the culture of service and maintenance of the hotel. We arrived for 5 days, there were 4 left, they did not give us towels in the room, as I asked and promised the same amount. I had to buy it. There was no hot water, barely warm water was flowing from the shower, the faucet was leaking and the wintel on the toilet was not working, water was constantly flowing, there was water on the floor all the time. They called, sentech came. He looked and left. In the next room with access to the street, there was garbage of bottles and packages that were not cleaned for a long time. And there are many more things that can be listed. They have a lot to learn. To improve the service as in Turkey.
