The location of the hotel is quite good. A little away from a busy street. Nothing special, just a simple room, a little tired. Simple breakfast, simple pool. Friendly hotel, allows you to bring guests. 15 minutes to the pier on foot, 5 minutes by Tuk tuk to the Festival.

The hotel is in the center of Pattaya, we checked in right in the morning, the old building, but everything is decent and clean, every day there is a change of bed linen, which was pleasantly pleased. Friendly staff, few Russians. Everything is within walking distance.

Today is 04/18/2013, we are resting here. The hotel was renovated during the pandemic, new air conditioners, furniture. Everything is very solid, clean. The staff is not happy with the residents, well, Thais are always friendly if they are treated with a smile and soul. The breakfasts are wonderful and varied. Any request is a lightning response. I was here 6 times before the pandemic, and for the first time after the pandemic. I will never change for another while there is such purity, beauty, friendliness!

Convenient location, there are many cafes and a shopping center nearby, the rooms are large and comfortable. It is always clean , cleaned every day. Swimming pool, Parking, WIFI.

Like everything! I rested in it 10 times. I was celebrating the 2019 new year. I brought a Christmas tree from Russia! They allowed me to put it on and dress it up by the pool. The food in the restaurants is very tasty. Cleaning is brilliant! We cleaned up several times 2 times a day! Friendly employees. Pool bartenders with a good sense of humor. The city center. Everything is available on foot. Everything is nearby! I want to come and visit this Hotel!

Beautiful elegant, majestic..It has already seen some sights, but it is still full of guests.
The hotel is located in the very center ofPattaya is at the crossroads of the paths to the main mass places of interest. Within walking distance of the sea, fruit market, Buddha temple, walking street, Royal garden plaza department store, mike shopping mall - a little further away, a large wholesale pharmacy..
The sea is literally across the street (slip through the Royal Garden Plasa department store)
The department has a beautiful huge courtyard with a swimming pool, a bar, a small artificial waterfall, and sun beds. Towels are unlimited ..
Breakfasts are probably the best in Pattaya among 4-star hotels. They are fed very abundantly and in a variety of ways.

Very convenient location: to the pier 20 minutes on foot (to Volken Street and even less), in the other direction - 10 minutes to the Festival center. Nearby there are exchangers, shops 7/11, massage parlors. And at the same time, the place is quiet. The rooms are spacious and have everything you need. Wide panoramic window with balcony and views of the city and the sea. Cleaning, changing towels, replenishing water every day. Swimming pool. Delicious, varied breakfasts

I liked the hotel. Great breakfasts! Located in the center. It takes 5 minutes to walk to Volking. It is a 20-minute walk to the pier on Koh Lan. Supermarkets are nearby. The rooms are cozy. I would love to visit again

Nice hotel, convenient location, clean, not shabby rooms, although the hotel is not new. The staff is responsive with a positive attitude. There is always hot water in the shower, some hotels do not have it... We had a room with a view of the pool, we were satisfied, sometimes we liked to sit on the balcony in the evenings after a busy holiday... I can't say anything bad!
