An ambiguous impression remained from the hotel. On the one hand, the staff is friendly, helps with questions, corrects mistakes. The city center, good location, very nice interior in the hall.
On the other hand, there are some jambs - armor linings, which is why they were moved into the wrong room, some of the rooms are old, and in the "new" renovated ones, too, something is slowly starting to fall off, although ideally all you need to do is glue an LED strip and fix the toilet a little. If it's important to anyone, the rooms have very hard mattresses, I don't know if I can ask for a replacement.
Oh, by the way, the smoke alarm doesn't seem to be working, which is not safe + we checked into a smoky room, we couldn't ventilate it in 2 days.

It's a terrible hotel. Old, battered. High stairs, no elevator. You have to drag your suitcase along them - it's inconvenient. It smells like cheap air freshener everywhere. The breakfasts are not very good. The only advantage is the staff at the hotel reception.

The staff is very helpful.. The rooms and plumbing are very "tired" to put it mildly. Some rooms do not have windows. Or rather, there is, but under the ceiling..The TV was not working for us and our friend in the next room. The antenna wires are directly torn out :) . The breakfast is regular, everything is standard, everything is fresh and of high quality. There is no coffee beans. There is only instant. A coffee machine would not hurt and would add points to this hotel.. The receptionist said that they had started to renovate all the rooms.. I showed a couple of ready-made ones - it's fine there. If everything is fixed, it will be a great hotel for tourism for a few days. The location is VERY convenient. You can walk everywhere for a maximum of 20-25 minutes

Everything they show in their photos is not! In fact, it's a cluttered courtyard with it's unclear whose children are screaming. We arrived to check in with a paid reservation at midnight (our half-day has already passed) and declare - there are no rooms! They offered an alternative - a worn-out and dirty room in which it was a pity to stand your shoes. After fighting for an hour, they returned the money with which they bought a room in the nearby Almadina hotel - everything is done for the best)

A cool new and clean hotel, with caring staff. Very conveniently located, in a quiet place and at the same time almost in the center. Just a gorgeous pool! Of the non-obvious disadvantages, a meager breakfast, although fresh fruit is a big plus!

We booked a room at a price of about $ 80 / day, and received the following for this money: old furniture, washed (and doubtful freshness) bed linen, towels, a blanket were missing, we had to contact the attendant to bring it. There is one chair for two, there are no glasses, drinking water, the TV does not work, nails stick out in the walls, apparently, paintings used to hang on them... The curtains are 30 centimeters longer, cluttering the passage to the bed. There are no lamps by the bed, only the overhead light. In general, avoid this place if possible.

The price-quality does not match the description, a very small hotel with a very intrusive service. You can barely stand on your feet, and they don't give you a key until they take you on a tour of the hotel. It was very cold in the room, they asked for a heater, they didn't give it! If you suddenly book a quiet room, it will be with Windows to the corridor! The historical center is a bit far, about 30-40 minutes on foot. The staff can be seen to be very stressed by customer comments. Don't get fooled by the mattress trick, there's no difference! The service is questionable. The breakfast is very simple.
