Hospitable and friendly hosts. The room is clean, the beds are comfortable. The location is excellent, Registan is a 10-minute walk away. Small disadvantages: - the dining room is located in the basement, the steps are uncomfortable, - the breakfasts are not very good, everything is greasy-fried, tea bags, - the rooms are cool, we were in October.

A great guest house. We stayed in October for a couple of nights. Only positive impressions and emotions. By prior arrangement, the host himself met us at the train station, for which we thank him very much. We took into account our wishes regarding early arrival, and prepared a room for us to relax. Then they checked into our room. The room is great, the beds are gorgeous. Snow-white bed linen and towels. The owners are a married couple. Very kind, helpful and lovely people. Breakfast was included in the room rate. The hostess cooks herself, everything is very tasty, homemade. The location of the house is another big plus. 5 minutes from the Registon Square. In a word, this guest house is just a godsend. I definitely recommend it. We were very satisfied. Many thanks to the hosts for the warm and welcoming welcome.

Very convenient location of the guest house, near Registan and all the main attractions of Samarkand. In a quiet and cozy area. A nice courtyard with tables and a dastarkhan. The hosts are very helpful and friendly, offering hearty breakfasts and tea throughout the day. The room is simple, but with everything you need. Shops, cafes - everything is nearby. If you move a little away from the main tourist streets, you can have a very inexpensive lunch. We recommend this guest house. We are grateful to the hosts

It's a small, cozy hotel, with about 10 rooms. The breakfasts are passable - if they don't fit, you can use the shared kitchen. The rooms have a refrigerator, but there are no kettles - you can ask the owners to give you a thermos with hot water. Special thanks to the hosts - they are very hospitable .

My husband and I are very grateful to my son for such a gift -a tour of Uzbekistan. The oldest cities of human civilization are Bukhara, Samarkand, Tashkent. I would like to thank the government separately for the restored cultural monuments -unique in their architecture and the people who honor the memory of their ancestors, customs..In Samarkand, I studied at the medical Institute at the pediatric faculty. I am very grateful to my teachers, I would like to thank the rector -Vakhabova separately for the parting words- to serve the Motherland and be responsible for the health of the younger generation, help young colleagues and not be afraid of responsibility. Separately, I would like to note the transformations-Samarkand has become a city worthy of respect.Monuments - madrassas, mausoleums have been rebuilt and are being restored. So many parks, flower beds, lawns. And everywhere is clean. I was struck by the presence of conifers-pines, junipers, chestnuts.One can feel the love of the population and pride in their city. We went with our grandchildren and younger son. We stayed at the Royal Suite Hotel in Registan. We were amazed that it is possible to combine modern style and your life, a garden and a flower garden on such an area. Cleanliness and comfort created by the owners. I recommend it to everyone. Thank you for your hospitality.

This is the best place to travel in Uzbekistan for a month! The location is gorgeous, all the sights are nearby. Less than 5 minutes to Registan! Nice clean rooms, hot water is really hot, comfortable beds, there is everything you need. But the most wonderful thing is the hosts, there is so much care, warmth and kindness in them, which is just incredible. They always help with everything, prompt, and are interested in whether everything is fine. And the breakfasts are just a song: everything is fresh, homemade, and the pastries are incredibly delicious! As a result, we lived for 2 weeks and there was not even a thought to move. Many thanks for the hospitality and comfort 🤗

A cozy courtyard, the rooms are perfectly clean. Delicious and hearty breakfasts. The location is in the very center. The hotel belongs to wonderful friendly people. They told us about the history and local life, answered the questions that interested us. They helped with the change of money. In general, only positive emotions. The bed seemed a little harsh (but you can't adjust to everyone here, because everyone has their own understanding of softness and rigidity)

Excellent, very hospitable and sincere hosts, and a wonderful cozy, modern and comfortable atmosphere of the rooms! There are flowers and greenery in the courtyard, and at the tables you can have a nice time, leisurely sipping drinks in the heat or in the evening. If you want tea, the owners will be happy to treat you to it and something in addition to it.

It's a beautiful place. Cleanliness and comfort. Almost in the center , but away from the noise and the main road. There was no porridge anywhere during the trip. And here for breakfast is awesome porridge. Baking is great. The hosts are friendly and kind.

Nice private guest house. It is located within walking distance from Registan. It contains a wonderful, good-natured family. Everything is clean and tidy. The breakfasts are excellent, you don't have to have lunch. There is a patio where you can sit in the shade and relax.

Good location near registan. Everything is clean, there are bathrobes, slippers, toothbrushes. Good water pressure, quiet. Friendly staff. For breakfast they gave porridge and delicious fried pies, scrambled eggs. There are not enough outlets in the room and there is no drinking water, but you can ask for a decanter.
