Hospitable and friendly hosts.
The room is clean, the beds are comfortable.
The location is excellent, Registan is a 10-minute walk away.
Small disadvantages:
- the dining room is located in the basement, the steps are uncomfortable,
- the breakfasts are not very good, everything is greasy-fried, tea bags,
- the rooms are cool, we were in October.

Excellent cozy guest house, hospitable friendly hosts, incredibly delicious food, clean room with air conditioning and all amenities, convenient location within walking distance from local attractions

It's a small, cozy hotel, with about 10 rooms. The breakfasts are passable - if they don't fit, you can use the shared kitchen.
The rooms have a refrigerator, but there are no kettles - you can ask the owners to give you a thermos with hot water.
Special thanks to the hosts - they are very hospitable .
