Hello, everyone!
Me and my 12 y.o. son stayed here from 24 Dec 2024 till 5 Jan 2025 and were very happy with our choice. The nice reception and the whole staff of the hotel were very kind and friendly towards tourists, all the problems were solved at the moment. The whole staff is very competent in their work. Special thanks go to the restaurant's staff. Guys, thank you for listening to our requests about preparing not too much spicy meals (you remember, Max suffers from asthma), for your extremely delicious dishes for dinner/lunch.
The third thanks goes to the driver who took us to the Al Khan beach every morning and back!
We miss our holidays over there already! We hope to see you again when we visit Dubai next time.
Wishing you all the best,
Max & Katerina Vasilevs from Yakutia, Russia
Excellent hotel, polite staff, I would say very polite, all problems are solved immediately, the room is clean, pleasant aromatization throughout the hotel, in the room too, the food is delicious, I really liked it) only pleasant memories, I would come back again, I recommend it!)
I had a rest in November 2025. I chose according to the price, at that time it was the lowest of the decent hotels. The room is large, there is a safe, a hairdryer, a TV, a coffee table with armchairs, even an ironing board and a prayer mat. But there is no wall lamp, and if you are reading in bed in the evening or doing something else, then you need to get up, go turn off the light and return across the room in the dark. The windows are very dirty, as if there are glue stains on the outside, so the maid pulls the heavy curtains all the time and even turns on the light during the day. There are high-rise buildings opposite, the view is not very good. The swimsuit dryer is only in the bathroom, it's humid there, so it takes a long time to dry. If you still go to the pool, you don't have time to dry before morning. They take you to the beach from 9 to 12, Friday is a day off. There are no other transfers. Dubai can be reached on foot in 20 minutes, take a bus there and get to the metro. You can go directly from the hotel (5 minutes to the bus stop) to go to Dubai, but it is already long-distance and more expensive. There is nowhere to go on foot, the area is boring, you have to go everywhere.
The breakfasts are ordinary, without frills - eggs, sausages, hash brownies, watermelon melons, sometimes cheese, but more often they "already ate", although there were very few people in the morning. Dinner is brought to the room at 7 p.m.: salad, hot, half a liter of water, watermelon or melon. Towels are provided in the pool and on the beach.
The staff seems friendly, but does not solve problems, but the hotel was not filled to capacity, you can be more customer-oriented. There were always 8 of us going to the beach, a maximum of 10 people. The second time, as I understood, they do not return here, I will also choose another hotel on my next trip.
The hotel is close to the border of Sharjah and Dubai. A good comfortable mattress, clean bed linen, nice fabric. I got a room on the 8th floor with a view of the mosque. The air conditioner works perfectly, it cools down, which makes it cold. Stable room cleaning, but a set of shampoo and gel give one)) and two bath towels (it seems that in this category they give three for each guest, but that's okay)
The hotel itself is very old, does not pull in 4 Stars, and requires major repairs. Plumbing was leaking in the room, towels were already stained, which could not be washed and threads, it was time to change … The Internet works every other time, I caught it well only on the first day of arrival. As already written, it's a little dark, the windows are dirty.
Breakfast is normal, not to say that it's bad, but it's not super either
Fried and boiled eggs, canned beans,
vegetable pasta or something like that,
Cucumbers
Tomatoes
Feta
cheese sausage
Porridge
Bread
Jam
Packaged tea and instant coffee
From fruits
Watermelon
There are better hotels in the same price category
A rooftop pool, towels are provided, the gym accommodates several back muscle simulators, an ellipse treadmill, dumbbells up to 6 kg.
The condition, if you look closely, also requires repair
The staff at the hotel is friendly
Cleaning is regular, they even ask themselves if it is necessary to clean if you are in the room
There are washing machines for the use of guests
In general, the feeling from all of Sharjah is that it has been forgotten and given to visitors from neighboring countries for use. There is nothing much to see, residential areas with migrants living, a lot of garbage on the street. In the emirates for the second time, and I conclude it is better to pay extra, but to live in Dubai, you will still have to take either a taxi or a bus to Dubai for a walk, but if you take on excursions, then it is cheaper to live in Sharjah, but there are hotels with the best offers
There is a supermarket nearby, and a small grocery store in the hotel building, about 1.2 km away there is a MacDonald's and kfc 800 meters from the hotel, there is also a Pizza Hut.
They didn't go to the local "restaurants"
We had a rest from 11.27.24 - 12.5.24 When we entered the hotel. They didn't understand where they were. There was a renovation. The workers were sitting on chairs and playing with their phones. There's dirt and trash everywhere. No one speaks Russian. We had to sit in this mud from 10.00 to 14.30 and listen to the workers cackle while playing games. The room was clean, but the audibility was terrible.Every day, crowds of Chinese were settled in the evening, and in the morning they were taken away at 9:00.They were shouting and talking loudly all night. You knock, they fall silent, but after 10 minutes they decide something again. You can't go to the dining room in the morning.Only the Chinese, there is absolutely no choice of food after them. They add something. And what is there is very spicy. In the dining room, it looked like rooks had arrived and were screaming, sweeping everything away.Anex representative came to the meeting and was shocked. He said there was no such information about the hotel. We wanted to move to another hotel, but they told us there were no places. Thanks to him, they cleaned up and cleaned up the trash in two days.Everyone who came was shocked by what they saw.The pool is heated, but we were told that everything was broken. There are no free buses to the city from the hotel, as in other hotels. The bus driver who took me to the beach was very responsible.Who will choose this hotel -think about it.
If you are for a budget vacation, then you will really like this hotel!!) Beautiful view from the pool on the top floor. We were at the end of November, I really liked it.
But we came, in fact, only to sleep. We spent all the time on excursions!!)
Of the cons, the location! It is very far to the beach and not a convenient transfer..
It is not convenient to cross the road at all, there is a highway nearby... It is necessary to cross the road a lot of places, it is very dangerous (
You can walk to the Sharjah embankment in about 40 minutes, it is very beautiful there. I advise you!
We took breakfast, the kitchen is quite normal, you can have a good breakfast.
Another advantage is that there is a large supermarket nearby, where you can find a lot of things, including food. BUT the only thing from the ready-made food, almost everything is VERY spicy there!!
The hotel is super🔥
There is Wi-Fi, a swimming pool, a small gym.
Room cleaning every day
Delicious breakfasts 😁
The staff is very friendly and courteous.
There is a huge market across the street 🛍️
We rested the first week of December 2023. We chose this hotel because there was information about it with good departures, morning arrivals and evening departures. The hotel itself is more like 3 stars, not 4.
The hotel is located far from the center, near the border with Dubai, it took about 20 minutes to drive from the airport, so the first ones were brought, the last ones were taken away.
We arrived at 9 a.m., the room was free at 10 a.m. we were already checked in, on the last day we were allowed to vacate at 2 p.m.
The breakfasts are modest, but we had enough. There are no desserts, tea and coffee are only in bags. I read a review where they wrote that there is absolutely nothing to eat, it's not like that, it's not Turkey, but we've never been hungry. Dinner seemed to be only with us, it was brought to the room: salad, hot, 0.5 bottle of water (and 0.5 were brought to the room every day in the afternoon), there were only melon and watermelon from fruits, they ate too much, did not even finish (photos of breakfast and dinner). It was possible to change it for lunch, a couple of times when we went on an excursion in the afternoon and did so. The only inconvenient thing was that at a certain time: lunch at 13h, dinner at 18.30-19, and not the interval of 1.5-2 hours, apparently due to the fact that only we ate, we had to be at the hotel at that time.
As in other hotels, a bus takes you to the beach at 9 o'clock there, at 12.30 back, AlhabIch beach with white sand, umbrellas and sun beds are paid. They give a towel to the beach at the hotel, we took a taxi several times (15-18 drx)., walk for about an hour (if someone wishes, you have to go the way the bus goes, because there is a Dubai-Sharjah road near the hotel, which cannot be crossed).
I caught Wi-Fi well, the room was clean, the furniture was old, but most importantly the bed and mattress were comfortable. The fact that you can hear the mosque in the morning, so there are a lot of them there, probably you can hear them in other hotels. The staff is helpful. Only the guy who gives towels to the beach understood Russian, he is usually in the gym near the pool.
We went to the center by taxi, it was a long walk. The singing fountains and the fish market made an impression. At the market, you can clean and cook what you buy.
There are two small markets near the hotel, two large ones are 15-20 minutes on foot, near the Sahara shopping center, the border with Dubai. Some hotels take you to Dubai and shopping malls, there is no such service here. To go to Dubai, you need to get to the bus station to buy a bus card or cross the border to Dubai and take a taxi to the metro.
We would not have gone to this hotel a second time because of the location, somehow on the outskirts, but we had a good rest, everything was fine.
The staff is very friendly.
Located close to the Emirate of Dubai (15 minutes by taxi)
, the room has everything you can think of. And an iron with a board and a microwave and even scales)))
Are cleaned every day.
The breakfast is a bit monotonous, but it hasn't gotten boring in a week. If you take more dinners, you can optionally change them for lunch. (We were always asked at breakfast)
There is a heated pool on the roof, beach towels are provided.
There is a mosque nearby, it is better to take earplugs if you are a light sleeper))
Good location on the border of Sharjah and Dubai. Al Safeer shopping center - there is something to eat and see and the Wester Union exchanger. Good rooms, if you approach with the mood, the furniture is not new, but the bed will not hold together. Condey is banging on . The rooms are cleaned every day. Nice pool and hammam. Quite hearty and varied breakfasts (if not picky). Smiling and friendly staff. The transfer to the beach is punctual, you can not be late. Have a nice rest and good mood to everyone✊
Not far from the sea!
Cozy room, clean, friendly staff!
You can sunbathe by the pool! A good gym!
There is a game room.
Delicious breakfasts 👍
I recommend it )
Nice clean hotel, daily cleaning. The disadvantage is in the location, if you walk, if by car, then everything is fine, there is a huge parking lot of several floors. There is a pool with warm water on the roof.
We stayed at this hotel in April 2024.It is very convenient to have a pool + towels in the hotel, you can always find half an hour for swimming, I recommend checking the non-smoking rooms immediately , we had to change the room 2 times ( everything was soaked in tobacco , we lasted the night and could not do more )
Maintenance standards. There's nowhere to walk. It's hard to take a taxi, you don't have enough nerves, they always drive in circles, boarding is 3d, disembarking is 3d , There are no buildings. Food when hungry will go.The hotel is full of Chinese who are screaming like jackdaws
Recently vacationed there! I liked everything very much!
Positive:
- they are settled earlier than it should be, they are also evicted, but you have to ask)
- they know a little Russian
- cleaning every day, change of towels in 2-3 days
-2 bottles of water, coffee/tea, sugar, replenished every day
- friendly staff, always meet you halfway
-swimming pool and gym until 18:00, hamam
- breakfasts and dinners are very hearty, large portions
- beautiful rooms, cleanliness and order
-iron,hair dryer,TV,refrigerator,microwave, safe
-they give out towels, shampoos, shower gel
- the bus takes you to the beach
Cons:
- the hotel seemed a little gloomy and there are more dark tones in the rooms
-there are no tulle, only thick curtains
- the food is monotonous and there is no sweet for tea, only fruit and honey
-it takes an hour to walk to the beach, there are really few curbs, you need to know how to get through transport interchanges
The hotel is wonderful (it was in 2020), the only disadvantage is the distance from the beach. There was a bus from the hotel to the beach at 9 a.m. (back at 12 p.m.), and it was not very convenient. It's expensive to take a taxi, but it's a long walk. But the hotel had a rooftop pool, and there were various shops nearby.😊
It's terrible! The stench, the dirt in the room. Breakfast is about nothing. All the furniture is old and worn. The beach and all the interesting places are far away. They immediately moved to another place.
Very nice hotel, the reception is very responsive and there are Russian speakers! The rooms are super! The restaurant has a lot of space and delicious food!Across the street is the Sapphire shopping center, where they bought good spices - very cheap, fruits are also cheap, pomegranates, for example, are incredibly delicious, 700-800 gr.pcs., and cost 2.95 dirhams per kg, but durians are very expensive, 1 pc. came out in rubles 2 thousand, but we did not dare to try them. They also bought a smartphone there, much cheaper than in Russia. But I advise you to buy food, shrimp and seafood in Lu-lu, this supermarket is located on the opposite side of the Sapphire, pass the mosque and further along this road 700 meters to the traffic light on the right, you will see a huge sign Lu-Lu.There is a lot of ready-made food - grilled chickens = 250-300 rubles a piece, very tasty freshly squeezed juices are sold in bottles (they have an expiration date of 2 weeks and only in the refrigerator).King prawns are there for 19 dirhams, and they were cooked in the room, there is a kitchen there. Many more good Turkish goods can be bought in Day-today, but only in the one opposite the hotel across the main highway, but you can't go there across the road, there are 7 lanes in each direction and heavy traffic, you need to walk along the road to the right to the bridge about 1 km, there climb the bridge, cross and to go back, it's a long way in the heat, but there we bought a lot of gifts - things and souvenirs at the lowest prices, made in Turkey, but there is also China, the UAE, what we bought there for 10 dirhams, sold elsewhere for 50. The beach there is not very, but clean water, when we were in Dubai, we went to Al-Mamzar beach, there are more carals on the rocks, sea urchins of 2 species, stars, rays, coral fish, green territory, showers and toilets, flowers and palm trees - 5 dirhams entrance, and here for free, but toilets and changing rooms for Spartans (((, but the sea is good, and if you swim up to the breakwaters with a mask, then there are also fish, starfish, a lot of sea urchins and even cuttlefish, and caught huge purple crabs.
This is something terrible!!!!! The hotel is on the outskirts, there is no food from the word at all, breakfast eggs with bread and water, dinner for some reason I drag to the room, the dishes are not taken away, the bed is all chewed, dirty, there were three adults, we were given one room and a cot was thrown to the third, even without a bed set. After arguments, they gave an old plaid. The young man's legs were hanging 50 cm from this children's cot. The transfer to the sea takes you once a day, there is no transfer to Dubai. There is not a single Russian-speaking person, there is one towel per guest in the bathroom. This is for hands, face and body!!!!!! In general, the rest was spoiled in full!!!!! This is a hotel without a single star! We just had a rest there, we were in the middle of January 2023
The hotel is normal. It seems to be close to the sea on the map, but you can't walk, because there are no sidewalks in the emirates. By taxi 10 dirhams to the beach, but the hotel has a bus that takes Olin once a day to the beach for 2 or 3 hours. There is a swimming pool and a gym on the roof. Tomorrow is a buffet, not very diverse, but you can eat. There's not much to see in the neighborhood, only skyscrapers)
Budget hotel, breakfast is not very good, the rooms are dirty. The windows were moved to the next building, not to look. But the basik is normal on the roof is cool.
Rested in early February 2020. Responsive staff, very friendly, well done!))) Clean, every day they brought bottled water, tea, coffee, etc. They do their job well. The food is monotonous, but quite satisfying!) The only disadvantage is the inconvenient time of the bus departure to the beach and back...There were not always enough sunbeds in the pool, but they quickly found an alternative, which once again confirms my words about the responsive staff)) The location is wonderful. Within walking distance of shops with very good (low) prices, which is also very important for tourists) The weather did not disappoint!) Heated swimming pool) In general, if you are flying to the Emirates for the first time, then this is an ideal option)
The hotel is 4 stars, checked in on time, we had a standard room, but there were no towels and bathrobes! Towels were given out immediately, only 2!bathrobes were also given the next day.The room itself is nice, two comfortable large beds, a large bathroom, an iron in the room.kitchen (microwave, sink, table, all dishes are available)but the lighting is very poor.the bathroom is bright.I really liked that the bed linen was changed every day!tea, coffee, water are updated every day. An open-air pool, on the 17th floor, everyone was swimming and sunbathing well.very friendly staff, carries a transfer to the sea.Nearby there is a huge supermarket, many cafes, shops,a small park,it takes 20 minutes to walk to the embankment.in general, I liked everything!I recommend it
In general, not bad. Pros: cleaning every day. Water is changed in the room every day (2 0.5 bottles, wi-fi is more or less working, there is enough speed to call home. Clean, beautiful.
Cons: only one or two people speak Russian more or less (well, this is normal for the country, I think). The food is not very good in the restaurant. The chicken is dry, the choice is not great (in the same Turkey there is much more choice of dishes, in 3 stars) soups are also not very good (it's all taste and color of course). You can't drink juices for dinner, only for money. You can only drink water for free. In the morning, tea, coffee to choose from, or juice. You can do both. There is no place to dry clothes in the room. The ventilation is working in the bath, and there are ropes, but the laundry did not dry out overnight, but just got wet. The temperature in the room is normal, but you have to hang the same swimming trunks on the door handles, or chairs.
I was in Sharjah for the first time. It's the same in the UAE. It's beautiful, the sea is great, but expensive. I wouldn't come here a second time. It is practically impossible to move on foot. Only by taxi. And taxis are not cheap. There are practically no pedestrian crossings, and you have to run across the road when there are no cars, and this is practically not realistic here is a continuous stream of cars.
We had a rest in December 2019!everything was wonderful!!!!Many thanks to Seratzhedin, he immediately helped me with the phone, was always friendly, friendly. The room was cleaned every day.Thank you all very much.Happy New Year!Good luck!!!!
We had a rest in January. Service for 3 approximately, as everyone settled in, I had to ask and achieve, such elementary things as bringing a towel, changing a towel, bringing slippers, dressing gowns, they said no about cleaning the room, I also had to remind. I will say the following about nutrition, there is nothing edible for children at all, adults have no choice and everything is cooled down, there is a kettle, then there is no welding, then a spoon to mix sugar, if you ask, they give you)), only bread with butter and jam for tea. Next time you will have to choose a different hotel.
The rest is excellent. The staff is wonderful and responsive.Dubai is across the street. The zavraki are delicious, they take you to the beach according to the schedule. There is a swimming pool on the roof, there are many cafes and other shops nearby. The sea is hot, and what else is needed in December, Everything is super. Thanks!
I liked the hotel. Friendly staff. The room is clean, there is a microwave, refrigerator, TV, safe, necessary set of dishes. There is always drinking water.
Near the construction site - windows to Windows. The bus departs to the beach at 8.00 and 8.30, I rested in December, it's cold on the beach at this time, and when the sun comes out and it gets warm, at 12.15 - the last bus to the hotel. In general, everything is done for evil. It is necessary to lay additional expenses for a taxi there and back. It takes about 50 minutes to walk and there are no roads for pedestrians. The food at the hotel is three-star. Breakfast is the same every day. There is practically no choice of dishes for dinner, they give what is left from lunch.
Far from the sea (it takes about 15 minutes to get by transport), but in general it is cozy and with good staff. The food is not very diverse, but relatively tasty.
very convenient location between costs.a small disadvantage is the transfer to the beach, which runs only until 10 in the morning.otherwise, the hotel and staff are excellent 😊

We rested at this hotel in December 2018. The location of the hotel is excellent. The staff is responsive and friendly. Room cleaning is daily. I recommend the hotel for a holiday.
