The interior is no longer of modern design, but a comfortable room, daily cleaning by friendly staff. Decent bed linen and towels. Good cuisine: fresh, good quality and varied dishes; a choice of vegetables and herbs, fruits. Attentive service. Spacious recreation areas. The gym needs to be repaired, the sports, cultural and entertainment program for adults and children requires good refinement, there is practically nothing for children in terms of activities and equipment necessary for this. The atmosphere is a bit boring. The beach is good.

Excellent hotel, excellent service. A gourmet's paradise. Everything is great, except for the air conditioners. The air conditioners in public areas worked fragmentally, for example, in a restaurant only in the buffet area. It's also hard to find coolness in the reception area. A gorgeous hotel. It's not much dilapidated, but it's still gorgeous. He's like an elderly English aristocrat who hasn't spent much. But he hasn't lost his manners and charm. The only negative is that the hotel is designed for Germans. Because of this, few people speak English, and there are almost no people who speak Russian. It didn't bother me much, but it was difficult for the child.
Well, there are some minor comments about the kitchen. Turkish cuisine is less delicious than at Selectym Family Resort and Amara Family Resort. It's perfectly cooked, but I call it without a "soul." She lacks a little bit of taste, peppercorns.

A wonderful, wonderful hotel. 1 line. The sea is 5 minutes away. Sandy beach. We went in September, I really liked it. We always found the sun beds free. Of course there are a lot of foreigners, but there were Russians too. In principle, it didn't really bother. The kitchen is for every taste. Everything is very decent. The variety of everything. A pleasant hotel on the first line. We lived on the 3rd floor with a side view of the sea (this room was originally ordered). The room has 1 double bed and one single bed (friends with two children were additionally provided with a cot). There are two pillow options (a thicker orthopedic pillow and a soft down pillow). Air conditioning with climate control (mechanical). They set the right temperature and he maintained it quite adequately. The minibar was replenished every day (water, lemonade, beer, baby juices). In general, the room is good, there is everything you need. They clean it every day (once they forgot to put a towel for their feet). There is a balcony with a table and chairs, it is OK to smoke, but it is not very comfortable to stay on it for a very long time (high humidity). Plus, there is a small clothes dryer on the balcony, but things dry poorly (again, humidity), it is better to have at least two swimsuits. The sea and the beach are good, there is sand everywhere (when the waves are, the sea is muddy). Sun beds are occupied from 7.00, but if the first row is not fundamental, then it is quite possible to find free ones. The beach bars are not bad, you can have a snack (we had lunch there twice when we didn't want to go to the main restaurant). The pools at the hotel are also good, there is a children's area in the main pool and an additional children's pool (40 cm). But with the sun beds by the pools, everything is bad. There are many of them, but they occupy them even earlier than by the sea. There was also an indoor swimming pool, there was no heating, so the water in it is quite cool. But it's just right to freshen up. There weren't many people there. Slides for children and adults stand separately from each other in different parts of the pool. They do not work all the time, but only at certain hours. We liked everything about the food. We stayed at the hotel for 9 days, during which time there were 3 fish days with several types of shrimp, crabs, oysters and other seafood delicacies. Every day there are several types of meat (lamb, chicken, beef), several types of soups, various sausages and burgers (you need to assemble them yourself). Lots of pastries, but with the same taste. Baklava of several types, desserts are varied. There are meat, ice cream, Turkish tortillas, pizza in the pool bars. Cocktails are not the most delicious, it is clear that not professional bartenders do, so revelations were not expected. Of the obvious advantages, there is champagne and good wine (Australia). Alcohol is partially imported (I can't say whether it was diluted or not, since I haven't tried it, but whiskey, rum, gin, wine were in bars). In general, there is nothing to complain about in terms of nutrition, everything is very decent. You can rent a car at the hotel, but only for cash, cards are not accepted. It is better to take excursions through a tripster than with a hotel guide (we flew through Anex), saving at least twice. We have been to evening animation several times... it is quite interesting for children (magicians, circus performance). There is a mini club for children, but we did not use it (my daughter wanted to be with us). Once I saw a girl (about 4 years old) leave the territory of the mini club and go to look for her parents, no one stopped her… The animators invited to beach soccer, volleyball and other activities (in the evening, the participants were awarded diplomas). For those who arrive late in the evening, after dinner, the bistro will be relevant, which is open from 00.00 to 07.00. The choice there is of course limited, but you can definitely eat after the flight and the road to the hotel. There is a shopping center opposite the hotel, which belongs to the owner of the hotel), at prices of course more expensive than in urban shopping centers, but slightly. There are several pharmacies, a grocery store, souvenirs, a lot of sweets (more expensive than in chain stores). It feels like sweets are cheaper in stores that are delivered on the way to/from the airport.

I really liked it, we were in August. The service is excellent, the cuisine is wonderful. Lots of fun for the grandson:water park,luna park,various pools and the SEA is warm!!!!As part of the excursions, we flew to Cappadocia, met the dawn on balloons! A miracle!!!

I will leave 5 stars. The hotel corresponds to its price and quality. I was in hotels of a higher category, but there the cost is much more expensive. This top five is definitely above average. The food is good +., meat, fish - everything was. There were incomprehensible "mishmash" positions, as they like to do in inexpensive Turkish hotels. But there was also an alternative. Not bad.
The service is good. There are managers who speak Russian.
The area is beautiful 😍pools are everywhere. There is always a place to eat. The beach is on the first line.
I liked the animation too.

I was always against trips over the hill, like taking out loot, etc. But in my documents there was a discount for a foreign passport and my wife did. She forced me to make a foreign passport too. After that, wild pressure began on me to go on a vacation somewhere other than our homeland. I denied it for a long time and jokingly said that I would not go for an expensive 5-star all-inclusive. My wife found this hotel at the end of April for two for 9 nights for 56k rubles. Having presented the calculations of the previous summer's vacation at about the same money for Anapa, I agreed and we flew through anextur. Everything was just great. Flight, transfer, all those from the administrative staff were all well-spoken in Russian. We were settled very quickly. My wife chose a two-storey room with 3 beds, two beds, and two bathrooms. The balcony had a side view of the sea and the mountains. The food was just awesome, I gained 6 kg in these 10 days. The meat is super, and vegetables are not always found in the Krasnodar territory (I am from Stavropol myself). Everything is at the highest level. I didn't eat anything else). In general, I was satisfied with the rest. Everyone was inclined to deliver their carcass to the place of rest and that's it. If anyone has the opportunity to get to this hotel, I recommend it. The hotel is huge. There are saunas and an entertainment room and many bars in different places. For children, there is a part of the pool where it is not deep. In summary, I recommend you to visit. If you don't have much money, then don't get fooled by the excursions. As a resident of divan, I didn't really enjoy traveling.
