⚜️The best hotel in Kemer that I've been to! ⚜️ Traveled from 09/28/2024 to 10/11/2024 with a company of 4 people
+) Great food. The food was always delicious, varied, and my eyes were happy👀
2) We had a room upgrade for free🏡 The room was well cleaned and had a private pool, there were two bathrooms
3) We were invited to a Turkish restaurant for free (if you stay at the hotel for more than 7 days, you will also be invited to a Turkish restaurant)
4) Pleasant workers. The workers are all friendly, especially animators and bartenders, employees of the water park.
5) Bars. There are 5 Bars in total on the territory of the hotel (Neptune bar, Jazz bar, waterfront bar, pier bar, lobby bar) in all the bars drinks are simply space 🥂 except for the lobby bar there is a little worse🥲
6) Pier. Very good, but there are not enough places, only 15 pieces are free, there are also paid places.
7) The atmosphere. This hotel has an amazing combination of nature and buildings. There are a lot of trees and bushes, cats and guinea fowls (birds) are running around on the ground
8) Aqua Park. He's here and he's pretty good. There are slides for very young children, for older children, and for teenagers, adults. But there are only 3 adult slides🛝
⚜️As for me , but this hotel is 10/10⚜️
We had a family vacation in September 2024. We liked the beautiful and large territory of the hotel. There is a long beach area, there were always enough sun beds, the clearest sea. Food for 4+, bars for 5. Animation is weak. Room cleaning is not very good, sometimes towels were not changed, but just wet ones were folded, also it is necessary to clean up more carefully on the beach, garbage is lying around. There were problems with the free a la carte. The rooms are new, the beds are comfortable. If you don't get attached, then everything is fine.
We are resting at the hotel right now. Very beautiful territory and crystal clear sea are all the advantages.
Minuses:
1. Very dirty sun beds, chairs in the dining room.
2. Service and customer orientation 0. No one cares about you, requests and wishes are not fulfilled, you have to go to the reception several times and persuade.As the manager at the reception said, "we can only listen to you, but we can't do anything"
3. Room cleaning leaves much to be desired (the sink and shower are not washed, bed linen is not changed, the number of towels decreases with each cleaning). The only thing they did was make up the bed and throw out the trash.
4. There is no hot water in the hotel. Be prepared that you will have to wash in the cold in the morning, and after lunch, if you are lucky.
5. Animation - save a lot. There is almost no entertainment on the territory. There is no life outside the hotel!
6. Staff - all the staff (and there are a lot of them here) are very loud and defiant, at any time of the day. You can wake up at night to one of the staff shouting at another across the hotel.
And in general, the staff is very lazy, unfriendly! For those who need a clean sea and more or less normal food (not always), the hotel is super, and for those who expect something more from 5 stars, it is better not to go.
