The place itself is great, but the staff and delivery especially leave much to be desired.
I am describing my personal experience. Three orders via the branded home delivery app:
In the first order, instead of hummus with beef, they brought just hummus, the difference is 20 rubles, I did not swear and complain.
In the second order there were cold rolls (cold and ordered) with boiled and stuck rice.
The third order was a complete fiasco: the order included udon with chicken, burritos and basturma.
Udon with chicken was sharper than a burrito, although there was no warning about it (udon was taken with the idea as non-spicy, these noodles should be non-spicy, kamon).
Basturma is a separate disappointment, which comes with a huge number of pieces of pink salt, that's right, they took it and put a bunch of salt in a box right on the pieces of meat, sit and choose them.
That was my experience. I can't say that everything is bad, because there are dishes that I really liked. I can't say that all the staff is bad, because the purely human factor plays a role here.
It's more like a lottery, while I'm still hoping for this place and I want to try other dishes, maybe I'll be lucky.
We made an order at home, promised to deliver within an hour (DELIVERED IN 2h40m !!!). It took 1h40m, I called, consulted about the order, they told me that the hall was full and they did not have time)) and they promised that the order would be delivered in 20 minutes. 40 minutes have passed since the last conversation - I'm calling , no apologies, no regrets , they're just coming soon(((
After such a long wait for an order, almost 3 hours - no BONUS, DISCOUNT or even an APOLOGY!!!
