Not a bad hotel for a quiet stay. The hotel is located in a closed area that unites 3 hotels of the same chain. There are 5 restaurants, 4 swimming pools and an excellent gym. The hotel is far from the center, correspondingly quiet. The hotel is located on a slope, you can go down to the beach by stairs or by elevator. The rooms are a little tired. The nearby Grand Hotel has a gorgeous SPA.

This is not a hotel in the usual sense, it is a hotel complex that is located on Pratamnak hill and occupies a huge area. There is everything you need, 7 swimming pools, a sports complex, a huge catamaran for collective walks on the sea, excellent restaurants and bars, its own large spa center, saunas, golf courses and other games. Security, both at the entrance and inside the hotel, in the Grandt building there is an additional shower on the balcony. Even the Russian consulate is located in this hotel. This is definitely the best hotel in Pattaya! Book, you won't regret it. I was confused by the age of the hotel, but it turned out that everything inside was in very good condition, the hotel was well looked after, there was no hint of age inside, except for the low ceilings in the corridors (people with a height of 2 m would definitely be uncomfortable).
Stylish expensive interiors, smells nice everywhere, very polite staff.
The hotel has a huge territory and its own beach with good water for Pattaya (the water is worse on other beaches). The beach is narrow, with sand, and stairs have been built to enter the water. After walking to the end of the hotel's beach, you will reach the city beach. The hotel's guests have access to three pools with incredible views (the water in the pools is cool, we went in January). The territory of the hotel itself is well maintained, lots of greenery, it's nice to walk. The hotel consists of four buildings, three of them have a common territory. All buildings are in excellent condition.
The room was rented with a sea view and we were lucky with the floor - the 9th floor and stunning views of the sea and Koh Lan! The room is huge, with a balcony. They cleaned up every day and properly.
The buffet breakfast in the restaurant costs 650 baht per person, the food is varied and delicious, mostly not spicy. There is a restaurant right by the water, the interior is simpler, but the view is amazing. There is also a bar with a beautiful view, which serves only drinks and snacks. There are cool modern restaurants nearby.
Location - the hotel is in a calm and quiet location, you need to drive to get to the center or to a busy area, but it's very close, you could get to the pier or beach road by taxi (bolt) for 100-120 baht and 10 minutes, to Jomtien a little more expensive and 15 minutes. In general, the location is gorgeous, obviously unique for Pattaya, as you seem to be in the very center, close to everything, but at the same time in a secluded quiet place.
I would really like to return to this hotel! We didn't see a single negative.
