Looks good and clean but very lousy
service.

This was my first and last visit to this salon, and I am completely disappointed! I paid 9900 dinars for a manicure and pedicure with a 4-hand coating and received only disappointment.
1. The hostess of the salon often came up during the process, looked at what the masters were doing. This caused me discomfort and the feeling that she did not trust the specialists she worked with.
2. I asked for a one-color base gel coating. They brought me four cans to choose from, but without a palette, and I could only guess the final color by evaluating the contents of the jar.
3. A phrase that just shocked me: "There is an additional fee of 500 dinars for the base gel coating." Are you serious?! A surcharge for basic coverage? I did not agree and chose a regular gel polish, which, by the way, is applied to the base, but there is no extra charge for it.. Where is the logic??
4. You will pay 900 dinars for the four-handed service, but in my case, the one-ton coating took as long as 2.5 hours! When I asked why it took so long, they told me that the masters usually work faster, and that two services would take me 4 hours. But this is complete nonsense, from experience I can say that monotone usually takes no more than 1.5 hours.
5. For the removal of the old cover, I was also charged an additional 500 dinars. While other salons offer various loyalty programs, here you are forced to pay extra for every little thing...
6. And the most outrageous thing is that when it was time to pay, the hostess started complaining that they were losing interest due to acquiring, and that it was unprofitable for them to accept payment by card. Although in the correspondence about the recording, the possibility of payment by card and cash was indicated. Why should I, as a client, worry about this? Seriously? Let us know in advance if this is a problem!
7. Coffee for that kind of money, for a minute - instant ... !
In defense of the masters, the girls are very cute and nice, and the result is generally fine with me, but let's see how it goes in the sock. The claim is specifically to the service.

I do not recommend this salon, the employees here are treated as expendable. The materials are of terrible quality, very allergenic. For the most part, everything is from a Chinese store. If you value your nails, you should not go to this salon. + some manicurists can leave you with very strong cuts and cut the cuticle into the blood.
