I would rate the hotel at 4.
The beach and the sea are excellent.

We stayed at the hotel in May. There are many advantages, but there are also disadvantages. The contingent that is staying at the hotel is so-so, they have been drinking alcohol since 7 a.m., just like the last time! There were queues for food and drinks. Very active imposition of services on the beach. Constantly coming up, buy this, that. And we were checked in only 5 hours after arrival. The priority was to settle the Turks)) they offered a room in the basement area or wait. I would rate the hotel at 4, as the animation and the sea brightened up the experience for the better.

We had a rest in early October 2024. I liked everything, a good hotel, a budget five, varied food, lots of vegetables and fruits, clean, good location, 3 minutes from the hotel- and you are already walking around Kemer, friendly staff, beautiful nature. I hope we will come here again! And, of course, it all depends on the tourists themselves - some go on the positive side, relax and enjoy, others are always dissatisfied with everything and are looking for something to complain about. Initially, we did not hope for anything, knowing that this is a budget five, but our fears were not justified by the word at all)And the bar by the sea in the pines-mmm, that's a different story. Yes, the water park didn't work, it was dismantled, but they provide a transfer to another one, nearby, which they sell for $50 on street tours-for free.To be honest, we didn't need it initially, but we went anyway, we had fun like children)In short, they cover all their flaws, such as not having a new room stock, not having such a gorgeous and large territory, with their care and kindness to tourists and entertainment.)

A large selection of alcoholic beverages. Room cleaning every day. Animation every day on the beach and by the pool. Thanks to all the animation guys for their attention and good mood! There is a gym, hammam, massage, spa treatments. Everything for relaxation and relaxation. Beach towels are changed every day. The beach is not big, but it is convenient. There are not enough sun beds, they inform. Great view from the terrace of the cafe on the beach. The young man in the cafe is always cheerful, smiling, polite. We just returned from Turkey and stayed at this hotel in the middle of May 2025. Overall, a good budget 5: the food is good, there is animation, children's disco. Of course, the hotel is already asking for repairs-the furniture is patched up. The main advantage is that you can walk to the sea in a couple of minutes, have your own beach, and have a convenient location.
The main disadvantage is that the water park on the territory of the hotel and the children's playground are closed. We chose this hotel only because of them, because we were with a three-year-old child, he was very impressed by the photos of the slides. We had a vacation in May 2024, and this is the worst hotel I've ever seen.
Of the advantages:
- the sea is nearby
- beautiful sea view from the room
- nice beach in terms of the sea
- good location - you can walk along the beach and around the city to the center
Of the cons (I understand that the price is not for 5 rooms in Turkey, but these are cons even for a 1* hotel if you charge money for it):
- nothing was working in the room (sockets, entrance card, locks, TV, light bulbs)
- sticky floor after cleaning, long black hair on the floor, which made me unsure of the cleanliness of the linen and towels
- sticky tables in the restaurant, dirty dishes!!
- of course, the staff are very nice, but they immediately said that they simply did not have a better room, and that they would certainly apply for repairs to the outlet and light bulb (I asked for a minimum), but it is not known when they will do it.
If there are sanitary control authorities in Turkey. If there are any norms, then they should definitely pay attention to this hotel.
The question is not about the stars, but about washing the dishes and the floor and fixing the sockets so that there is no fire - this is a small thing that they do not pay attention to in this hotel...

The hotel is great. We had a rest from May 8 to May 16. I came here for the second time and plan to return again. Of course, there are some disadvantages, but nothing super critical. The room is ordinary, the cleaning is tolerable. Take your soap and soap accessories, there is only liquid soap in dispensers in the bathroom. There is no tea section in the room, and there are not even glasses. But you can get everything at the bar. All the staff is very polite and executive. The animators are excellent and most importantly unobtrusive. The food is good. The food is delicious. From meat - chicken, turkey, beef stewed with vegetables, trout almost every day, mackerel, tuna a couple of times, some other white fish, mutton a couple of times. Fruits - apples, pears, bananas, oranges, tangerines, grapefruit, apricots, kiwis, watermelons appeared at the end of the rest. The alcohol in the bar is good, pleasant cocktails, tolerable wine. In general, compared to last year, both the food and the bar have become even slightly better.
Of course, the beach is small, but the guys on the beach are trying, helping to find places, move the deck chairs. A hotel for a weak 4 no more! Considering that it is currently undergoing renovation (April 2025) and the water park with a swimming pool is not working, there is a pool and gym in the spa area for renovation - it is not interesting to go to the hotel at all. The food is good, the staff is polite. Pebble beach is across a small road and a park, 5 minutes walk. The pier is dismantled, rusty pipes rise above the water and spoil the view.
The staff of the spa center and the photographer went to the sauna with the vacationers at the beginning of the season, they were bored, they were whiling away the time.
Inside the main building of the hotel, the rooms with exits to the internal balconies and corridors are interestingly designed. But it was dirty, and some rooms were being renovated. The food in the restaurant is of good quality, I didn't like that the staff of young Kazakh girls disdainfully cleaned the Russian dining room. When the Turkish guys took over, they treated all the hotel guests equally. The girls at the reception speak excellent Russian, they asked a hundred questions and prompted everything. Almost all the hotel staff treats Russian guests well.

We stayed at this hotel from May 5 to May 15. The hotel is very nice, the area is small, but clean and beautiful. There are 3 children's pools and one adult on site, and there are also aqua parks. However, there are problems with cleaning, both in the rooms and in the hotel as a whole.

For breakfast there were always eggs, pancakes, cereals, various types of cheeses, vegetables, yoghurts, fruits, etc. At lunch and dinner there are always various side dishes, meat, fish, vegetables, seafood, various desserts, fruits. There were bars with various drinks and ice cream near the pools.
The beach is a 5-minute walk from the hotel. There are sun beds and umbrellas on the beach, if there were not enough sun beds, then they informed. Pebble beach, without special shoes(coral)it may be inconvenient. There was also a bar with drinks, from 11.30 there was fast food, vegetables, fruits, sweets.

The food was constantly and quite tasty - hot, snacks, sweets, fruits, tortillas from 11 to 15 were cooked in 3 places
Cons: vacationers themselves created a stir, namely: the queue to the "dining room" before the opening (they were witnesses when they returned from the beach), they occupied the sunbeds on the beach with towels or things in the evening (we did not lie on the sunbeds before lunch) and at the same time they (people) were not there. The dust and floors in the room were not wiped or washed. Beach towels were not received immediately. Not very clean dishes - you need to look carefully so that there are no dried residues after the dishwasher.

The a la carte restaurant wasn't working, the pier was being completed, the air conditioners in the main restaurant weren't working, the room had a climate, not a conder, couldn't handle it either, and the bathroom was undergoing a tired renovation. The beach is narrow, and there probably won't be enough room for everyone when the hotel is fully occupied. The beach is across the street, you can go through the underpass. If you don't pay attention to -, then in general everything is fine. I came here after reading bad reviews, but in fact it turned out to be better. For me, the main thing is animation and nutrition. And this is at the highest level here.

We had a great time at this hotel. The food is delicious here, and the staff is very friendly and courteous.
However, sometimes there were not enough places on the beach and by the pool. But this was due to the fact that some people left towels on the sun beds and left for half a day. If I were the hotel administration, I would introduce a rule according to which you can not leave your belongings on the sun beds and leave. If this rule were not followed, the staff would collect forgotten items and hand them over to the reception. After all, while they are away, other guests could use these places.
Otherwise, everything was great. Active and unobtrusive animators offered a variety of activities: in the morning — exercise, in the afternoon — entertainment by the pool, and in the evening new programs were held every day.

I really liked everything!!! There are not big disadvantages : there is no water park for children here (it is under reconstruction), there is an alternative. The hotel takes you to the Kirish water park at its own expense (the water park is famous but does not belong to hotels), however, only once and for 3 hours! This is the second time I have been staying at this hotel.Convenient location, clean beach.The choice of Food for every taste .The room was very spacious and quiet, the air conditioning worked perfectly.The children were freezing at night , I had to take 2 blankets each .Room cleaning every day, even swans were turned.I often read bad reviews related to cleaning .We didn 't have this problem on the floor.The only thing sometimes smelled like sewage in the bathroom, but it was a couple of times and not for long .The hotel has been tired since our first visit , but not critically.The sea is gorgeous, the water is high, I really liked the Pier.

We've been to this hotel more than once, and not twice - actually, everything is as good as always (the hotel is tired, yes, but it's not scary). Only this year, the legendary wolf and, consequently, the entire water park were broken. We left on May 11th, but there were no new works in sight - it is unclear whether the other side of the pools will be restored this season or not (not with tourists, is the construction going on?). The tour operator did not warn about this, and many people go with children precisely because of the water park, but there is none. Accordingly, the load that was previously distributed on both sides of the hotel now lies entirely on the large pool on the left side. When we were on vacation, there weren't many people. But I can't imagine what it will look like during the season. And so everything is the same: lots of food, various coffees and coffee cocktails, sauna, hammam, animation (excellent Oksana with morning exercises). And, alas, drunken compatriots, screaming and laughing by the pool until morning, so it's impossible to sleep with an open balcony. But these are no longer questions for the hotel, but for compatriots who do not think that our huge hotel and the neighboring one (whose windows overlook our territory) are awake because of their songs about the field and the horse.

My wife didn't like it very much, but she compares it with other hotels where we stayed - which have a higher rating and a 70% higher price! I'll say this: this hotel is worth the money - how much it costs! Everything is absolutely standard for all inclusive hotels! The choice of food is normal, the territory has its own water park, but unfortunately we were unlucky - it was closed for major reconstruction (it was also visible from the balcony), in return we were offered one free visit to the Dolu Su Parki water park with a transfer (okay, we had enough)! and you need to understand that a modern water park will soon appear in the hotel (they demolished that famous wolf's head and brought a modern structure to the territory, it is under construction)
We took a tour for three (2 adults and one child 4 years old)on travelata, without transfer from May 10 to May 16 (6 nights) with departure from Moscow (convenient arrival and departure time) for 119 thousand! Yes, there are small disadvantages that some describe in the reviews (mediocre cleaning, old repairs), but we don't go looking for these disadvantages, we go on vacation! and certainly in any other hotels, there are also disadvantages! Well, Kemer beach with its clear water is a paradise, even for children)))) There are enough sun beds, and of course the one who comes earlier, he takes good seats! Wi-fi is good, both on site and on the beach! The safe is free! We were at a temperature of +25 outside and the air conditioner was working (we didn't turn it off)! The refrigerator is refilled every day (2 water with gas, 2 without gas, 2 juice)!
I liked the hotel, it helped me get exactly what I wanted from my vacation!

Positive:
there are many different kinds of food, everything that was eaten was delicious, especially desserts and Turkish tortillas, which were cooked and given out of the oven;
the animators are well done, young guys who invite both children and adults to participate in activities;
the staff was friendly, overall;
the location is close to the center of Kemer, but you need to take into account that access to the sea is through an underpass;
nice pool.
Cons:
very small beach, I can't imagine how everything fits there at a time when the hotel is full;
The beach was dirty, unfortunately;
The rooms are tired;
they were rarely cleaned;
the cocktails are very average — the same cocktail tasted different every time;
when they went to the reception at night with a complaint about neighbors listening to music at full volume through the speaker, asking the hotel staff to influence music lovers, nothing changed — we had to solve the problem ourselves.
Overall, we liked it, as it was our first time in Turkey at that time.
I will say separately that the Anex Tour is a very controversial campaign.

They say it's cool now. But on May 14, 2025, it's already hot in the room in the evening, so it's hard to fall asleep. What kind of rascality is this about saving on electricity for 5 stars? In fact, the ventilation mode did not work in the room either. There was a "certain error" on the screen C2. 4. 1. For 4 days, I constantly asked to fix the air conditioner and fix the error. They kept calling me somewhere, saying that they had told the master everything, he was about to arrive now, today/tomorrow, and everything would work. The result is clear. No one came and did not fix anything. +40 is ahead, and someone will still have to solve this problem. By the end of the rest, the room became really hot. By morning, through the open balcony and window, it had time to cool down. But it was hot to fall asleep. At 5 o'clock in the morning. A wonderful vacation for those who decided to spend their holidays at Rox Resort and wanted peace and quiet. Moreover, such events are held here all the time. There were college students before us, and after them, employees of the trade union of social and medical workers came with us to the conference, and now these boys are having a sweet time. P.S. Two days before our departure, the participants of the Muay Thai World Championship began to move into the hotel. (The third check-in by an outside organization in 10 days!!!! my vacation). Athletes, coaches, referees, functionaries. I was told that 140 countries had left. I have seen: Canada, Thailand, Kazakhstan, Ukraine, Morocco, Egypt, Mexico, Brazil, Poland, etc.Some of them trained outside in the hotel playground area. Everything would have been fine, but they took the elevator up to their rooms wet and sweaty after training. After one of these, we entered. They didn't have time to jump out. Alas.

Now about the advantages: 1. The location is good. The outskirts are small, but it's not far to go to everything. The village is small. 2. The hotel has excellent alcohol. It was unexpected. I list Balantyne, Olmega, brandy Napoleon, gin Stanford, Cuban rum, vodka Absolut, Campari. That is, not expensive brands, but also not local. And the guys in the lobby mix cocktails almost according to the recipe. They have respect and respect.
Other: 1. Many people wrote about the food, which is excellent, but in fact ordinary. There will be no frills. 2. The currency exchange in the whole city is bad. When the dollar exchange rate is 38.6, they change 36 lira each. 260 Turkish lira are being squeezed for 100 bucks. Or about 550 rubles (6 bucks). The euro exchange rate is 43.17. They change 40 lira each. They are clamped at 100-ke 317 lire. p.s. We went by car to the city of Kash. 150 versts. There are 37.5 per dollar and 42 per euro, respectively.
3. A local suggested a life hack. You buy something in Migros. Pay in euros or dollars. You receive the change in lira (you will be notified about this at the checkout). You agree, and the change is given to you in lira, actually at the bank rate. Don't thank me.)))
In general, it's fine. It's a shame that they lie about "let's do it now" and do nothing. And constant conferences, sports events, etc. That is, if you are ready to relax and close your eyes that there will always be strangers in the hotel, then have a good rest. I definitely won't go a second time. I always left tips for the reception and the cleaners. For the first time, there was really nothing.

It's old and very old, in great need of restoration, the safe doesn't work in the room, we've been living for three days and they haven't fixed it.

The pier is under restoration, there are nowhere for people to lie down on the beach, and the beach itself is very small.

Everything is kind of cramped here, cramped on the beach, very uncomfortable.
I do not recommend this hotel in any case, I took a tour here for 7 days and I am very sorry.

On the second day, while swimming, My child fell in the pool and cut his chin, through his own fault, we ran to the doctor, no one was there, no one would provide first aid at the reception, they say call the insurance company, we drove for 2 hours, since it was Sunday. The doctor came, sewed it up, had a great examination! But we were shocked that there was simply no first aid kit at the reception, there was no nurse, everyone had to be called and waited, it was good that we had chlorhexidine! As a result, the dressing was done by the guards, who had a bandage and plasters. We inflated three trampolines in the evening for the whole hotel, there are a lot of children, fighting for a place on trampolines. We played volleyball, there were stones on the sand, it was traumatic. Also, when leaving home, at the check-in at the airport, they asked for a certificate that the child could fly, since there were stitches, no one warned us about this either! We were with our family in July 2024. The rooms with a French bed (140 cm) are extremely small, cramped, with two children, two extra beds stood close together. Reception without air conditioning. The bar is on the 1st floor, it's meager and sad to stand in line in the stuffiness.
Of course, you can always find something to eat from food, even beef has happened, in general, the kitchen is normal, but there are few places near the outdoor air conditioners, the rest are stuffy, sometimes you just didn't want to eat, there was nothing to breathe. In the queue for squid rings, an employee came up and restrained the person standing in front with his hand and said that's it, the rest of you can not stand, it's not enough. Watermelons and melons are delicious, and so are grapes when you get them. Apples and oranges were not taken especially, children have allergies. In general, the hotel is small, the beach is across the street, most often through an underpass, 2 stairs, who cannot climb high stairs- I do not recommend it. The beach bar is like everywhere else, snacks, tortillas, beer and soda. In the evening, this bar becomes a la cart- a wasted evening, with a bigger and tastier selection in the main restaurant. The sea is gorgeous, we swam both in the evening and at night, it was dense during the day, but there is a pier, there is more freedom. There is no territory at all, the pool is small. There is delicious coffee in the lobby, you can go to -1 for cookies (although the coffee for 1 approach is quite interesting, cookies for -1, probably so that you don't eat too much).
The hotel is weak, we definitely do not plan to return here.

Also, since the hotel is located in a mountainous area, sunset on the beach comes early, it's cool to get out of the water, but the water is warm and you can swim further. No one limits it.

I stayed at this hotel in August, I really liked it! There is a pleasant staff, clean rooms, delicious cuisine, a huge selection of everything at the bar!
I also want to note that there are very cool animators here, it was thanks to them that my vacation was 100,000% cool! Every day they have super cool entertainment programs, both on the beach and by the pool🤩 In the evening, various shows, live music, disco, games, there are both for children and adults! It is very pleasant to communicate with them, so as soon as you arrive, be sure to get to know them, and your vacation will be even better!

If there were 10 stars, I would put all 10. The food is delicious, varied, and the staff is great. Rooms are cleaned, clean towels are changed, the bar in the refrigerator is replenished daily. The animation for children is cool, and there are various shows for adults. The rooms are tired, but that's all bullshit. The sea is magnificent, the water is amazing, there are mountains all around. yes, there are few sun beds, the beach is small, but at the end of the rest, we have already figured out a trick to practice sun beds on the beach. I rarely write a review, but this is an exceptional case) vacationed with a friend in July 2024, the hotel is straight family👍 In the center of Kemer, the sea is clean, the beach is equipped, the guys are bartenders and animators polite and obsequious!!!! They will always tell you at the reception, even somehow they helped to sew up the top, since there were no threads and needles with them, respectively😅 cleaning every day, changing towels, water, etc. Special thanks to the animators!! Lighters girls who write that they do not look after their children, they are not babysitters, but animators! Every evening there are programs, going out with those who wish to night clubs, all accompanied by animators. Food, drinks and animation are excellent! But the territory is not fully accessible. The water park is under reconstruction and it is not known when it will be completed. At first, they said that by 11.05, but while we were at the hotel with the water park, no work was carried out. Now there seems to be some movement in the reconstruction, but no one provides exact dates. They serve breakfast based on May 31. The territory of the children's club is also closed.
