We had a great time at this hotel. The food is delicious here, and the staff is very friendly and courteous.
However, sometimes there were not enough places on the beach and by the pool. But this was due to the fact that some people left towels on the sun beds and left for half a day. If I were the hotel administration, I would introduce a rule according to which you can not leave your belongings on the sun beds and leave. If this rule were not followed, the staff would collect forgotten items and hand them over to the reception. After all, while they are away, other guests could use these places.
Otherwise, everything was great. Active and unobtrusive animators offered a variety of activities: in the morning — exercise, in the afternoon — entertainment by the pool, and in the evening new programs were held every day.

On the second day, while swimming, My child fell in the pool and cut his chin, through his own fault, we ran to the doctor, no one was there, no one would provide first aid at the reception, they say call the insurance company, we drove for 2 hours, since it was Sunday. The doctor came, sewed it up, had a great examination! But we were shocked that there was simply no first aid kit at the reception, there was no nurse, everyone had to be called and waited, it was good that we had chlorhexidine! As a result, the dressing was done by the guards, who had a bandage and plasters. We inflated three trampolines in the evening for the whole hotel, there are a lot of children, fighting for a place on trampolines. We played volleyball, there were stones on the sand, it was traumatic. Also, when leaving home, at the check-in at the airport, they asked for a certificate that the child could fly, since there were stitches, no one warned us about this either! I rarely write a review, but this is an exceptional case) vacationed with a friend in July 2024, the hotel is straight family👍 In the center of Kemer, the sea is clean, the beach is equipped, the guys are bartenders and animators polite and obsequious!!!! They will always tell you at the reception, even somehow they helped to sew up the top, since there were no threads and needles with them, respectively😅 cleaning every day, changing towels, water, etc. Special thanks to the animators!! Lighters girls who write that they do not look after their children, they are not babysitters, but animators! Every evening there are programs, going out with those who wish to night clubs, all accompanied by animators. I stayed at this hotel in August, I really liked it! There is a pleasant staff, clean rooms, delicious cuisine, a huge selection of everything at the bar!
I also want to note that there are very cool animators here, it was thanks to them that my vacation was 100,000% cool! Hello. I had a rest at Rox Royal from 08/29/24/2024.The hotel is good, cleaning , water, towel every day. The food is good.Animation for children and adults at an average level. The children's pool is normal, but only two of the six slides work.A big minus is that there are not enough sunbeds on the beach , a small beach , the hotel has about 5,090 rooms , and the beach is not designed for such a number of guests and it is very inconvenient , I had to take a sunbed from 7.00 in the morning and lie around the pool for a couple of days because there were no free places on the beach , there are pebbles on the beach , there is no sand , I advise you to take aquataps.Shops are within walking distance.

I'll start right away with the cons - it's very hot in the whole hotel! Starting from the reception, and ending with places of eating and drinking! Only the rooms were nice and comfortable. The hotel's air conditioning system either fails or saves money.
The pool is very warm, it was comfortable for both adults and children to swim, but I think the children caught an enterovirus infection there. Because nothing will survive in such a salty sea, and we haven't been anywhere else.
The children's room works by the hour, the schedule is not very convenient, there is something to compare it with.
There are a lot of advantages! Of course, the food. Despite the fact that there are no frills, but each dish was cooked delicious. All that was missing was delicious coffee and sweets BETWEEN meals. We weren't hungry for a minute!
Location - 5 minutes to the sea from the hotel via an underground passage. Shops and a pharmacy are also about 5-7 minutes away. You can buy souvenirs and sweets.
The sea is a separate delight! Of course, it's very salty for children, it stings their eyes, but the water is the purest, it already shines in the sun! And a cool pier, from which it is fun for both adults and children to jump into the sea. There were always sun beds (we were at the end of June). Nearby there is a cafe with drinks, fruits, fast food.
In general, a vacation for 4+, given the relatively low price tag, is a godsend!
We stopped at the hotel in the evening. I and 2 children were offered a choice of two rooms on the ground floor family with an additional fee or on the 5th floor standard. We chose the standard , because there was an old renovation in the family room and a very strange balcony: you go out on it and rest against the wall, go to the right and here is an opening about a meter wide. The repair is better on the 5th floor, but after an hour it became clear that the air conditioner was not working. It blows, but with warm air. The balcony was opened. In the evening, the temperature outside is 35 degrees. It turned out to be unrealistic to fall asleep to the evening show. In the morning, they asked the reception to repair the condor and went to the sea for the whole day. The sea is good, transparent, the beach is large pebbles. Sun beds and umbrellas are free of charge. The view of the mountains is beautiful. Pools are also normal. There is a water park on site. When we arrived, 3 slides out of 6 were working. After the boy slid down the slide from the mouth of the wolf on his stomach and scratched his stomach until it bled, the slide was closed and all 2 remained. We returned to the room in the evening- nothing changed - the condom did not work. I tried to call from the room at the reception, the phone didn't work either. Life has become better)) A Turkish teenage basketball team stopped by the hotel. They occupied the pool with slides. They shouted a lot and loudly, and after they left, they discovered that my eldest son's flip-flops had gone with them. It is clear at the reception that no one knew anything. I had to go down to the reception and rewire the cards. In general, holidays in Turkey disappoint every year. A large cockroach was also seen near the elevator in this hotel. The lobby bar always smells like a toilet. The food in the restaurant is monotonous and tasteless, despite the apparent abundance. Children play football in the evening, it is already dark from 21:00, but the lights on the field are not turned on. Apparently they save money. Children are playing in the dark. There is a court. Half-broken rackets along with deflated balls are given for free. In the new room, there was no shower gel, a cup for a toothbrush, and the drying on the balcony was broken. Начну с плюсов:
Большая ухоженная территория, кормят вкусно, расположение удобное и до моря идти не долго, приятный персонал.
Пляж хороший. Мы гуляли вдоль моря, смотрели на другие, наш больше понравился. Он будто обособленный такой, уютный.
Вода прозрачная. Ноги к гальке к концу отпуска привыкли. И к неожиданным укусам рыбок тоже)
В отеле классный аквапарк. Правда требует ремонта, горки уже ушатаные, на многих стыки выпирают, потрескавшееся покрытие.
Поэтому берегите купальники и попы со спинами.
Очень понравилось что рядом с аквапарком детская комната и площадка. Также возле есть туалет с маленькими унитазиками. Поэтому если ребенку вдруг приспичило, далеко бежать не нужно)
Кстати, под аквапарком как оказалось есть ночной клуб “Wolf”. Но нам показалось что там пахнет плесенью 😖 Один раз там была вечеринка в белом.
У бассейна с «волком» в определенные часы (вроде с 2ух до 4х) раздают мороженое. И это очень здорово что оно в индивидуальных упаковках. Клубничное и шоколадное. Вкусное)
Самый жирный минус отеля это кондиционер. Он скорее выполнял функцию вентилятора гоняя горячий, влажный воздух по номеру. Один раз, ожил (после того как пожаловались), а на следующий день снова душегубка.
На -1 этаже спа зона (там же по карточкам можно получить пляжные полотенца), но мы туда не ходили по двум причинам. Первая, было очень жарко и не до бань. Вторая, на всем нижнем этаже пахло сыростью/плесенью.
В номерах кстати говоря тоже полно плесени. Весь ободок раковины черный. На затирке между плитками также.
Постельное белье неприятное, шершавое.
Также не поняла прикола с рестораном а-ля карт. Туда нужно записываться заранее, места ограничены! Работает он не во все дни и только во время ужина. С этим понятно

Мы записались на Итальянскую кухню. Что бы вы ожидали ? Пиццу, пасту или может быть ризотто?
Ошибаетесь, итальянская кухня, по мнению Рокс роял это картошка фри, мясо в соусе, салат цезарь, маринованные грибочки, что-то похожее на пасту (макароны перья с зеленью в сливочном соусе без прочих добавок) и рис в соусе сливочном.
Все это мы могли бы поесть на шведском столе. Ну да, без этого вида прекрасного на море и горы конечно. Вообщем было смешно.
Еще, мы отдыхали неделю, и за все время не было ни одного шоу. Только всякие мисс и миссис отель, караоке и тд и тп от аниматоров. Мини диско само собой было каждый вечер.
Из плюсов: быстрое размещение, аквапарк, ночной клуб, свой пляж с ресторанам террасой, анимация отличная, еда вкусная, много и разнообразно, много фруктов, алкоголь очень даже не плохой. Просто великолепная работа гидов, причем не только от тез тур, у кого были другие туроператоры тоже в восторге. Шикарная уборка номеров! Если висит табличка не беспокоить, все равно предлагают заполнить бар и сменить полотенца и белье. Отличное расположение, все рядом, клубы, кафе, магазины, набережная и детские площадки.
По отелю из минусов: много мух, сидят на еде, плохо работают кондиционеры, в ресторане просто баня была, у нас в номере хорошо работал кондер, видела как другие жаловались, что в номере невыносимо. Когда сын заболел, оказалось отельный доктор в отпуске (разве такое может быть!?) страховая сразу предложила госпитализацию, но сразу предупредили, что мест нет (тоже странное дело). Но все благополучно обошлось
We stayed at the Rox Royal Hotel for the second time from 07/13/2024 to 07/23/2024 (the first in July 2023), and, unfortunately, we liked the first time more.
There were no problems with meeting at the airport and checking in, everything is OK (the bracelets were put on immediately upon arrival at 11.00, the rooms were ready by 14.00).
We went here primarily because of the water slides, but only 3 of the 7 existing ones worked for the entire period of stay (11 days), and these 3 are in deplorable condition in good condition, in need of repair (patches, scuffs, seams, everything scratches the skin).
The food became less varied, although, of course, no one remained hungry. Vegetables and fruits were always plentiful.
The dry ration (for early departure on an excursion) was reduced by 2 times compared to last year (there were: 2 sandwiches, fruit, water, juice, cookies; there were: 1 sandwich and 1 200ml juice).
The rooms were cleaned daily in the format of changing towels, taking out garbage. The vacuum cleaner /broom/important cleaning was carried out only at check-out/check-in. Shampoos / shower gels, etc. were not updated without an approach to the maids.
The overall impression is that over the past year the hotel has been "tired", the carpets in the halls are stained, the glass in the elevator is cracked, the chairs in the dining room are all with bent legs (with us, the leg of the chair under the girl next to us broke and she fell to the floor), the 1st floor lobby periodically smells of sewage.
The spa center staff is very intrusive.
Of the advantages, I can mention the friendly staff at the reception (administrator Elena), the availability of drinking water is always freely available in the lobby.
We rented a car at the hotel for 1 day - everything is fast, without problems, the cost is not higher than urban / Internet analogues.
In the evening, 3 trampolines for children were inflated on the territory (there were no trampolines last year), the children were very happy about it.
During the stay at the hotel, we took 2 excursions to sputnik8, the price was much higher from the Coral representative (Pamukkale $ 485 for 4 people, in sputnik - $ 300).
I was there last year and I liked it. Pros: The rooms are pretty nice, clean, cleaning every day, the food is delicious, I really liked the pool bar, the drinks there are cool and delicious, I really liked the view from the balcony to the mountains.
The only drawbacks are that we arrived when the sea was already cool.

A slightly crowded budget "five" with a clear need to improve the service.
I'll start in order. We arrived at the hotel in the evening, checked in immediately, saw off, the room is quite large, with two beds - a double and a single (both wide, with excellent hard mattresses). A balcony with chairs and a table, a view of the sea, as promised, but this is the second line and the sea is visible far away. The plumbing is "tired", but it works, the dangling shower holder is nonsense. The linen is snow-white, but with "pellets" on the fabric, it scratched me a little. The TV is working, the safe is normal, the air conditioner was not needed - the nights are cool and so on.
Now it's fantastic - during the week of our stay, our room was not cleaned ONCE. On the first day we were in the room and asked to come back later. On the second day, the tips from the bed disappeared, but there was no cleaning in any volume, towels were not changed either. On the third day, the missing tips were accompanied by replenishing the minibar (it was empty at first). We hung a sign asking for cleaning - the effect is zero. As a result, we ourselves took a roll of toilet paper and a garbage bag from the shopping cart in the corridor, then put the bag in the corridor. Since there were a lot of towels (the room was prepared for three) we, in principle, got along, but the confusion remained. Five stars?..
Beach. Well, that's the main chagrin. I understand that the hotel is urban, and the space is very limited, but still not finding a place at all right after breakfast is very sad. Okay, we took a swim and went to dry at the beach bar. Yes, from the next day we became larks, and at 8 a.m. there were always places. But! There is no shadow on the beach, from the word at all! Umbrellas are not only small, but they also consist of a grid. I wisely used protection 50, but I still burned out on the first sunny day ((. The road to the beach goes through an underpass under the road, it's quite deep, I have a sore knee, we walked around - not a problem.
Food. Many people write "you will not stay hungry." That's right, but I would say that the food is just good. Probably in two weeks the menu would have been boring, but in our week it did not have time, and there was never anything that there was nothing to choose or everything tasteless. However, it happened that you need to wait for delicious things - there are really a lot of people, and there is a constant queue for key dishes. I need to try to get a table outside, and this is my second major complaint. And even at the slightest rain, the street part is generally closed, and here you are in a stuffy dining room wandering between occupied tables in search of an empty seat. On a completely sunny morning after a night rain, requests to open the doors to the terrace were categorically refused. Unclear. A snack on the beach is without frills, but you do not need to stomp into the dining room. It's a pity that even for the money there were no freshly squeezed juices.
Drinks. The main restaurant has wine, beer, whiskey, vodka, crayfish, cola, sprite, ayran. and the beach bar - tea, coffee, beer and wine, ayran needs to be questioned. Tequila (local, I didn't like it) and cocktails (mojito and pina colada are normal, the rest are very so-so) only in the pool bar and in the so-called atrium (-1 floor). The red wine is fine, and the beer is normal, the white wine categorically did not like it. As a result, they led an almost completely sober lifestyle)).
The staff varies from a pleasant Russian-speaking young lady at the reception to an arrogant manager at the restaurant. Yes, Turks prevailed among the guests in May, there were conferences, children's sports teams, and just a lot of families.
Animation. We did not visit it, but we did not miss anything: there is not just 100% audibility in the room, with the door to the balcony open, the TV (we took movies with us) is not heard at all, and with the door closed, you can only hear at maximum volume. So, although this is not my format, but I must note that the animation is just great, and good live performances, and the music is very different, we tried to please everyone.
I don't think I will return to this hotel, but for a reasonable price it is a very good option, especially if the management is a little tense.

- удобное расположение (близко к морю, развитая инфраструктура - есть куда сходить погулять и пошопиться);
- хороший WiFi, ловит на всей территории отеля и на пляже отеля;
- неплохая кухня (из фруктов в августе- сливы, яблоки, груши, персики, виноград, арбузы и дыни);
- порционное мороженное раздают 2 часа (обычно в отелях встречали 30мин- 1 час), что удобно;
- хорошая команда анимации;
- очень вкусное кофе в лобби на 1 этаже.
Из минусов:
- кондиционер, нереально жарко в номере;
- холодильник мини бара в номере- он не охлаждает совершенно (на ресепшн сказали он и не должен выполнять функцию холодильника, с чем столкнулись впервые), поэтому если есть лекарства или скоропортящиеся продукты- безвыходная ситуация;
- в номере под кроватями не убираются, пыль и волосы;
- аквапарк конечно неплохой, но часть горок всегда отключали и они в потертом состоянии уже;
- ресторан алякарт (итальянский) не оправдал ожиданий, обычная еда.

We have just returned from this hotel, we rested from July 15 to 25, the hotel certainly needs renovation, it has long exhausted its 5 rooms, the rooms are old, it is time to change the carpet in the lobby, as well as the atmosphere itself, the air conditioning system is very weak, in July it is +37 degrees hot, if we are lucky, that is a chance to cool down a little in the room, at least somehow the air conditioner performed its function, in the main restaurant, where breakfasts, lunches and dinners are held, there is simply nothing to breathe. In terms of food, the classic all in clusive, we were not hungry, but without frills. I did not like the fruits, watermelons, melons were not particularly sweet, oak pears, desserts were delicious. The animators are trying to work, funny guys and girls, but in my opinion the animation is quite monotonous, a 5-year-old child went to a mini disco once, did not want to anymore, the same songs were played every evening. I liked the live music in the evenings, we went to a la carte for a fish dinner, if it wasn't for the restaurant overlooking the sea, then the dinner would have been so-so, we stayed hungry. The location of the hotel is very convenient, 5-7 minutes walk to the center of Kemer, you can walk along the port of Kemer along the sea, a lot of greenery, mountains and the sea are gorgeous! The big minus is the problem with places on the beach and by the pool, I got up at 6 a.m. to take normal places at sea, mostly on the pier, since there are wider umbrellas, very small umbrellas on the beach, practically do not cover from the sun. Of course, we will not return to this hotel anymore, it is not worth the money we paid for it. But in general, we were satisfied with the rest, we try not to pay attention to room cleaning and other small things, so as not to spoil our mood. Have a good rest!!!

Отдыхали в августе. Один очень большой минус отеля - это слабый кондиционер, практически не охлаждает, это доставляло огромный дискомфорт!!! Администрации отеля следует исправить недостаток!!!

Today, on July 4, 2024, we checked into the Rox royal. It's certainly not 5 stars. Well, or. Very tired 5 stars. The room is standard, everything seems to be there (there is no tea or kettle in the room) but it is so shabby.We took an early booking tour, so we accept it as it is, although it is also not cheap, now the prices for the hotel are off the scale, but it is not worth that kind of money.The territory is not small, the children will not be bored. Let's start from the beginning of arrival, I have been to Turkey a lot of times, I have been to 4 and 5 stars, but this hotel pulls in a bad four. If you want normal service, relaxation and cleanliness, you definitely will not go to this hotel.
We arrived at 9 p.m., settled in a room without Windows. They said they would move to another one in 2 days. I gave 20 euros, they said not enough, I need another 30 euros, then there will be a good room with a working air conditioner.
They gave 5035 rooms on the 5th floor. The air conditioner was really working. This is a great happiness, because the air conditioners did not work on the floor of the hotel and it was at a heat of 44 degrees.
The worst thing for us was that there was no internal air conditioning in the entire hotel. There is no word at all- even in a restaurant. You're eating and you're sweating, it's terrible, disgusting, how can this be in a 5-star hotel.
Cleaning is dangerous, the room was cleaned once in 5 days, people put garbage in the corridor because it was not cleaned from the rooms. The bed was changed once in the 8 days we were there. And this is for all the vacationers with whom we communicated.
The hotel itself is dirty, the toilets are like at a train station in a remote village, there is garbage everywhere, it stinks everywhere.
The drinks at the bar are disgusting, they try to make cocktails, but these are not cocktails, but a surrogate and muddy mixture.
The reception does not respond to complaints, nods its head and everything remains as it was.
I liked the sea, the animation, the food is normal. But the hotel itself is not worth the money. I don't want to come back here from the word at all. And I don't advise anyone who likes a good vacation. The vacation was ruined.
A wonderful hotel. With very attentive staff. With excellent pools with its own excellent aqua park. And most importantly, a private beach with a restaurant and a bar. I highly recommend it!!!!

The hotel does not exactly pull at its stated 5 stars, about the level of an average four. We rested for 8 days, during this time the room was never cleaned properly, and for the first 2 days we did not even go in, we had to go to the reception and talk about problems, but this did not change anything, during this time we changed towels 2 times only and threw the garbage out of the bins, that's when their room service ended. In some rooms, the air conditioning does not work and we got one of these rooms, but it was good that in the evenings it was more or less fresh outside, we slept with an open balcony. But otherwise, in principle, everything was fine, the food was monotonous but not bad, you can eat. Bartenders and animators are also good funny guys.

I don't often write a review, although it's my personal omission, since I try to do an analysis based on reviews before I fly somewhere. I consider the review to be a subjective opinion, which consists of many factors. Therefore, we have to study different ones in order to identify the "golden mean")

I would like to thank Irina Alekseeva, sales manager of online tours. Thanks to her, we made a quick booking and payment for the tour, which naturally helped us fly away on vacation)
I also express my great gratitude to the photographers Alyona and Kenan. We have already visited various resorts quite a few times, but we have never ordered a photo shoot. This time we decided and did not make a mistake with the choice. Alyona offered us a photo shoot, described everything colorfully, we agreed without hesitation) She said that either she or her partner Kenan would take pictures, as they alternate in turn. Kenan was at the photo shoot. I will say that the man is a professional in his field. The photo shoot took about 1.5 hours and that time flew by very quickly. We enjoyed every minute of the photo shoot, and then the result) In short, I advise you - they are located to the left of the reception.
Special thanks to the animation team. I would like to single out Diana, Anastasia and Saita separately. When we left, two more animators arrived, unfortunately we did not have time to get to know them closely, so I can't say anything, but the head of the animation group spoke well of them. You definitely won't be bored. That's what we personally managed to visit more than once): yoga, volleyball, darts, step. There was not enough time for the rest, but there is football, lawn and table tennis, and a gym. The latter leaves much to be desired, an update of the simulators is required, although it will do to keep fit.
The animation team is very active, which is not true for vacationers) They constantly go, offer and tell about the events that take place on the territory of the hotel. I advise vacationers to agree to their suggestions, then you will definitely spend your time very positively and with benefit for yourself.
Now a little bit about our stay at the hotel and, accordingly, in Kemer.
We flew back and forth on Turkish Airlines. The round trip flight was delayed for an hour, not too critical considering that these are charter flights. The food on the plane is good, we were not hungry. The plane is big enough, there are a lot of people, with a lot of small children. In general, we flew well, without a hitch. We flew through an Intourist, were quickly checked out at the check-in desk and sent to the transfer. We drove for a relatively short time. We arrived at the hotel around 10 p.m., there was a quick check-in without unnecessary red tape. The room went to 5066 on the 5th floor. The package is positioned as a family, in fact, a standard with a double and a single bed. Fresh renovation. By the way, it seemed to me that they have almost completely updated the room stock. Maybe there are not updated numbers somewhere, I will not lie. Yes, upon arrival, my girls were presented with a rose, a trifle, but it's nice. Since we arrived late, we asked where and when we could eat, they said that from 11 to 12 night soup in the main restaurant. We ate, then used this offer a couple more times. The hotel is positioned as Ultra All inclusive. Yes, the bar on the ground floor is open 24 hours, but this is clearly not enough for a full-fledged concept. In short, we were traveling beyond the sea and the sun, so this fact did not particularly upset us. We rested from May 13 to May 20, the hotel was just gaining its "strength". Before our eyes, the pier was being made and improved, painted, whitewashed, and the recreation areas that were closed were gradually increased. The number of people has increased markedly during our stay at the hotel, which naturally affected the small queues in the restaurant and in the elevators. I emphasize that this was not critical for us, but it is possible that when the hotel is fully loaded, there may be some difficulties.
Meal. You will definitely not stay hungry, the choice of dishes is average (although there is something to compare it with))) - we certainly don't eat such a variety at home. They cook delicious. We have already visited Turkey quite a few times, so we treat food and our figure carefully, we tried to take as much as we could eat) I will note to myself that this time I did not bring extra pounds home, which pleased me. It seems to me that people who have already traveled many times want more quality than quantity of food. Ice cream was served near the slides from 14 to 16. Near the main pool there are burgers (you collect them yourself). There should still be food outlets near the sea, we did not catch this moment.
Sea. The coastline is very narrow and small, but this is the "trouble" of Kemer, not the hotel. It's good that there is a pier that accommodates quite a lot of people, otherwise it would be crowded. The sea is clean, beautiful, the approach is pebbly. I read in other reviews that take "corals" - I ignored it, I advise you to take it. Going in and out is a complete hard labor))) But you can go in with a "fish" or "bomb" directly from the pier, but it is impossible to climb back to the pier, there is no banal staircase, which is extremely inconvenient. Perhaps something has changed, but we "suffered" from it.
Pools. One pool is located near the main restaurant, or rather, there are like 2, but I think it's one. There is a place to swim. The second one is located near the slides, encircling around. However, it will not be possible to swim around, since obstacles are made there, subjectively I think that it is not very convenient, but probably it was no other way. We walked from the back of the slides, it was quieter there. There were enough sun beds for everyone, since we were at the beginning of the season)
The bath complex. Quite "tired", perhaps the commercial premises are in a more decent condition, which cannot be said about the public sauna and hammam, which are included in the accommodation. They clearly require an update. There is a sauna complex on the ground floor.
The contingent. The hotel is international, everyone is friendly.
I can't say anything about children's entertainment, since our daughter is already 15 years old and she went to yoga and step more.
The city of Kemer. In my subjective opinion, it is small, you can get around a lot on foot. There are quite a lot of shops that are constantly being touted) We didn't go in, although it might be worth it, they always trade very well and the choice is quite large. But we had a limited budget for shopping and limited time for rest, so we traditionally visited Waikiki (we were in 3), Koton, Mavi and some others. Bought, satisfied) The only disadvantage associated with purchases is the inability to pay with cards and rubles. It is even impossible to change rubles in banks, only in exchangers. We changed at the rate of 4.5.
That's how I briefly tried to describe our stay at the Rox Royal Hotel. In conclusion, I will say that we consider our vacation a success. The most important thing, as in any business, is the attitude!!!

Well, what can I say, of course there are disadvantages, huge queues at the canteen, wild people who have never tasted food..the food is not great, but the choice is great, you will not stay hungry. Alcohol is produced in Turkey, they have no other. The evening program is fire, animation too, the water park is super. If you've been to cool hotels, there's nothing for you to do here. We have something to compare with, we were worse at the hotel, so we give this hotel 7 out of 10.
I took one star for poor room cleaning , stuffiness in the corridors and elevators and not a big beach . Although , there was no such thing as no free sunbeds . In the rooms, the air conditioners ( shared ) work perfectly! The food is a bomb ! Fish and meat every day! Grilled whole trout , large pieces, pieces of mackerel , whole dorado , beef with vegetables , lamb neck , liver with vegetables , chicken in various types .... From fruits : peaches , apricots , apples , pears , plums , oranges , bananas ( not every day ).
Watermelons and melons . Alcohol : Balantis whiskey, Almeca tequila , rum, wine , gin, beer - all of good quality!
We spent 12 days at this hotel in the month of July, the advantages of the hotel are good animation, good alcohol, and slides for children.
Cons the air conditioner works only in the room, in the restaurant at the reception in the lobby, the heat is unbearable everywhere, the lights and water are constantly turned off, the food is also not very good. I would have come back again, of course not.

03/16/2024 at Coral Travel (travel agent Ambitur LLC, contract number 16-03-24-08-CO), I bought and fully paid for a 10-night tour to this hotel with the arrival date 02.09.2024. The tour was intended as a wedding gift for the newlyweds. Actually, they chose the hotel according to their tastes. 08/26/2024, i.e. 5.5 months later and 5 days before the wedding, the hotel sent a notification about the impossibility of accommodation!!! How is this even possible?! Were you silent for 5.5 months, used my money, and then abruptly changed your mind? It looks very much like a scam. After reading the latest reviews about the hotel, which were not yet available in March, I found out that it is normal practice for the Rocks Royal to settle tourists in rooms of a lower category or send them to other hotels. I sincerely advise everyone who chooses a hotel to stay in Kemer to avoid this hotel, so as not to live in cubicles instead of standard rooms (read other reviews) or not to be left without a long-awaited vacation at all!
Excellent hotel, we rested several times. Polite staff, high-quality room cleaning, good animation. The food is always fresh, the alcohol is of high quality.There are a lot of sun beds on the beach, there is enough for everyone. We warmly remember our vacation.

Большая ухоженная территория, кормят вкусно, большой выбор напитков, расположение удобное и до моря идти не долго, приятный персонал. Отель в пяти минутах от центра Кемера.
Пляж хороший. Мы гуляли вдоль моря, смотрели на другие, наш больше понравился. В море есть плотик.
Отдельная благодарность сотрудникам ресторана a la carte за гостеприимство и вкусную еду.
Надеюсь вернуться в этот отель в следующем году.

There are only 2 types of ice cream (only one edible) and in a certain 2 hours. I don't drink strong alcohol, I was hoping for cocktails. But all 3 cocktails have the same composition-rum, sprite and coloring syrup (mojito-green, sunrise-orange). One beer, a draught beer. There is no champagne. The animation is terrible. The whole husband staff is hitting on you. There is nothing to do in the hotel except drink. It's like being in the Recreation Center of Russia. Who loves alcohol, verka serdyuchka and affectionate May-you will like it. I do not recommend it to others. The hotel reaches a maximum of 3 stars
