I booked my Turkey trip through Rosting's Gomel office, and the experience was amazing! Manager Julia helped at every step and suggested a perfect hotel in Antalya. The 10-day tour was exactly as promised. Excellent service and friendly staff – definitely recommend.

We returned from a tour in Turkey, Istanbul. A wonderful trip, a rich program, gorgeous excursions.
The hotel was very chic The Stay Hotel Bosphorus 4* with a magnificent view of the Bosphorus. The interior of the hotel is simply fascinating.

We have been flying to rest through Rostering for 3 times already. Thank you very much to Anna for her professionalism and careful selection. This time we flew to Bulgaria to the Barcelo Royal Beach 5* hotel, for 14 days. I really liked everything. The hotel has swimming pools, the beach is within walking distance, and the view just freezes your heart. Anna took into account all our wishes and did not make a mistake in her choice. I would like to express my gratitude to the Rosting company and in particular to manager Lyudmila for organizing our family vacation in the UAE. We had a lot of questions, we were traveling with a teenager and everything from accommodation to leisure was important. Thank you for the offer to go to the Emirate of Fujairah, in fact, the temperature is lower than in Dubai. Excellent recommendations for excursions, we did not consider safari at all (we thought it was the same as in Egypt), but it turned out to be the coolest adventure. Police U-turns on the dunes and yes, the guys are burning out there. A recommendation to all tourists. What was very important to us was that we received all the information in advance. The best vacation is a change of scenery, a trip. The weekend tour on August 10 along the route Zhirovichi-Rusakovo-Synkovichi left the most pleasant impressions. A pretty decent company.
I went abroad for the first time in my life, I didn't know what and how.
Manager Victoria quickly explained everything to me, told me, helped me choose the country, the hotel and everything else.
The choice fell on Georgia and the Shota Rustaveli Boutique hotel. If anyone goes to Georgia, I recommend this hotel.
In general, the rest was fine.

I would like to express my deep gratitude to the organizer Vlad for a perfectly planned and conducted trip to Pechora, Pskov and Pushkin Mountains. It was a truly unforgettable journey, full of history, culture and beautiful landscapes.
The trip to the Holy Dormition Pskov-Pechersk Monastery left a deep impression. The shrine simply amazes with its history, architecture and atmosphere of spirituality.
A walk through the ancient city of Pskov, a visit to the Pskov Kremlin, the amazing atmosphere of ancient Russia - all this left vivid impressions.
Pushkin Mountains is an immersion into the world of A.S. Pushkin's creativity, a visit to the Mikhailovskoye estate, a walk through a park full of history, and magnificent landscapes - all this is simply fascinating.

Good day and peace to all. I want to share my impressions of a trip on July 12-14 to Pskov - Pechory - Mikhailovskoye with Vladislav Gurin and Rostingov. Everything worked out, and the weather is nature, and pleasant company. The organization of the tour is beyond praise. Not only the tourist facilities on the ground, but also the household side of the trip are thought out very well. Unusually vivid impressions remained after visiting the Pskov fortress and temples, temples of the Pskov-Pechersk monastery. The Pushkin Estate in Mikhailovsky, the amazing beauty of the nature of these places themselves evoke a poetic mood. We visited the Holy Dormition Monastery of Svyatogorsk, in the walls of which A. S. Pushkin is buried. At the entrance to the temple, a memorial sign - the monastery and the grave of Pushkin were mined by the Nazis, eight sappers, soldiers of the Red Army died during mine clearance, and this is a reminder of what our values are, for faith and culture we gave our lives. I would like to emphasize the competence of Vladislav Gurin, who accompanied our group, and his organizational skills. This is my second tour with Rostyng and Vladislav, and I think, with such an organization, it will not be the last🤩

Customer orientation is zero, we sat in the office for 1.5 hours!We were waiting for confirmation from Belavia!!!And after that they said that there were no places for self-made!!But their companion does!!!And without even voicing all the nuances (departure time, which was initially important for us), I tried to impose a tour!When we did ask for the time and it did not suit us, she began to hysterically say that we had already agreed to the purchase and it was too late to change anything!!!When we objected and clarified that we had not signed or paid anything with them yet, the hotel was not confirmed!!She threw a tantrum, accusing us of dishonesty and that we allegedly agreed to everything at first, and then changed our minds!!The only question is, why offer Belavia if there are no tickets! And to dissuade at the initial stage from flying through Moscow???I would like to advise Dina to treat her work more conscientiously and not to deceive clients!

Я и моя семья выражаем благодарность менеджеру Людмиле, и в её лице компании Ростинг в целом, за качественное живое отношение к клиентам, подбор тура под потребности прямо в точку. Подготовка различных вариантов, их обсуждение, организация тура (перелеты, приезд/отъезд) – все четко.
Отправили нас в первый раз в Шарм эль Шейх, отель Nubian Island, действительность превзошла ожидания. Начиная от самого расположения у красного моря и территории отеля, заканчивая персоналом (официанты, аниматоры, менеджеры отеля), обновленными номерами (которые были организованы для семьи из 5 человек рядом).
Еще раз спасибо за организацию нашего отдыха!

I am extremely outraged by the attitude of the tour operator Snezhana to her work.He speaks beautifully, promises a lot, but in fact it's just terrible.I really issued the documents, there are almost no questions here, there was no transfer that was supposed to meet us at all, I had to look for myself, maybe someone accidentally has our last names, and then it's even more fun.Arrival at five in the morning the room is booked check in at 14
Although I have discussed this point.My child and I had to stay in another hotel, so there are no places in the hotel where the reservation is, because no one has booked them.
Regarding the transfer back, it was also not without incident, they sent a message in which we had to wait near the hotel for the person who would pick us up, but in fact the person called and began to tell us that we would go to look for him since he could not drive up, only after I explained to him that he was not he's right, he still came to us, and then it was fun, we climbed over the fence to get to his car, that's the organization, just aerobatics, and I'm furious about the settlement.
People don't mess with Snezhana, find others who are more responsible.
Maybe the company itself is not bad, but the employee spoils the reputation

Посоветовали классный отель. Специалисты супер. Всем рекомендую отель Nubian Island. Классный сервис, питание разнообразное и вкусное для всех найдется своё блюдо, анимация высший класс, аквапарк небольшой, но кататься было интересно. Оператора менять не планируем путешествуем с ней уже 10 лет все супер.

Я летаю в отпуск с компанией Ростинг уже лет 15, что подкупает, очень быстро предлагают нужные варианты и, главное, без непредвиденных ситуаций по факту. Особенно нравится, как строит свою работу с клиентами Анна Осенняя (ТЦ Европа). В самом начале нашей истории путешествий просто доверила ее советам и компетентности.
