The buffet is like a buffet. There are no frills, but you can easily have a snack. Moreover, there is nowhere else in the district center. I would also like to teach the staff to at least put smiles on their faces. And then there is a feeling of "back to the USSR"

были в командировке, а это единственное место, где в Россонах можно поесть. По еде, довольно неплохо, вкусно, сытно, не дорого.
в обед, специальное меню, выбор не большой, но он есть .
4-ка, за счёт долгого ожидания своих яств

The working hours are very limited. Only a couple of hours at lunch. It didn't work out to get here more than once. I had to go to a nearby cafe.
