This is a building with apartments. SEA SIDE APARTMENT Booked, asked for a discount, as there is no pool, and the hotel was declared with a pool. The hostess offered to cancel the booking for booking and pay her 23,500 rubles directly to the card for 7 nights. Upon arrival, I found that the room was dirty, cobwebs and everything was covered in paint. sockets are unsafe. The room has a strong smell of dampness and mold.. perhaps the building was built with violations. There is no clothes rack, there is a washing machine, and there is no laundry powder. There is no corkscrew (they said that the previous guest stole it) There is dishwashing detergent, there are no sponges for crumpling. the hostess offered me to buy powder, sponge, corkscrew myself. And offered to make coffee in a saucepan ) . The whole night I was tormented by the smell of dampness and construction. In the morning I found another hotel and asked the hostess to return some of the money. I lived for 1 day instead of 7 - it's so bad there. They refused to refund the money, because the owners allegedly booked the room themselves at the booking. A day later, I saw that they were again trying to sell my paid dates on the booking. A shabby building. There is no security. To check in, you need to pick up the keys from the room, and the room is on the third floor - you can't go up without an elevator. And the elevator doesn't work without a key. There is no security downstairs - there is no one to leave the luggage. View of the parking lot where trucks park at night. There's a lot of garbage downstairs. Avoid this place!

A terrible hotel I advise no one!!! I regretted a million times that I came here at night, I had to drive further along the road and check into a normal hotel. There is no service of any kind. Mud. The shower stall is dirty, there is not even a shelf for soap and shampoo. The room is battered, broken. The linen is not changed, the room is not cleaned. There is not even a TV. And they took the money as for a good hotel!!!! TO AVOID THIS HELLHOLE!!!!

Thank God it doesn't smell anymore. The spirit of this rampant theft, rudeness, and indifference to other people's problems is gradually eroding. The entire management of Mgzavrebi is a complete mess. This season, the 4th corps worked well without them with the new administration. I hope next year will be even better.
