I stayed at this hotel on a business trip - we came to participate in the exhibition. I really liked the communication with the booking department and reception - I agreed on the details of the reservation in the WhatsApp, everything was very prompt, we easily went to the meeting and offered the best conditions (including the return of an accidental overpayment). During our stay at the hotel, I could write a request to the receptionists via whatsapp and quickly solve any problem of colleagues, very convenient.
The rooms in the hotel are small as in the photo. Everything is fine in the rooms, except for the drains in the shower - in half of the rooms there was a problem with the fact that the water did not pass. Bathrobes , an ironing board, an adapter for an outlet are available on request at the reception (and everything is brought very quickly).
The hotel is ideal for business guests: the exhibition complex is a 10-minute walk away, the metro is also nearby.
The lobby of the hotel is modest and small, the restaurant next to the lobby is also modest, open until 21-00 in my opinion. If some of the fruits at breakfast are running out, they are no longer replenished, i.e. the later you come, the less you will eat. The breakfasts are monotonous. On the second floor there is a small swimming pool, always empty (we rested by the pool with our small staff, always without stress and unnecessary people, calmly, high). The gym on the penultimate floor is open even early in the morning, small but quite comfortable and with sufficient equipment for training. The price/quality for a business trip is very good, for its price and in this location it is the best hotel
The hotel is three stars. Overall, it's not bad, but there are a lot of strange uncomfortable moments. The shabby carpet on the floor, the pool is just a laugh, in the room the toilet is separated from the shower by a microscopic partition that the water flows past the drain and spreads over the floor. The windows are opening, that's good. The breakfasts are pretty mediocre, but they seem to be good. The staff is friendly
