23.01 we visited the rose gose cafe , we liked everything very much, the food is very tasty, the waiter Eugene is very polite, he worked well!
But in the evening when we left, it was 2.05 pm, there was no one in the wardrobe, we waited until we were given jackets, as a result, no one came and we took them ourselves! When Anastasia's waiter asked why there was no one here , they rudely received an answer, my working day is over, these are your problems! I don't remember our dialogue verbatim, but I clearly feel the emotions of this situation! The administration should pay attention to this employee and explain to her that in this job you should think what to say, and not be rude to your visitor! Any decent institution works until the last visitor, and does not disown the fact that his working day is over!!
It is not the situation itself that is outraged, everything is clear, everyone wants to go home, namely the way your employee talked to us!
In general, everything was great, but I really would not like to get to her service again!

We asked for drinks right away, as we had already spent 30 minutes in a noisy and stuffy place where the tables were a millimeter apart, as a result, after another 20 minutes, the company and I decided to go somewhere else! Positive:
The cook did his best from the piece of meat he had to work with and it turned out to be a pretty good steak.
Minuses:
The hot stuff arrived earlier than the cold snacks. No one specified whether such a pitch would suit me, they just did it in fact.
Returning to the point above, cooking tartare for 50 minutes is not the case, especially considering the small number of people in the establishment.
The oyster mushroom tartare was filled with a huge amount of oil and was terribly unevenly salted. The huge amount of onions worsened the already not very good impression.
The tartar with caviar was a little better, but there are still a lot of onions. And 50 minutes, I remind you.
Steak XXL with grilled potatoes. Potatoes are just baked in a uniform, no grill and close. A piece of meat with a bunch of veins, it is impossible to cut, it turned out to eat half. What happened was not bad - this is the only positive impression of the place.
The bathroom is dirty, toilet paper hangs in the fixers, from which it has to be extracted directly.

We were served by a waitress with the most "sour" expression on her face, she did not remember the order, forgot about the sauce, cheated when paying with a card. When she was pointed out about her mistakes, she became even more unhappy. There was such an attitude that we annoyed her, and she did not cheat us.
We were before that again: the chocolate fondue did not flow.

And only from 16.30 the normal menu is in effect. If you arrive before 4.30 pm, do not expect a delicious steak or any salad.for this, I put a huge minus, since not everyone succeeds in coming to this institution in the evening. The staff is friendly, but the service is slow. Ordinary water was carried for about 15 minutes. The acoustics are also lame, it is very noisy, the feeling that you are in the market, which is very oppressive. Sitting at a table, you "participate" in the conversation of everyone around you. Overall, the place is not bad, but I probably wouldn't go here a second time.
