We stayed in Minsk on April 6, 2025. A family with three children. I really liked the apartment! Aesthetic design, comfort, cleanliness! The bed and mattress are very comfortable, we slept well, the children had a sofa-book, we slept freely and comfortably. There's nothing to complain about in terms of cleanliness. There is everything you need: a washing machine, a hairdryer, a kettle, the kitchen is equipped with all necessary utensils, the refrigerator is clean and odorless, there is no hair lying around. Usually a lot of them stay in apartments after cleaning, which, for example, disgusts me. There were no problems with the water. In the bathroom, it was nice to find personal hygiene kits, disposable toothbrushes, toothpaste, soap, shower gels and shampoo. There were also new sealed slippers for the whole family. The towels are clean, spotless, soft, and there are clean bathrobes for all members. Most of all, I was struck by the presence of laundered bed linen in a dry cleaner's, packaged in a production package with a stamp. Usually in apartments it is simply washed in the washing machine. Thank you for such an approach to your tenants! The convenient location of the apartment is next to the shopping center, there is its own Parking and there was a place for us there, there is no smell of cigarettes in the apartment, it is warm, and it has a great view. We managed to book it in 3 days. I hope you will continue to maintain the appropriate level, and we are now your customers.

We stayed at the apartment from May 8 to May 11, 2025. A family with 2 children. The apartment is spacious, clean, modern, has everything you need (kitchen and bathroom are equipped with everything you need). The apartment is clean, bright and spacious. The booking service staff is always in touch, they respond quickly via WhatsApp. They are always polite and friendly. We started keeping in touch a few weeks before the trip. We were very satisfied! The location of the apartment is close to the center. I really liked Minsk and Minsk residents.

We stayed in Minsk for 4 days with two children. We really liked the apartment, everything was clean and tidy. There are plenty of dishes, the apartment is well equipped, there is even underfloor heating.
I also want to mention a very convenient way to book, check in and check out. The apartment itself is located near the center, most of the attractions are within walking distance. There is always an empty parking space. Thank you very much! We were definitely lucky with the housing this time!

This is the second time we've booked an apartment here. This time we chose Mstislavets 17. Everything is fine, just like the first time. Clean, modern apartment. It is equipped with all necessary equipment. The location is also great. Contactless check-in and check-out. Any issues that arise are resolved quickly. Metro station is 3 minutes away. Nearby shopping malls. If we get together, we'll turn to them again. 👍🏻

The apartment at 115A Odoevsky Street is clean, cozy, quiet place. There is everything you need: washing machine, iron,stove, refrigerator, vacuum cleaner,bathrobes,slippers,towels, shower gel, shampoo, individually packaged toothpastes,brushes,comb,thread. There are enough beds .We slept well . Comfortable orthopedic mattresses, bed linen, as in a hotel, thin, light, but warm blankets. Everything is snow-white.Purity and beauty. You've conquered us. We rented an apartment on the ave. Independence with . Academy of Sciences. And once again we are delighted: perfect cleanliness, enough dishes for the family, coffee/tea, fragrant hygiene products, fluffy towels and bathrobes - it's a pleasure to contact you, we always plan trips so that we spend the night. Thank you for helping me choose this particular apartment - there is a subway right next to the house, and a water park, and a shop, and bars. Thank you for the wonderful service!

This company was recommended to us by friends who regularly stay in Minsk. Communication with clients is at a great level. The receptionist offered us address options for two days, constantly contacted us and answered all our questions during these days. The service in the apartment is world-class : perfect cleanliness, individual packaged slippers, bathrobes, spotlessly clean bed linen in the package, dishes, hairdryer, iron, tea, coffee, sugar,shower sets (shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, body cream), individual toothbrushes and toothpaste, individual shaving machine and comb. Contactless check-in and check-out is very convenient. The accounting documents for the organization were delivered at a convenient time for us. I really liked the apartment on Ratomskaya Street - it was clean and comfortable. The check-in and support were also as pleasant and friendly as possible. There was an unpleasant situation after departure - they wrote to us and asked us to pay for the kettle, which turned out to be broken. We went far away, there was no way to check it. I had to pay, but it left a very unpleasant feeling, as we were as careful as possible with all the property, and the kettle, in our opinion, was safe and sound. Therefore, be careful when evicting.

The apartment corresponded to the description, which is important, it was very clean, there were all hygiene items for both washing and showering, as well as bathrobes and slippers. Terrible service, I called to book an apartment three days in advance, a nice girl replied that they book only one day before the date, I asked, and if there are no apartments available, the operator replied that we have 300 apartments and apartments will definitely be free!!! On the appointed day, I dialed and heard that there were no free apartments!!! If you want to stay outside, please contact roomer.by !!
