We liked the hotel itself.
The hall is beautiful, the room has a comfortable bed, clean. There is everything you need. The staff was unpleasantly surprised.
Upon check-in, we witnessed an unpleasant scene with another guest.
The cost was calculated strangely for him, as a result, he stopped for 1 day, and not for 3, as planned.
Our refrigerator turned out to be broken, we called, asked to fix it, but no one came, then we personally asked the managers, but to no avail.
