Today we went to this store with a friend, my friend's birthday is today.
We brought the cakes, my friend asked if there were candles in advance, and the seller replied yes (there is an omen here).
When we arrived at the restaurant, the manager took the initiative to put the cake in the fridge for us. After we finished the meal, we asked to remove the cake, and we were told that the restaurant could not eat our cake because my Russian was not very good. There is an ambiguity, the female manager seems to be saying that the Chinese are very troublesome~
I have the following questions in comparison
1. Is there any relevant laws in Belarusian legislation prohibiting restaurants from eating cakes?
2. Why don't we take a cake from the store and tell us that we can't eat it, we can choose to eat in the store or not.
The female manager explained this:
1. There is no law against bringing their cakes, but they are worried about the quality of the food and are afraid of bad food, we will blame them for this.
Me: I explained that they can take samples to determine responsibility.
(1) The manager's attitude is arrogant: say that they do not want to keep my cakes, the rules in their store do not allow you to bring your cakes, and all Belarusian restaurants do not allow you to bring your cakes, you can only eat their cakes~
(2) I: Immediately Googled and did not find such a case. Ask her to provide the relevant rules of the paper store, there are the above rules, she said no
(3) In comparison, the question arises: Are the rules of the store higher than the laws of the Republic of Belarus?
(4) I understand and respect local customs, so I politely asked the second question
2. We came with the cake, why didn't we warn us in advance that it can't be eaten, according to the principle of fair trade, we can choose to eat or not
(1) The restaurant manager pointed out the contradiction to us and said that we should tell them that we want to eat the cake.
(2) We asked in advance if there were candles, and she took our cake to the refrigerator, should we bring the cake to the exhibition?
(3) This should not be something that customers should think about, restaurants should have reasonable measures for this, notify customers in advance of their requirements, or the store should have clear rules for eating, obviously they are not
The restaurant manager did not apologize to us for this, but when we finally left, the waiter gave us a gift as an apology, and the restaurant manager never showed up and did not apologize, which made everyone feel unprofessional.

My husband and I love this place, we go on weekends. A very beautiful serving of dishes, and especially rolls, it feels like the fish is fresh and everything is very tasty.
