a great place for lovers of Japanese cuisine. Everything is always fresh and really delicious. I especially like their pokes and rolls, which have balanced flavors and interesting combinations. We celebrated our birthday, we liked everything very much, the administrator, the waiters are huge hard workers and in general just wonderful people (Ekaterina worked with us and I just fell in love, you don't often meet such a sweet, sincere girl ... who remembers all orders by heart ...), the dishes are undeniably delicious, as a very fastidious person, I liked the cooking and combinations of ingredients. We ordered bonito rolls, rolls with eel and shrimp tempuro, salad with duck and vegetables, beef soup and bao rolls with beef brisket. Everything was fine except the beef in the buns, it was a little rubbery and hard.
The table was booked in advance, everything is fine, cooking was warned that waiting could take a decent amount of time (namely the rolls, the rest of the dishes were taken out very quickly).
Well, as a birthday boy, I was handed a matcha souffle with a candle, very sweet and unexpected.
And yet, we forgot our sunglasses there and they scored and informed us about the loss (that is, they remembered that we were sitting there and found armor, and this is a huge indicator of attentiveness) In general, only 100 points for a clean bathroom, God, why can't everyone keep this room as clean

There are issues with the service.
On Yandex, the selection is minimal, because they sell their website and delivery, they don't mind, but:
The site is terrible, there is no search (how is this even possible?). I.e. if you put something in the basket, you can only view the dish again by searching the entire page. Fortunately, the filters are normal.
The delivery of the baked rolls with a cap failed - they were the ones that turned over.
The sauce is attached - not signed, for 7 minutes on tlf we found out what it was for.
The service, including by phone, is friendly.

It's a good place. A good menu (Japanese cuisine). Pleasant interior and atmosphere inside. Excellent service. Prices are relatively low (in Minsk establishments). There are daily lunch sets (3 times cheaper than the main menu), but the main menu dishes are definitely tastier.

A friend invited me to this restaurant for her birthday. It was my first time there, so everything was unusual for me. It's good that I got a sociable waiter with humor, who explained what is what, and how, and most importantly, what devices to use) The interior of the restaurant is ascetic, as well as the type of cocktails - no frills and decorations. I liked the taste of the dishes. We took soups and sushi. Naturally, the soup was a bit thick. Sushi is delicious. If they invite you to this restaurant again, I'll go) I recommend you to visit. Unfortunately, at the very least, the impression was not unambiguous. As a rule, we always take the branded set "Ronin", because it is large and diverse. One of my favorite restaurants. They try to keep the quality at the same level. Moreover, both in the delivery and in the restaurant itself. The staff, the dishes, the quality of the food, and so on always match the price they ask for it all. If they mess up, which is normal in life, they calmly correct the jambs and it feels like they are drawing conclusions for themselves and trying to improve the service.

I was here with my boyfriend on my birthday. He booked, the reviews are excellent-they were led. We came, we were placed, everything is fine, 1. literally in less than a minute, the waiter came up and asked if we were ready to make an order, excuse me? After half a minute, how did you pick up the menu?2. the soup was as spicy as possible and the syringe with chili was already in my plate without my knowledge! I'll decide for myself what dose of spice to add, okay!? It was impossible to eat-they asked me to do something with it, maybe dilute it. The same waitress made fools of us, saying that the poke we ate earlier, in her opinion, is sharper than this soup, well, isn't it absurd!? The food, apart from this soup, was cool and delicious. 3. At the end, she brought this dessert, mumbled something that I did not hear, "congratulations ... ... blow out the candle." Ronin, do you have the finances to buy normal, beautiful candles instead of these, which are for 20 kopecks?

This is not the first time I have come to Ronin and I always encounter problems with boarding and maintenance. The tables at the "bar counters" and small round tables are not suitable for "meals" and relaxation, the place is small, the body is tense, very uncomfortable. They greeted me at the entrance and that was it, there was no conversation, neither about tables, nor about the number of people, nor about whether I had company (I came alone, but to a meeting). I waited a long time for the order to be accepted, asked the waitress for the position of "Tataki beef with pickledjinger sauce", whether it was hot, etc., she replied that it was not and decided to order. As a result, they brought another item, or rather "Tataki Beef with truffle ponzu", which upset me. I asked the waitress, explaining as calmly as possible what the problem was, but it was as if they started arguing with me, trying to prove something. It's very disrespectful and tactless, I'm not asking you to admit guilt, I'm asking you to solve the problem without arguing, as if the girl is being scolded, there are no words. I had to take the situation into my own hands and explicitly state the end of the dispute and ask to solve the problem (replacement, etc.). Unfortunately, my recent visit to the RONIN restaurant turned out to be one of the most unpleasant in the more than five years that I have been visiting this institution.
My mother had booked a table for 17:00 in advance, and she was warned that our time in the restaurant was limited to 19:00, which was completely fine with us. Upon arrival, we made an order, and we were warned that the sushi preparation time would be 50 minutes — an hour. It seemed like a long time, but we agreed and waited patiently. The food was delicious and the evening was going well.
However, the situation changed dramatically towards the end of our visit. At five minutes to seven, an employee of the restaurant came up to us with a request to pay off, as our time allegedly came to an end. We paid the bill, but just a couple of minutes later, at 19:02, the same employee, without any explanation, took flowers out of a vase on our table and put them next to each other, which looked like a clear hint that it was time for us to leave.
Such treatment of customers caused extreme surprise and disappointment. I understand the need to follow the booking schedule, but this approach was extremely incorrect and created an unpleasant impression of the visit. I was a regular customer of this institution, but after this incident, visiting the RONIN restaurant is a big question for me and my entourage..

Oh my God, there are the best rolls in the city, maybe even outside it, because we came from Moscow and a friend suggested we go here.
The portions are large, the rolls themselves are very coolly made, they do not save on products.
We did not book a table, we came and there was a full boarding, but we waited until the table was free and did not regret it!!!
I recommend this place, precisely for their rolls!

I've been wanting to go to Ronin for a long time, reading rave reviews and hearing that many people like the food there. What can I say ... purely from the aesthetic side , it 's beautiful ! But.. when it came to taste, I was disappointed. I specially ordered half of different rolls and, probably, in the end, rolls with pear, cashew and singed salmon more or less came to taste. Not even Philadelphia came in. Smoked salmon in rolls was generally some kind of oak. I did not like the omelet pancake in rolls, as well as the sushi with tamago, where I had the opportunity to taste it properly. I was surprised that the restaurant also has a paid side dish (ginger, soy and wasabi). Okay, more to take away, but in the restaurant itself... it's good that a glass of water was not included in the bill. I asked her to pack the uneaten rolls with me, but she never touched them - there was no desire. For myself, personally, I closed the issue with Ronin. The second time with such emotions is no longer an accident, but a pattern. I am only glad that I did not choose this place in the DR itself, but decided to go the day before . No offense to the feedback, but each of us has the right to form our own opinion.

We ordered salads, I really liked the salad with eel - unexpected combinations in taste and texture, finally a really original dish. We also ordered a set of gunkans - it was also interesting, but most of them looked like ordinary herring - they did not appreciate it. Cocktails are not bad, but there is no bartender, the waiters do it themselves, so the choice is not big and the simplest.
Overall, the impression was very good, we will definitely come back to try sushi.

There is a huge selection on the menu, but I would like to order more cocktails. The service is pleasant, the service is even better. For myself, I have identified 2 disadvantages. The first is the smell of the kitchen is incredibly strong, which is unacceptable to me personally. Well, guys, this is a complete failure. We ordered sushi, rolls and a box with eel and foie gras at home. In short, everything is expensive and rich. But the price does not match the quality at all. Rolls are at the level of a well-known budget network, which are 2 times cheaper. There were few fish, I almost choked on rice paper, the rice was stuck together everywhere, undercooked in some places, and the rice in the box was generally tasteless besides.
