They promise to find out something from someone, contact me, arrange for me at 00:00, what and why have not yet been explained to me.

on September 15, at 11 a.m., a bouquet of roses, chrysanthemums, gerberas and gypsophiles was delivered. A lot of wrapping paper, ribbons. Since I was waiting for guests, I quickly unwrapped it and put it in water, which I defend in advance for flowers. The next day, when changing the water, I saw that the gypsophila was crumbling all over, and the stems of the gerber were wrapped with tape and they were already soft and yellow. These are gerberas, which, with proper care, cost 1-2 weeks... I contacted the seller's representative and sent the photos. At first they replied that I did not know how to take care of flowers, then, when I said that I would demand the cancellation of payment via PayPal (it was a gift from a friend from abroad), they began to apologize and offer me a discount on subsequent bouquets.
In such services, it is necessary to replace the bouquet when a customer complains, which I suggested, not wanting to develop the conflict further. This is what responsible sellers like Flora Express do, for example, which values its brand and quality. But not Romeo Flowers Almaty...
