I really liked the Romance. The food was wonderful, the kitchen was varied, 5 meals a day, there were not enough procedures, but enough, the room is wonderful, everything is new. We had a wonderful rest

the water is rusty, stones are pouring out of the cold water, small...
the beds are terrible, as is the water in principle.
Floors creak and socks/sneakers/tights get stained
Dirty towels are terribly dirty, they have to be washed!
The shelves are not even, everything is falling apart. .
The staff is rude, there is another cleaner who can kick you out for laughing!
The balcony is for fun, you can't go there at all, only for athletes and then after jogging.
The walls scratch your hands (when you make the bed) and plus, the walls are DIRTY!!!
The dryer in the bathroom does not dry... After 5 days, the thing doesn't even get dry.,
Rusty water spoils things, and you have to buy new ones...
The territory is not very...
The barmaid is angry, she asks you to buy something else...
There is no lock in the bathtub, it is impossible to wash

We heal children in sanatoriums every year, but it was the first time we came to the Romantic Shopping center with the guys. They were warmly welcomed and settled perfectly. Nice bright rooms. It is very warm and cozy. The food is very good for both children and teachers. Sports and cultural activities are organized at the proper level. Medical care too. The management and staff are very good, sensitive and understanding, solve all issues very quickly. Special respect to discos - they are every evening. In general, my guys were delighted!

There were a lot of educational and entertaining events: sports contests, contests, attractions, incendiary evening discos. All this will remain in children's memory for a long time. My son was on vacation at this camp. Impressions are 50/50. Children were not taken to the river, despite the fact that it was hot.There were excursions to the Lyceum of the Ministry of Emergency Situations and the Zhlobinsky Porcelain Factory. Where the children were presented with mugs and shown the production process. There was also an excursion to the Branch to the local history Museum. It's a great place. We came with a class. They settled in a new building. The food is excellent: breakfast-lunch-dinner, plus a second breakfast, afternoon tea, second dinner. The menu is varied, everything is delicious and satisfying. They gave apples, pears, oranges.
The cultural program is just great. Every day there are movies, quizzes, contests for children. They rehearse with children, children sing and dance.
Animators were invited every Saturday. We had: bubble shows, Alchemists, Bumblebee transformers
An educator is attached to each unit. She works with the children, and the accompanying people can go to the procedures and relax at this moment.
Speaking of procedures. They prescribed the maximum for children: light and magnetic therapy, massages, cocktails, salt room, exercise therapy, dentist.
Accompanying guests could undergo paid treatments: massage chair (I recommend), carbon dioxide bath, dentistry, massage.
Attentive staff. The administration is always ready to help in solving any issues
In general, we are 100% satisfied!

Not a sanatorium, but a horror. The territory is small, the rooms are cramped. The balcony is a separate kind of art. It's full of holes. You just walk into it and it immediately smells damp. The feeling that one wrong move and everything will fly down. The furniture in the rooms is flimsy, the walls are dirty, I don't say anything about the beds at all, it's scary to sleep on them. It's scary to even move on bunk beds. One move and everything starts to wobble. The bathroom is covered in mold. Even the mirror and curtains. The water is rusty, and there is irritation on the skin after washing. The walls in the rooms are dirty, as if someone walked on them with their feet. The paint from the floor strongly stains sneakers and socks, then it's all very difficult to wash. The feeling that the rooms are not cleaned at all, anyway, after "cleaning" everything is dirty. Apparently, the fly crushed on the wall has remained since the last race and they are not even going to clean it up. The entertainment here is only for kids and the staff treats them too rudely and indifferently. The food in the sanatorium is terrible, even the dogs are fed better. The so-called "doctors" are also rude to everyone, it feels like they are being forcibly brought here. The "doctors" can't even do a normal dressing. The rules of the sanatorium say that smoking is prohibited on the territory, but the other day, when we were walking around the territory, we noticed a cleaner who was smoking with some other people who were completely different from the staff. How then to follow the rules when adults themselves do not follow them? What kind of example do you set for children? The only thing that pleases is the seals. The most normal thing here is.

And then the most interesting thing is that the child went from school to this "DART" almost immediately after arrival, complained that he was severely bitten by "mosquitoes", he was naturally given an antihistamine and sent to his own home!!! The bites did not go away, but on the contrary, already the lower back, legs and arms ......to which the "DOCTORS" did not react in any way until I intervened!!!! The most interesting thing is that before the new arrivals, BEDBUGS were poisoned in the sanatorium, one floor above (but as it turned out, this is a SECRET). Dear "Administration", I have a question for you: Would you send your child to your sanatorium too? Knowing that you have BEDBUGS? I doubt it! Disgusting!
