I discovered "Romance" and the wonderful master Natalia more than a year ago. It's a very atmospheric place, and the Girl with the Pearl Earring is worth it... Such a welcoming, peaceful environment. But the most important thing is the attention to the client and the fact that I am 200% calm about my smooth cut, since the haircut process itself is honed and very precise, and in the future there are no questions about how the hair grows and feels until the next visit to the master! And special thanks for the fact that I called to record on the eve of the event, somehow I decided late, and despite the fact that recording was impossible at first, they called me back and even offered me several time options! This is even more encouraging! Natalia is not only an excellent craftsman, but also a very pleasant person! Thank you, Romance!)
I have been to this salon for a tinting procedure twice with a difference of 5 months. The first time, tinting cost 195p, the second 260p. The price tag for this procedure has not changed during this time, and when I asked why there was such a difference in price, the administrator explained that the master had used up more material. And here you don't need to be some kind of genius to understand that hair grows by 5 cm in 5 months, and the density doesn't change much (I have thin porous hair, the length below the collarbones is 5 cm). And in order to tone these 5cm of regrown hair, the master used up 65 rubles worth of material, it's funny)) And then the question is, either the masters spend the material in an incomprehensible way, or the administrator considers it bad. Make a conclusion for yourself whether it is worth going there for toning in order to receive such "surprises" at the end of the procedure.
My mother was booked in advance for a complex coloring with an exit from black at 16.00. Upon arrival at the salon, the administrator refused the procedure, referring to the fact that she was on vacation, but someone else was recording, and the master (who was delayed for an hour with another client) this job will take a long time. Confused by such a refusal, my mother decided only to tint the roots from gray hair and get a haircut with care (90p in the price list of the salon) and paid 420 rubles at the exit. Question 1: how can you refuse a client a procedure when a person has already asked off from work and has come to you. Question 2: according to what principle was the calculation of the service rendered for 420 rubles, no salon charges 330 rubles for a one-color tinting of the roots. Question 3: Why was no compensation made due to an administrator error?(discount, registration on a day convenient for the client). There are no questions for the master who performed the service, he does his work efficiently. And the lack of professionalism of the administrator can give you an unpleasant surprise before the holidays.
