Everything is original and tasteful. Friendly staff, excellent location in the center of Paphos. The beach is a 5-minute walk away, near a huge shopping center, a bunch of cafes. We came 2 times in late September-early October. We would have come again, but there are no tours here now (((
An entourage hotel in the style of ancient art. Gorgeous view of the lighthouse. The food is very tasty. It is necessary to walk a little to the sea, it is useful to walk. There is a large Mall nearby, there is a place to shop.
I thank all the staff of this hotel for their hospitality, kindness, and attentiveness to visitors! A very good hotel and very conveniently located, to the waterfront, large shops, to historical monuments in just a few minutes. All the staff and the service staff speak Russian, which is very convenient for tourists from Russia. Clean, beautiful, cozy! The food is good, basically for every taste, in my opinion. Thank you all for your hospitality! I stayed at this hotel in October 2021. I plan to arrive in July 2022. I recommend this hotel to everyone. Sincerely, Natalia Penshina
Super! The owners sold it, now I don't know how it is. But it used to be great, especially the food! The breakfasts were generally on top! I have never seen such delicious breakfasts anywhere in Cyprus hotels!
This is a great hotel! I really liked it. He lived in room 309. Good staff, helpful. It's nice to even just chat with the girls at the reception. Here is one of the girls, for example, with whom I communicated well and told in detail where to go, what to see, what is cheaper, which restaurant is better to go to if you want to taste a particular dish, etc. As for cleaning the rooms and the hotel itself, it is always clean. The room is also cleaned every day, bed linen is changed, garbage is taken away. And all this for a very reasonable price. And if you consider the architecture of the hotel! The hotel itself is built in the style of a medieval castle, the corridors of the hotel are painted by artists. The images show some warriors of the ancient Roman Empire, gladiators, and all that sort of thing. There is also a swimming pool on site. Even two. One is small, apparently for the youngest tourists, and the second is larger, which is designed for an adult audience, but still a little small. There are sun loungers and tables near the pool where you can have breakfast or dinner. The restaurant is next to the pool. There is a buffet for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The choice is quite decent. My package included only breakfast. I decided to come in for dinner once. The cost of the dinner was €12. I rested there from 09.44.21 to 09.11.21. That is, all of the above applies to this period of time. As a tourist, I can't say anything bad about this hotel, because I didn't find any disadvantages there. The only disadvantage is that sooner or later you have to leave the hotel. That's where it gets sad, of course. Well, nothing. In this hotel, if you are an adequate and normal person, of course, you are always welcome. Oh, by the way! I almost forgot. One of the episodes of the TV show "Heads and Tails" was filmed in this hotel! And if anyone is interested in how all this happened, then, again, the girl at the reception will be happy to tell you. In general, if anyone wants to relax in this hotel, I recommend it. ))) Therefore, even some expats who live in Paphos just want to rent a room for a couple of days and just live there. It's worth it.
The hotel even exceeded our expectations - a very good three-piece with a very unusual design. Rooms with a balcony overlooking the city or patio, comfortable bed, TV, air conditioning system works well. The hotel is located next to a large shopping center, not far from the bus stop, from where you can go towards coral Bay beach or the water park. It's not far to go to the embankment to take a walk. The breakfast is good, there is everything I'm used to + fruits, delicious yogurt, dates and olives. The staff speaks Russian, which will be convenient for those who do not speak English.
A very cool, colorful hotel! Cozy, beautiful, quiet, comfortable! Only positive and pleasant impressions of the hotel, staff, neighbors (many Europeans), breakfasts and service. Roman has really sunk into my soul :)
The sea is 10-15 minutes away. Near the lower bus station, to the upper one - 20-30 minutes on foot. There is a Zorpa coffee shop on the way to the sea - I recommend it as a place where they make very delicious coffee!
The price/quality ratio is excellent. Breakfasts and dinners are not as plentiful as in Turkish hotels, but all the food is delicious. The interior is authentic with images of ancient gods and goddesses. The rooms are small, but there is enough space, a small restroom - toilet and bathroom together. The room has a TV, air conditioning, refrigerator, hairdryer, balcony. There is a swimming pool, massage room, spa and gym on site.
We rested from 05 to 12 August 2021. The staff is very friendly, Russian-speaking. The hotel is located next to a large shopping center and a large grocery store. The interior of the hotel is very much for an amateur: there are too many deliberately garish "ancient Greece". Upon check-in, they did not give full information about the hotel's services. So the fact that it turns out there are two, not one, pools, we learned only from the reviews. In the room, Wi-Fi worked only at the very door! No matter how much we asked or asked the staff, they just threw up their hands and did nothing! I think this is unacceptable. The rooms are poorly cleaned, the floor is always dirty. I was surprised by the very poor and old bathroom filling: the plumbing is ancient, only soap and shampoo are provided. The breakfasts are monotonous, but you can eat. The beach near the hotel is terrible: the stones are such that you can't enter the sea. But we found a great option: we went to the paid beach of the Annabel hotel. There, for 15 euros, you could take a sunbed, towel, umbrella, and use the hotel grounds all day (swimming pools, toilet, shower). For all 15 euros, get food and drinks from the menu. The sea in this place is magnificent with excellent entry into it. Conclusion: the Roman Boutique hotel is very much for an amateur.
I would like to pay special attention to taxis near the airport. I strongly advise against it! This is the real mafia! They're trying to charge a lot of money for the trip, and when we called a taxi through the app, we just weren't allowed to ride it! The taxi was kicked out of the parking lot, the taxi driver was intimidated and he refused to fulfill the order. Contacting the police did not give anything (apparently the same mafia), I had to take the bus. Therefore, I advise you to call a taxi from the hotel.
They complement their first review, which they sent, noting only one star. I want to clarify that I just didn't have time to mark the rest of the stars and accidentally sent them. So this hotel, of course, is not with one star, but with 5.
A wonderful hotel! The service is at the highest level. All the staff is Russian-speaking, which is sooo convenient, and in general, they know Russian well in Cyprus. I did not find any disadvantages, although it was probably possible to find them, but I did not look for them, but enjoyed the atmosphere. The cuisine is delicious and varied. On my birthday, I received a compliment from the hotel, it was very pleasant.
There are many historical and archaeological sites near the hotel. Everything is within walking distance.
We went to the beach by bus. Stops right next to the hotel. 20 minutes with air conditioning, and you are on the sandy and gentle Coral Bay beach!
The hotel is not new, but it is very original both in appearance and interior decoration. One of the advantages is the location in the center (Kato Paphos district), the proximity of historical attractions and retail outlets. The refrigerator is free of charge, all rooms have balconies, delicious breakfasts and dinners, very friendly and courteous staff. Renovation would not hurt, but we have been 4 times, and everything was fine with us.
The hotel is conveniently located: historical and cultural attractions are within walking distance, 100 meters from the shopping center, the room is clean, WiFi is free, all administrators at the reception are Russian-speaking and in general the staff liked it. The beach is stone, I swam once, and then I looked for a better one, the breakfasts are monotonous.
Nice hotel. Clear. Special thanks to the reception staff - they are helpful, friendly, and always respond to requests. The room is cleaned daily. Linen change is in 3 days. Shower gel, soap, hair dryer , TV, air conditioning.
There is a sufficient selection of dishes for breakfast and dinner.
I can't appreciate the pool, I went to the beach. The location is good - 20-30 minutes and in the Archelogical Park or you can visit the Royal tombs.
We are from St. Petersburg. We had a rest with our daughter from August 8 to August 15, 2021. A great hotel!!!Friendly, Russian-speaking staff, simply unrealistic interior design, insanely delicious food! Good location: near the Archaeological Park with a lighthouse that shines at night, 20 minutes to the sea, bus stops, a large shopping center .I recommend it to everyone!
This is not a hotel, but rather a castle!) I had a very pleasant experience, as if I had been a guest in Ancient Greece. It is very interesting inside, you can take a walk, explore, and there are many small pleasant details in the interior.
The staff is polite and friendly, always came to the rescue (prompt, print, call the airport). We recommended a restaurant nearby - Three piglets, everything is delicious on the menu, I dined there several times.
The convenient location of the hotel, everything is close to the shopping center and public transport stops and attractions. The hotel is on a solid European three-piece. Cleaning every day, delicious and varied meals, friendly staff. For those who do not speak English, it is convenient that the staff speaks Russian.
Very nice hotel! Bright, with a special Greek flavor. After him, other hotels seem boring. Attentive and helpful staff, almost all speak Russian, everyone is ready to help. The rooms are clean and tidy (first building). They cleaned it every day. The pool is very beautiful, lots of flowers, greenery, clean. The food is very good, I have never been hungry. They write that it is monotonous - but they did not try to diversify the menu on their own. As they say, there would be a wish.
The entire infrastructure is close to the hotel: a mall,a cafe, bus stops to the harbor or coralia, the picturesque and sparsely populated Pharos beach is a 5-7-minute walk away.
I would be happy to recommend it!
A very unusual hotel located in the very center of Paphos. The walls are painted in ancient Greek and Egyptian style, and even artificial fur on the walls is found in the decoration. The rooms are also not inferior in pretentiousness :-) plumbing and furniture are not the freshest, but generally fine. It's a long way to a normal beach, but there are hills with rock formations nearby. By the way, you can get into the territory of the historical complex through a hole in the fence near the hotel. To do this, look in maps.me a secret exit point, sort of. After five in the evening, there is no one there at all. Returning to the hotel, I liked everything in general, I recommend it.
Good afternoon, dear tourists!
Recently returned with my family from the beautiful island of Cyprus. It's not the first time we've been there, we visit it almost every year. I mean, there is something to compare it with.
So, Roman Boutique Hotel. Briefly and according to the facts:
1. The interior and exterior of the hotel are very original and meticulous. I work in the field of design (department of architecture of the city of K*) and I'll be honest: it's a really interesting solution.
2. The rooms and the hotel are generally well cleaned. Of course, I didn't go with a white glove, but it felt clean.
3. Nutrition. We had breakfasts and dinners (somehow I didn't feel like eating at lunch in the heat). The breakfasts, indeed, did not differ much from each other, but I do not think this is something bad. In the morning, you could eat porridge, yogurt, cereals, English breakfast (scrambled eggs, beans in tomato sauce and sausages). There were also cupcakes and pancakes. Imho, quite.
But the dinners were very different and really delicious. If caesar salad, then it's straight Caesar salad, not cabbage with grated chicken.
I will note that during dinner, the chef was personally present in the hall and took notes: what people like, what they don't like, what people take, and what they pass by.
4. Staff. I couldn't practice my English, of course, but ahahah, it's nothing. In general, people are polite, unobtrusive.
5. Swimming pool. The hotel is small, so the pool is commensurate. But, oh, how beautiful it is: it is literally drowned in flowers. Due to the large number of plants around, the pool is very cool until evening. It's nice to swim.
6. The sea. I keep in mind: the beaches of mu-ni-qi-pal-ny-e in Cyprus. I've seen smart guys here who gave the HOTEL a low score because of the beach. I hope people divide by 2 (or better, by 10) the information they draw here.
It takes less than 5 minutes to walk to the beach at a leisurely pace. The way to the seashore was not something tedious, but, on the contrary: there is a lot of greenery around. It is better to go into the sea from the pier, because there really are stones (stones, not broken glass or poisonous snakes, well, that's right, for the most gentle, I remind you the difference).
That's all. I hope the review was helpful.
Oh, yes, the hotel is also very well located: near King's avenue mall, the archaeological Museum.
Have a good rest!!!
I liked everything: walking distance in any direction! convenience, spaciousness and room facilities, comfortable beds, silence, staff, meals, patio and pool area. For 3*, this is excellent! I recommend it)
It is very well located. For three stars, even very nothing, except for the small ants that were in the room, but they are very small and mostly did not bother. There is a small refrigerator, a hair dryer, a TV with two channels in Russian, an air conditioner without a remote control, but the temperature was quite normal, there is a balcony in all rooms. A very interesting numbering of rooms, rooms with 300 were on the lowest floor. Two buildings, previously wrote that the second building has a rooftop pool, but when we were there it did not work, they said that it was under repair, there is also a small pool in the 1st building. The beach is very close, 10 minutes on foot with a relaxed pace, but the beaches here in Paphos are all with a very bad entrance - stones. All beaches are free, there is no need to pay for admission, and even if it seems that the beach belongs to some hotel, then this is not the case, you can swim on all beaches. The hotel is also next to the archaeological museum, also near the tomb, next to a large shopping center, entrance is allowed only to vaccinated or with a negative covid test, as well as an ID card. You can eat quite well in the shopping center, there is also a large grocery store where you can buy 6 bottles of 1.5 liters of water for 1.5 euros, the same water in the neighboring small shops costs 3 euros. I was very pleased that dinner was waiting in the room upon arrival, as we arrived late. The food is delicious, but monotonous, we are not picky, so we really liked everything. Wonderful parrots live on the reception desk, sometimes they even speak words and meow like cats. When choosing a hotel, I looked at Veronica of the same category, but she is so far from the sea, as it turned out, I did not regret at all that I chose this particular hotel. The only thing I didn't like was arriving at Lornaki airport, which is 140 kilometers, it's better to take a tour with arrival in Paphos, 30 kilometers to the hotel.
Very atmospheric! An incredibly authentic place. The furniture is ancient, but everything is clean and tidy. The breakfasts are hearty and delicious.
One disadvantage is that there is no drinking water in the hotel.
A great hotel, with a peculiar architecture. A gorgeous swimming pool surrounded by trees. The food is good. Convenient urban location. All the staff speaks Russian.

The hotel is very cozy, quiet, the air conditioning worked perfectly in the room, it was clean, the water pressure in the faucet was normal. The only remark was that the sliding balcony door did not close well.
There is a small shop nearby, but the prices, for example, for water in it are 2 times higher than in a supermarket, which takes about 5 minutes to get to.
The sea is 7 minutes away from the hotel in an open area - if the sun is active, it matters.
The food at breakfast and dinner is very tasty, drinks at dinner are traditionally not included in the price.
Nice hotel. This is the third time we have stayed here in different years. There is a car rental service. It is very convenient to take the bus to Coral Bay. The bus stop is nearby. In general, Cyprus is our favorite island
Hello, many, but not all. We visited at the end of September, I liked the hotel: there is a Russian-speaking staff who is often ready to help. We would like to express our special gratitude to the waiter Ivan: helpful, attentive, ready to answer various questions, friendly. We wish the prosperity of the hotel...
We liked the hotel! Although of course for an amateur) the room is larger of three walls, one is red with images of scenes from ancient Greek myths instead of the other two mirrors) the breakfasts are delicious. All the receptionists speak Russian
The location is convenient. The WiFi is good. It's a pity that the pool on the roof of the second building did not work! But it's still a very charming hotel! 3* definitely deserves it! Maybe even with +)

A very beautiful, unusual place, beautiful drawings on the walls give their atmosphere!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!We really liked it, had a good rest, mentally!!! People even came to the hotel from other hotels to take pictures
Great hotel, awesome decoration.
Good food, a pool in the greenery is chic. You can have a delicious meal by the pool. There is a tension with the beaches in Paphos, we went by bus to the sandy beach.
It's a great hotel for a threesome. The breakfast is "continental", but you will not stay hungry. Dinner is new every day. Everything is delicious and satisfying. The beach, they are all free, only sun beds and umbrellas are paid. There are rocks everywhere, it's dangerous, there's a good beach at the Elysium Hotel. To the right of the lighthouse, 10 min. walk by the sea. And you will be happy. Have a nice rest. And don't ask for more than what you paid for.
The hotel is old, there are flaws. Then the key cannot be pulled out, then the conder creaks at the beginning, then the sockets do not work. but in general, the rest is wonderful. The breakfasts are great. The pools are great. The bad ones are great for adults, but they are normal for children. At the entrance, the big parrots let you scratch your head. There is a shopping center nearby and there is a beach, though a pebble one. If you go down to the bus station on the left side, there is an excellent bike rental for 12 euros /day

The food is delicious, the staff is polite and English-speaking, the rooms are atmospheric and cozy, although not new. I was in the second building, I liked everything
A good hotel, delicious cuisine, not much choice, but everything is delicious, there is no good beach nearby, you can find it about 1.5-2 km from the hotel. The interior is very beautiful and unusual! I recommend this hotel.
1. Cool surroundings a la antiquity: the picturesqueness and photogenicity of the place on 10 out of 10
2. Excellent buffet breakfasts
3. Russian-speaking staff
4. Close to the bus station and the waterfront
5. The pool on the roof of the 2nd building is better than the pool at the bar in the first
Bottom line: I recommend
A very cozy hotel! The polite staff is nice to be there, I was very comfortable 👍 I recommend visiting and I would love to come there myself if I have the opportunity 🤗
For three people, it's not a hotel, but a godsend. There are minor problems (the Russian-speaking staff is extremely friendly, but not always mandatory and competent). Overall, as an aftertaste: great. Interiors, huge mirrors visually change everything. Good cuisine (it's not a shame to have such a hotel with 4 European stars. It is quite conveniently located.
A hotel where you can stay again if you get into Pathos - that says it all.
I was in a hotel with 6,11,19 3-star hotel and pulls 3 stars, do not flatter yourself with reviews that it is higher, in my opinion -no. At registration, when I asked for a view of the courtyard, the administrator Irina told me to go to 5 stars and choose there, the other two receptionists were polite and friendly. I paid 72 euros extra for the view of the pool, i.e. the courtyard, so be prepared for the fact that if you want to sleep at night and not listen to the hum of the road, you will have to pay. As for the cleaning, it's clean, they clean well, the staff is friendly, after I put a blanket on myself, they brought me a thin mattress. The restaurant is a very big respect for the cook, with the scarcity of food, they fed very tasty, I even took away several recipes. Maybe I'm wrong, of course- but I have not seen apples, oranges and bananas cut in hotels in Cyprus, and in recent days the fruit salad consisted exclusively of apples and several pieces of orange. And there are also 2 types of cheese, ordinary and soft, so once again, make no mistake -the usual 3.
A beautiful hotel. It is made like a Minotaur maze with appropriate architecture and painting. The hotel has two buildings. There is only one restaurant. The food is four-minus, but everything is fresh and hot. The rooms are nice, with teapots and cups. Bathrobes and irons for money. Both buildings have swimming pools and beautiful gardens.
