Well not good service and pizza prepared not well done under pizza fired what is this ? Not respecting the clients. No wet wipes.Not good smell inside of this place.

Terrible service. The ingredients in the pizza do not match the selling price. When ordering extras in the form of sauce on the Hines menu, monarch is actually 30g for 5,000, although a liter of this diluted tomato paste costs 20,000. When you enter the premises, you are met by employees lying on sofas and tumbleweeds in the hall. I gave this point another chance, and I was even more disappointed...

The place is not bad, the interior is good. The staff varies, so the visiting experience ranges from "very much enjoyed" to "satisfactory". For the most part, the waiters are very diligent and try to help as much as they can, while the cashiers are quite unfriendly (again, it depends on the shift). The cuisine is quite average, there was no dish that would have a wow effect, however, there were no dishes that I did not like. In terms of price /quality, this institution is quite competitive.
